Please refer to fig. 5, which is a schematic structural diagram of a display panel package assembly according to an embodiment of the present disclosure; fig. 6A to 6E are schematic structural diagrams of a gasket provided in the embodiment of the present application, fig. 7 is a schematic structural diagram of a second mark provided in the embodiment of the present application, and fig. 8 is a schematic structural diagram of a display panel provided in the embodiment of the present application. The embodiment of the application provides a display panel packaging combination, which comprises a box body 301, a plurality of gaskets 302 and a plurality of display panels 303.
The plurality of spacers 302 and the plurality of display panels 303 are disposed in the box 301, and each display panel 303 is disposed between two adjacent spacers 302. Each of the pads 302 includes a layer indication portion 302a, and the layer indication portion 302a of each of the pads 302 corresponds to the corresponding second mark 303a of the display panel 103, so that when a quality problem occurs and a problem analysis is performed on the quality problem in many aspects, the source of the display panel 303 can be traced back according to the second mark 303a, which is beneficial to tracing back the source of the problem and improving the quality of the product.
Further, the layer indicating part 302a includes a hollowed-out structure, a transparent structure, a non-transparent structure, and the like.
Furthermore, the shape of the layer indication portion 302a of the plurality of spacers 302 is different, so that the shape of the second mark 303a of the display panel 303 corresponding to the layer indication portion 302a is also different, thereby determining the information of the number of layers of the display panel 303 in the display panel package combination according to the second mark 303a, and when a quality problem occurs in the display panel 303 and a problem analysis is performed on the display panel 303 in various aspects, whether the quality problem frequently occurs in the display panel 303 located in a certain layer in the box 101 can be analyzed according to the second mark 303a, which is beneficial to tracing the root cause of the problem and improving the quality of the product.
Specifically, taking the layer indicating part 302a including a hollow structure as an example for explanation, the shapes of the hollow structures of the plurality of spacers 302 are different. It can be understood that, because the hollow structures of the plurality of spacers 302 have different shapes, the spacers 302 can be prepared by using a cutting die when the spacers 302 are prepared, and the cost of preparing the spacers 302 by using the cutting die is lower compared with the cost of preparing the spacers 302 by using an injection molding machine or the like. When the gasket 302 is prepared, the peripheral shape of the mold is shared, and the part corresponding to the hollowed-out structure is arranged in an exchangeable form, so that the production cost is further reduced.
Further, referring to fig. 6A to 6E, the shape of the hollow structure of each pad 302 includes one of numbers, letters, or characters, and the types of the hollow structures of the pads 302 in the same display panel package assembly are the same. That is, the shapes of the hollow structures of the spacers 302 in the same display panel package combination are all numbers, letters, or characters, so that the second marks 303a of the display panels 303 in the same display panel package combination are also of the same type, thereby reducing the difficulty of determining the layer number position information of the display panels 303.
Optionally, the numbers include Arabic numbers (e.g., 1, 2, 3, … …, etc.), Greek numbers (e.g., I, II, III, … …, etc.), Chinese lower case numbers (e.g., one, two, three, … …, etc.), Chinese upper case numbers (e.g., one, two, three, … …, etc.), and Maya numbers, etc.
Alternatively, the letters include chinese letters, english letters (e.g., A, B, C, … …, etc., or a, b, c, … …, etc.), greek letters (e.g., a, b, Ψ, … …, etc., or α, β, Ψ, … …, etc.), and the like.
Optionally, the words include chinese words (e.g., first, second, third, … …, etc.), english words (e.g., one, two, three, … …, etc., or first, second, third, … …, etc.), and so on.
Further, the plurality of pads 302 are arranged in order according to the shape of the hollow structure from the bottom of the box 301 to the top of the box 301, so that the second marks 303a corresponding to the layer indication portions 302a are also arranged in order, and the second marks 303a can effectively reflect the layer number position information of the display panel 303.
