Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a plug door sealing frame installation positioning device, which aims to solve or at least improve the technical problems that the existing urban rail vehicle plug door sealing frame cannot be positioned quickly and the installation efficiency is low to a certain extent.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the invention adopts the technical proposal that the invention provides a plug door sealing frame installation positioning device, which comprises an installation piece and a bolt positioning piece, wherein
The mounting piece is used for being mounted at an idle C-shaped chute of the vehicle body, and is provided with a first positioning and mounting unit for being spliced and positioned or clamped and positioned with the idle C-shaped chute and a second positioning and mounting unit for positioning and mounting the bolt positioning piece;
the bolt locating piece is detachably connected with the mounting piece and is provided with a bolt locating notch for locating a sealing frame mounting bolt.
As another embodiment of the present application, the first positioning and mounting unit includes an insertion positioning block for being inserted into the idle C-shaped chute and an abutment positioning portion for being positioned in abutment with the top end of the idle C-shaped chute, and the insertion positioning block and the abutment positioning portion are respectively connected with the mounting member.
In another embodiment of the present application, the mounting member is a bar-shaped structure, the plugging positioning block is located on one side surface of the bar-shaped structure, and the abutting positioning portion includes two block structures protruding from two sides of the plugging positioning block respectively.
As another embodiment of the present application, the second positioning and mounting unit includes a positioning slot that is inserted into the bolt positioning member.
As another embodiment of the present application, the second positioning and mounting unit includes a positioning slot that is inserted into the bolt positioning member.
As another embodiment of the present application, the bolt positioning member includes a plugboard connected to the positioning slot and a positioning plate for positioning the plugboard in abutment with the outer edge of the mounting member, the plugboard is connected to the positioning plate, and the bolt positioning notch is formed in the plugboard.
As another embodiment of the present application, the sliding plug door sealing frame mounting and positioning device further includes a rotating block rotatably disposed on the mounting member and capable of extending into the idle C-shaped chute, and the rotating block is rotated to make the rotating block abut against or be clamped with an inner wall of the idle C-shaped chute so as to fix the mounting member.
As another embodiment of the present application, the rotating block is a parallelogram shaped stretching block.
As another embodiment of the present application, the parallelogram stretching block is structurally provided with an excessive arc angle structure which is connected with the adjacent side surface and is used for abutting against the inner wall of the idle C-shaped chute.
As another embodiment of the application, the sliding plug door sealing frame mounting and positioning device further comprises a bolt in threaded connection with the mounting piece, and the rotating block is fixedly connected with the bolt.
Compared with the prior art, the plug door sealing frame installation positioning device provided by the invention has the advantages that the installation piece which is spliced and positioned or clamped and positioned with the idle C-shaped chute and the bolt positioning piece which is fast positioned and installed with the installation piece are arranged, the fast positioning of the sealing frame installation bolt is realized by means of the idle C-shaped chute, the installation efficiency of the sealing frame is improved, the labor input is reduced, and meanwhile, the whole device is simple and portable in structure and is installed at the idle C-shaped chute, so that the device can avoid the collision of the device to the paint outside the vehicle body.

Referring to fig. 1 to 8, an embodiment of the sliding plug door sealing frame mounting and positioning device provided by the present invention will now be described. The plug door sealing frame installation positioning device comprises an installation piece 100 and a bolt positioning piece 200.
The mounting member 100, which is a carrier of the bolt positioner 200, may be a plate body, a block body, various profile structures, or the like. The mounting member 100 is adapted to be mounted to the vehicle body at an idle C-shaped chute 500. In developing the positioning device for installing the sliding plug door sealing frame provided by the embodiment of the present application, the applicant finds that the vehicle body is provided with the bolt sliding groove 600, and the bolt sliding groove 600 is a C-shaped sliding groove, and at least one other C-shaped sliding groove with other functions is usually arranged nearby the bolt sliding groove 600, wherein the C-shaped sliding groove is usually communicated with or similar to the structure of the bolt sliding groove 600 and is arranged side by side, but the C-shaped sliding groove may not be used for installing the sliding plug door sealing frame, so that the C-shaped sliding groove is idle when the sliding plug door sealing frame is installed. The technical concept of the present application is formally designed based on the function of excavating this idle C-shaped chute 500.
