Abstract
The invention relates to the field of medical instruments, in particular to a universal expansion locking screw steel plate system, which comprises a steel plate, a screw assembly and a screwdriver assembly, wherein the screwdriver assembly is used for screwing the screw assembly into the steel plate and a bone to fix the steel plate and the bone; the steel plate is provided with through holes, and the inner walls of the through holes are provided with staggered grains; the screw assembly comprises an outer screw and an inner screw, the outer screw comprises a cylindrical screw head and a spherical cap, staggered grains are arranged on the spherical surface of the spherical cap, the screw head and the spherical cap are integrally formed and penetrate through a conical hole, and threads are arranged in the conical hole. The universal expansion locking screw steel plate system designed by the invention can improve the flexibility and firmness of fixing the screw steel plate system and provide more scientific basis for clinic.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of medical instruments, in particular to a universal expansion locking screw steel plate system.
Background
The locking steel plate screw system consists of a locking steel plate and a locking screw. It was first used 20 years ago in spinal and maxillofacial surgery to stabilize fractures while reducing extensive dissection and trauma to soft tissues.
The locking steel plate is a fracture fixing device with threaded holes, and after the locking screws with threaded heads are screwed in, the steel plate becomes a (screw) angle fixing device. The steel plate is fixed by the interlocking structure of the steel plate instead of the bone friction. A certain gap can be left between the steel plate and the surface of the bone, so that the adverse effect of heavy pressure contact between the steel plate and the bone is eliminated, and the blood circulation and the growth and recovery of periosteum are greatly improved. The main biomechanical difference from conventional steel plates is that the latter rely on the friction at the bone-steel plate interface to accomplish the compression of the steel plate against the bone.
The locking screw is a self-tapping screw, and tapping or bone drilling is not needed; no pressure is applied between the steel plate and the cortical bone, and no pressure is generated on periosteum, so that the blood circulation of the periosteum is protected; the requirement of minimally invasive operation can be met in the aspect of operation technology, the blood circulation of the local part of the fracture can be well protected, and then bone grafting operation is not needed; the internal fixing support is elastically fixed, and under the condition that load exists, stress stimulation exists among fracture blocks, and the stimulation is beneficial to callus formation and fracture healing.
However, there are many limitations in that the angle of the locking screw is fixed or adjusted within a very limited range due to the limitation of the thread direction of the locking hole. It is difficult to sufficiently reset the steel plate using the locking steel plate. Especially, the special steel plate with only locking holes has to reset the fracture end before the steel plate is fixed. Once the locking screw is driven through the steel plate into the bone end, the bone end cannot be adjusted in position by driving additional screws or using a compression device, etc. In order to avoid poor fracture reduction, the placement sequence of the screws is of great importance. The surgeon also needs a range of reduction techniques, such as: no hand traction, femoral traction, percutaneous bone forceps and the like are used for assisting the fixation of the locking steel plate. Although locking plates are technically advanced and expensive, they are not useful for improving reduction and thus do not promote fracture healing in poor reduction. For example, if the final fixation of the fracture is too strong, particularly when using bridging techniques, bone nonunion may occur.
In addition, for osteoporosis patients, the conventional screw has a consistent diameter, the anti-extraction force is limited, and the screw is easy to loosen.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the defects in the prior art, the invention provides a universal expansion locking screw steel plate system.
The technical scheme of the invention is as follows:
a universal expansion locking screw steel plate system comprises a steel plate, a screw assembly and a screwdriver assembly, wherein the screwdriver assembly is used for screwing the screw assembly into the steel plate and a bone to fix the steel plate and the bone; the steel plate is provided with through holes, and the inner walls of the through holes are provided with staggered grains; the screw assembly comprises an outer screw and an inner screw, the outer screw comprises a cylindrical screw head and a spherical cap, staggered lines are arranged on the spherical surface of the spherical cap, the screw head and the spherical cap are integrally formed and penetrate through a conical hole, and threads are arranged in the conical hole; the diameter of the conical hole from the screw thread to the screw head is gradually reduced; a plurality of incomplete disconnection grains and a complete disconnection grain are arranged from the spherical cap to the screw head, the incomplete disconnection grains end at the bottom of the screw head and do not penetrate through the bottom of the screw head, and the complete disconnection grains completely disconnect the spherical cap and the screw head; the section of the upper part of the spherical surface of the spherical cap is a plane, and outer screw grooves which are spaced by ninety degrees are formed in the plane; the inner screw is a cylindrical stud, the thread of the stud is matched with the thread in the conical hole, and the head of the stud is provided with an inner screw groove; the screwdriver component comprises an outer screwdriver and an inner screwdriver, the outer screwdriver is in a hollow cylindrical shape, one end of the outer screwdriver is provided with rectangular bulges separated by ninety degrees, the rectangular bulges are matched with the grooves of the outer screw, and the other end of the outer screwdriver is provided with a handle; the inner screwdriver penetrates through the hollow cylinder of the outer screwdriver from the inside to be matched with the groove of the inner screw so as to screw the inner screw into the outer screw.