Specifically, please refer to fig. 5, which takes arabic numerals as examples of the hollow structures of the spacers 302 in the same display panel package assembly for illustration. If each of the display panel package assemblies can contain 14 display panels 303, then during packaging, 15 spacers 302 are needed to protect the display panels 303, and the hollow structures on each of the spacers 302 form arabic numerals from 1 to 15. In the packaging process, the gasket with the hollow structure shape 1 in the plurality of gaskets 302 can be placed in the box body 301 firstly; then, placing one display panel 303 in the box body 301; then, the spacers with the hollow structures of 2 in the spacers 302 are placed in the box body 301, then one display panel 303 is placed in the box body 301, and the process is sequentially circulated until the 14 th display panel 303 is placed in the box body 301, and then the spacers 302 with the hollow structures of 15 are placed in the box body 301, so that the spacers 302 are orderly arranged from the bottom of the box body 301 to the top of the box body 301 according to the sequence of 1 to 15, and the packaging of the display panel 303 is realized. It is understood that a plurality of the spacers 302 may be arranged in order from 1 to 15 from the top of the case 301 to the bottom of the case 301.
Further, with continued reference to fig. 7 and 8, the display panel 303 includes a first region 3031a and a second region located at the periphery of the first region 3031a, the second mark 303a is located in the first region 3031a, and the humidity of the first region 3031a is greater than that of the second region.
Specifically, the display panel 303 includes a protective film 3031, the protective film 3031 is located on a panel body 3032, and the second mark 303a is formed on a portion corresponding to the layer indication portion 301a of the display panel 303 through the protective film 3031. Alternatively, the protective film 3031 may include a moisture absorption protective film, a light absorption protective film, or the like.
Further, the description will be given by taking an example in which the protective film 3031 includes a moisture absorption protective film and the layer indicating portion 302a includes a hollow structure. The moisture absorption protection film is positioned on the surface of the display panel 303, the moisture absorption protection film comprises the second mark 303a, and the humidity of the part of the moisture absorption protection film positioned in the second area is smaller than that of the part of the moisture absorption protection film positioned in the first area 3031 a. That is, the humidity of the portion of the moisture absorption protection film corresponding to the layer indication portion 302a is higher than the humidity of the portion of the moisture absorption protection film not corresponding to the layer indication portion 302a, so that the second mark 303a is formed on the portion of the display panel 303 corresponding to the layer indication portion 302a by the moisture absorption protection film.
Specifically, since some moisture may enter the display panel package assembly during transportation and storage of the display panel package assembly, the moisture absorption protective film may absorb moisture at a portion of the display panel 303 corresponding to the layer indicating portion 302a, which is not covered by the pad 302, so that the surface of the display panel 303 forms a shape consistent with the hollowed-out structure, that is, the second mark 303a is formed. When the display panel 303 is taken out of the display panel package assembly, the place where the second mark 303a is formed is whitened, and a distinct color contrast is formed with the part of the display panel 303 that does not correspond to the hollow structure (that is, there is a color contrast between the first region 3031a and the second region of the display panel), so that when a quality problem occurs in the display panel 303, the layer number information of the display panel 303 in the display panel package assembly can be traced according to the second mark 303a, which is convenient for tracing the root of the problem, and effectively saves time cost.
Further, still taking the hollow structures of the spacers 302 in the same display panel package combination as arabic numerals, each display panel package combination can hold 14 display panels 303, including 15 spacers 302 as an example for illustration. If the spacers 302 are sequentially arranged from the bottom of the box 301 to the top of the box 301 in the order of 1 to 15, and the display panel on the 12 th layer in the box 301 has a quality problem, the second mark 303a formed on the upper surface of the display panel 303 on the 12 th layer in the box 301 is 13, and/or the second mark 303a formed on the lower surface of the display panel on the 12 th layer in the box 301 is 12, so that the layer number position information of the display panel 303 on the box 301 is determined by the second mark 303 a.
The color contrast of the display panel 303 formed at the portion corresponding to the layer indicator 302a and the portion not corresponding to the layer indicator 302a depends on the factors such as transportation, storage time, environment, and location of the display panel 303 in the display panel package assembly. As the longer the time for transporting and storing the display panel package assembly, the greater the humidity of the environment in which the display panel package assembly is located, the more distinct the color contrast of the display panel 303 is formed between the portion corresponding to the layer indicating portion 302a and the portion not corresponding to the layer indicating portion 302 a. The closer the display panel 303 is to the top of the display panel package combination, the more distinct the color contrast of the display panel 303 is formed between the portion corresponding to the layer indicating portion 302a and the portion not corresponding to the layer indicating portion 302 a.