The mounting member 100 is provided with a first positioning and mounting unit 110 for inserting and positioning or clamping with the idle C-shaped chute 500 and a second positioning and mounting unit for positioning and mounting the bolt positioning member 200. The first positioning and mounting unit 110 is used for positioning and connecting the mounting member 100 with the idle C-shaped chute 500, and the second positioning and mounting unit is used for quickly positioning and detachably mounting the bolt positioning member 200, and because of the special structure of the idle C-shaped chute 500, quick positioning and movable connection of the first positioning and mounting unit 110 on the idle C-shaped chute 500 can be realized by using clamping or plugging. The positions of the first positioning and mounting unit 110 and the second positioning and mounting unit on the mounting member 100 are designed in advance according to the positions of the seal frame mounting bolts 700 required to be mounted on the seal frame.
The bolt positioning member 200 is detachably connected with the mounting member 100, and a bolt positioning notch 211 for positioning the sealing frame mounting bolt 700 is formed in the bolt positioning member 200. The bolt positioner 200 has at least one that can position one or more sealing frame mounting bolts 700, and the bolt positioning notch 211 is not limited in shape, and may be a circular notch, a square notch, or a semi-enclosed notch that breaks the edge of the bolt positioner 200.
When the sliding plug door sealing frame installation positioning device provided by the embodiment of the invention is used, the first positioning installation unit 110 is used for positioning and installing the installation piece 100 at a preset position on the idle C-shaped chute 500, then the sealing frame installation bolt 700 required to be installed can be slid into the bolt chute 600, and meanwhile, the second installation unit is used for rapidly positioning and installing the bolt positioning piece 200 on the installation piece 100. After the bolt positioning piece 200 is positioned, the bolt positioning notch 211 is positioned near the bolt chute 600 (above or in front of the bolt chute 600), the bolt positioning notch 211 of the bolt positioning piece 200 is used for positioning each sealing frame mounting bolt 700 to the corresponding position on the bolt chute 600, and then the sealing frame is mounted. The whole positioning and mounting process utilizes the idle C-shaped chute 500 to realize the rapid positioning of the sealing frame mounting bolt 700 in the bolt chute 600, so that the mounting efficiency is improved, and the sliding plug door sealing frame mounting and positioning device provided by the embodiment of the invention has a light structure and can be independently operated by a single person.
Compared with the prior art, the plug door sealing frame installation positioning device provided by the embodiment of the invention has the advantages that the installation piece which is spliced and positioned or clamped with the idle C-shaped chute and the bolt positioning piece which is fast positioned and installed with the installation piece are arranged, the fast positioning of the sealing frame installation bolt is realized by means of the idle C-shaped chute, the installation efficiency of the sealing frame is improved, the labor input is reduced, and meanwhile, the whole device is simple and portable in structure and is installed at the idle C-shaped chute, so that the device can avoid the collision of the device to the paint outside the vehicle body.
Referring to fig. 2, 3, 4 and 6, as a specific embodiment of the sliding plug door sealing frame mounting positioning device provided by the present invention, the first positioning and mounting unit 110 includes a plug positioning block 111 for being inserted into the idle C-shaped chute 500 and an abutting positioning portion 112 for abutting and positioning with the top end of the idle C-shaped chute 500. The plug positioning block 111 is adapted to the idle C-shaped chute 500, so that quick plug installation and extraction and disassembly with the idle C-shaped chute 500 can be realized, the structure of the abutting positioning part 112 is not limited to a plate body, a block body or other special-shaped structures, after the plug positioning block 111 is inserted into the idle C-shaped chute 500, the plug positioning block 111 at least can realize accurate positioning or approximate positioning of the mounting piece 100 in the width direction (the extending direction and the thickness direction of the non-mounting piece 100) of the mounting piece 100 (because the sealing frame mounting bolt 700 slides in the bolt chute 600), the positioning requirement on the mounting piece 100 in the width direction of the mounting piece 100 is not high, and meanwhile, the positioning in the thickness direction of the mounting piece 100 can be realized by abutting the mounting piece 100 with the idle C-shaped chute 500 or by plugging the plug positioning block 111 with the idle C-shaped chute 500. The abutment positioning portion 112 abuts against the end of the idle C-shaped chute 500 to restrict and position the mount 100 in the third direction (the extending direction of the mount 100, and generally the longitudinal direction of the mount 100).