Furthermore, the inner screw groove is cross-shaped, and the inner screwdriver matched with the inner screw groove is a cross-shaped screwdriver.

The invention achieves the following beneficial effects:
according to the universal expansion locking screw steel plate system designed by the invention, the surface of the spherical cap is provided with staggered grains, the through hole of the steel plate is also provided with staggered grains, and the spherical cap can be matched and fixed with the through hole at any angle.
According to the universal expansion locking screw steel plate system designed by the invention, the inner cavity of the outer screw is set to be of a conical structure, after the inner screw is screwed in, one end of the inner screw is expanded greatly, the other end of the inner screw is expanded slightly, and a bone and a steel plate can be firmly locked.
The universal expansion locking screw steel plate system designed by the invention is provided with the outer screw driver and the inner screw driver, the outer screw driver clamps the outer screw after screwing the outer screw in, the inner screw driver screws in the inner screw to expand the outer screw so that the outer screw is tightly connected and fixed with the steel plate, and the clamping function of the outer screw driver can prevent the outer screw from loosening or being excessively screwed in.
The universal expansion locking screw steel plate system designed by the invention can improve the flexibility and firmness of fixing the screw steel plate system and provide more scientific basis for clinic.

As shown in fig. 1 to 8, a universal expansion locking screw steel plate system comprises a steel plate 1, a screw assembly and a screwdriver assembly, wherein the screwdriver assembly is used for screwing the screw assembly into the steel plate 1 and a bone to fix the steel plate 1 and the bone; the steel plate 1 is provided with a through hole 11, and the inner wall of the through hole 11 is provided with staggered grains; the screw assembly comprises an outer screw 2 and an inner screw 3, the outer screw 2 comprises a cylindrical screw head 21 and a spherical cap 22, staggered lines are arranged on the spherical surface of the spherical cap 22, the screw head 21 and the spherical cap 22 are integrally formed and penetrate through a conical hole 26, and threads are arranged in the conical hole 26; the diameter of the conical hole 26 gradually decreases from the screw thread to the screw head 21; a plurality of incomplete breaking lines 23 and a complete breaking line 24 are arranged from the spherical cap 22 to the screw head 21, the incomplete breaking lines 23 end at the bottom of the screw head 21 and do not penetrate through the bottom of the screw head 21, and the complete breaking line 24 completely breaks the spherical cap 22 and the screw head 21; the section of the upper part of the spherical surface of the spherical cap 22 is a plane, and outer screw grooves 25 which are separated by ninety degrees are arranged on the plane; the inner screw 3 is a cylindrical stud, the thread of the stud is matched with the thread in the conical hole 26, and the head of the stud is provided with a groove of the inner screw 3; the screwdriver component comprises an outer screwdriver 4 and an inner screwdriver 5, the outer screwdriver 4 is in a hollow cylindrical shape, one end of the outer screwdriver is provided with rectangular bulges which are separated by ninety degrees, the rectangular bulges are matched with the outer screw grooves 25, and the other end of the outer screwdriver is provided with a handle; the inner screw driver 5 penetrates through the hollow cylinder of the outer screw driver 4 to be matched with the groove of the inner screw 3, so that the inner screw 3 is screwed into the outer screw 2. The outer screw 2 is inserted into the bone and the steel plate 1 by the outer screwdriver 4, then the outer screwdriver 4 holds the outer screw 2 to prevent the outer screw 2 from rotating, the inner screwdriver 5 screws the inner screw 3 into the outer screwdriver 4, and the outer screwdriver 4 is internally provided with a tapered hole 26, so that the screwed state shows that one end of the screw head 21 is thick and the other end is thin, and the spherical cap 22 is tightly meshed with grains in the through hole 11 of the steel plate 1 to fix the bone and the steel plate 1. As shown in fig. 3, when the pre-drilled hole in the bone is inclined to be different from the through hole 11 of the steel plate 1, the spherical cap 22 has a spherical structure and can be fixed to the through hole 11 of the steel plate 1 in a certain range; when the pre-drilled hole in the bone is inclined coaxially with the through hole 11 of the steel plate 1, as shown in fig. 4, it is directly screwed in for fixation.