The plug positioning block 111 and the abutment positioning portion 112 are respectively connected to the mounting member 100, and it should be noted that the plug positioning block 111 and the abutment positioning portion 112 may be directly connected to the mounting member 100 or indirectly connected to the mounting member 100, for example, the abutment positioning portion 112 may be disposed on the plug positioning block 111, and the abutment positioning portion 112 is indirectly connected to the mounting member 100 via the plug positioning block 111.
The above structure can simply and conveniently realize the rapid positioning and mounting operation of the mounting member 100 and the idle C-shaped chute 500 at low cost.
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, as a specific embodiment of the sliding plug door sealing frame mounting and positioning device provided by the present invention, the mounting member 100 has a strip-shaped structure, or a strip-shaped plate structure, and because the idle C-shaped chute 500 and the bolt chute 600 are generally longer, the mounting member 100 is designed to have a lighter strip-shaped structure for a single person to operate.
The plugging positioning block 111 is located on one side surface of the strip structure in the thickness direction, and the abutting positioning portion 112 includes two block structures protruding from two sides of the plugging positioning block 111 in the width direction of the strip structure. When the mounting member 100 is mounted, the insertion positioning block 111 is inserted into the idle C-shaped chute 500, and then the abutment positioning portion 112 abuts against the top end of the idle C-shaped chute 500 to position the mounting member 100 in the longitudinal direction of the mounting member 100.
As a specific embodiment of the sliding plug door sealing frame installation positioning device provided by the invention, as the installation piece 100 with a strip-shaped structure, one side surface in the thickness direction is provided with a special-shaped surface matched with the sealing frame, and the special-shaped surface may be a combination of a part of plane and a part of cambered surface depending on the appearance structure of the sealing frame.
Referring to fig. 1 to 8, as a specific embodiment of the sliding plug door sealing frame mounting positioning device provided by the present invention, the second positioning and mounting unit includes a positioning slot 120 plugged with the bolt positioning member 200. The positioning slot 120 is adapted to the outer edge of the bolt positioning member 200, and positioning of the bolt positioning member 200 on the mounting member 100 in the extending direction and the thickness direction of the mounting member 100 can be quickly achieved by plugging (since the seal frame mounting bolt 700 slides in the bolt sliding groove 600, the positioning requirements for the mounting member 100 and the bolt positioning member 200 in the width direction of the mounting member 100 are not high). When positioning the sealing frame mounting bolt 700, the sealing frame mounting bolt 700 is slid in the bolt chute 600 to a position corresponding to the positioning slot 120, then the bolt positioning member 200 is inserted in the positioning slot 120, the (bolt positioning notch 211 of the) bolt positioning member 200 passes through the positioning slot 120 and then extends to the upper side or the front side of the bolt chute 600, and the positioning of the sealing frame mounting bolt 700 in the extending direction of the bolt chute 600 is realized by using the bolt positioning notch 211.
Generally, the positioning slots 120 are in one-to-one correspondence with the bolt positioners 200, and one positioning slot 120 is used for positioning one bolt positioner 200.
Referring to fig. 2, 4, 7 and 8, as a specific embodiment of the sliding plug door sealing frame mounting and positioning device provided by the present invention, the bolt positioning member 200 includes a plug board 210 inserted into the positioning slot 120 and a positioning board 220 for abutting and positioning with a side surface of the mounting member 100 in a thickness direction, where the plug board 210 is vertically connected to the positioning board 220, and thus the plug board 210 and the positioning board 220 have a "T" structure. The bolt positioning notch 211 is disposed on the insert plate 210. The positioning plate 220 not only can realize positioning of the bolt positioner 200 in the width direction of the mounting member 100, but also the positioning plate 220 is arranged to facilitate the operation of inserting and extracting the bolt positioner 200 by an operator.
Referring to fig. 2, 4, 7 and 8, as a specific embodiment of the positioning device for installing the sliding plug door sealing frame provided by the present invention, the positioning slot 120 is a rectangular slot adapted to the external shape of the plugboard 210.
Referring to fig. 2 and 9, as a specific implementation manner of the sliding plug door sealing frame installation positioning device provided by the embodiment of the present invention, the sliding plug door sealing frame installation positioning device further includes a rotating block 300 rotatably disposed on the mounting member 100, and the rotating block 300 can be inserted into or extend into the idle C-shaped chute 500 by rotating to a certain angle range.
After one end (the first positioning and mounting unit 110) of the mounting member 100 having a bar-shaped structure is positioned and fixed with the idle C-shaped chute 500, because the mounting member 100 is long, there may be a certain flexibility, and the middle and the other end of the mounting member 100 may have a problem of inaccurate positioning and fixing with the idle C-shaped chute 500. Therefore, the rotating block 300 is specially provided, and after the rotating block 300 extends into the idle C-shaped chute 500, the rotating block 300 is rotated to make the rotating block 300 and the inner walls of the two sides of the idle C-shaped chute 500 abut against (or be clamped with) each other, so that the mounting member 100 is further fixed with the mounting member 100.
Referring to fig. 2 and 9, as an embodiment of the sliding plug door sealing frame mounting positioning device provided by the present invention, a plurality of rotating blocks 300 are provided, which are respectively disposed at the middle of the mounting member 100 or at the other end far from the first positioning mounting unit 110.
Referring to fig. 2 and 9, as a specific embodiment of the sliding plug door sealing frame mounting and positioning device provided by the present invention, the rotating block 300 has a quadrangular prism structure, and particularly has a stretched block structure with a parallelogram cross section. The two diagonal lines (or two opposite angles) of the parallelogram can be different in length, so that the stretching block structure with the parallelogram cross section can extend into the idle C-shaped chute 500 through the change of the rotation angle, and the stretching block structure (two opposite angles) with the parallelogram cross section can be respectively abutted against the inner walls of the two sides of the idle C-shaped chute 500 through the rotation angle, so that the fixation of the rotating block 300 and the idle C-shaped chute 500 is realized.
Referring to fig. 2 and 9, as a specific embodiment of the sliding plug door sealing frame mounting and positioning device provided by the present invention, in order to facilitate smooth abutment between two opposite angles of a stretched block structure with a parallelogram cross section and inner walls of two sides of an idle C-shaped chute 500, an excessive arc angle structure 310 is disposed between two adjacent sides of the stretched block structure with a parallelogram cross section, and the excessive arc angle structure 310 is used for abutting against the inner walls of the idle C-shaped chute 500.
Referring to fig. 1 to 4 and fig. 9, as a specific implementation manner of the sliding plug door sealing frame installation positioning device provided by the embodiment of the invention, the sliding plug door sealing frame installation positioning device further includes a bolt 400 in threaded connection with the mounting member 100, and specifically, a threaded hole in threaded connection with the bolt 400 is provided on the mounting member 100. The rotating block 300 is fixedly connected to the bolt 400, and the rotating operation of the rotating block 300 with respect to the mounting member 100 is achieved by the operator rotating the bolt 400. The structure is simple and reliable, and the reliable fixation of the rotating block 300 and the inner wall of the idle C-shaped chute 500 can be realized.