It is to be understood that, in order to avoid the second mark 303a from affecting the display quality of the display panel 303, the second mark 303a may be removed after the protective film is removed, or may be removed after the protective film is removed and the display panel 303 is subjected to surface treatment.
Alternatively, when the protective film includes a moisture-absorbing protective film, the surface treatment includes a drying treatment of the surface of the display panel 303. Alternatively, a drying process may be performed on the surface of the display panel using a heat gun to remove the second mark 303a, or a drying medium may be used to directly adsorb moisture remaining on the surface of the display panel 303 to remove the second mark 303 a.
Optionally, the material for preparing the moisture absorption protective film comprises a thermoplastic polyester material and the like. Further, the preparation material of the moisture absorption protective film comprises polyethylene terephthalate and the like.
It is understood that when the protective film 3031 includes a light absorbing protective film, the layer indicating part 301a includes a hollow structure, a transparent structure, and a non-transparent structure. Similarly, when the layer indicating part 301a includes a transparent structure or a non-transparent structure, the shape of the transparent structure or the non-transparent structure of each pad 302 includes one of numbers, letters, or words. The second mark 303a corresponding to the layer indicator 302a can be formed by the light absorption protection film in cooperation with illumination, and will not be described herein again. Optionally, the layer indicator 302a may be designed as the non-transparent structure by attaching an opaque film layer on a part of the surface of the gasket 302, so as to be compatible with the existing gasket design, thereby reducing the production cost.
Referring to fig. 6A to 6E, if the layer indication portion 302a includes the hollow structure, in order to make the second mark 303a corresponding to the layer indication portion 302a clearly indicate the layer number position information of the display panel 303 in the display panel package assembly, the size of the portion of each gasket 302 corresponding to the layer indication portion 302a should be as large as possible, that is, the size of the hollow structure should be as large as possible, so that the second mark 303a formed on the surface of the display panel 303 is clearly and easily recognized. However, the larger the size of the cutout, the larger the area occupied by the spacer 302, and the greater the effect on the structural stability of the spacer 302. Therefore, to reduce the effect of the hollowed-out structure on the structural stability of the pad 302, the area of the hollowed-out structure may be smaller than or equal to 4/5 of the area of the pad 302.
Further, each of the pads 302 has a length direction y and a width direction x, the hollow structure of each pad 302 has a first length L1 in the length direction y and a first width W1 in the width direction x, wherein the first length L1 of the hollow structure is greater than or equal to 10mm, and/or the first width W1 of the hollow structure is greater than or equal to 10 mm. Further, the first length L1 of the hollow structure is equal to 10mm, and the first width W1 of the hollow structure is equal to 30 mm.
Further, referring to fig. 6A to 6E, in order to avoid the hollow structure from affecting the structural integrity of the pad 302 and ensure that the second mark 303a has a clear and complete outline structure, the hollow structure may be located in the middle of the pad 302.
Specifically, the hollow structures may be located at the periphery of the pad 302. Further, the hollowed-out structures may be located in a range where the distance from the periphery of the pad 302 to the boundary of the pad 302 is greater than 0.5 mm. Furthermore, the hollow structure may be located in the center of the pad 302, so as to ensure that the second mark 303a formed on the surface of the display panel 103 by the layer indicating part 102a has a clearer and complete outline structure, and reduce the influence of the hollow structure on the structural integrity of the pad 302.
Further, when the layer indicating portion 302a includes the hollow structure, the layer indicating portion 302a of the pad 302 not only can form the second mark 303a on the surface of the display panel 303, but also can prevent the pad 302 from being adhered to the display panel 303.
Referring to fig. 5 and fig. 6E, since the spacer 302 is located between any two adjacent display panels 303, the spacer 302 needs to have certain stiffness, cushioning property and antistatic property to prevent adhesion between two adjacent display panels 303 and to perform a cushioning effect when being impacted. Thus, the gasket 302 includes, in addition to the gasket body 3021, a first film layer 3022 on at least one side of the gasket body 3021. The stiffness of the first film layer 3022 is greater than the stiffness of the pad body 3021, so as to meet the stiffness and thinness requirements of the pad 302. It is understood that the first film layer 3022 includes an electrostatic shield layer, a buffer layer, an abrasion resistant layer, etc. to improve the performance of the gasket 302. In addition, the first film layer 3022 may further include a waterproof layer to prevent the display panel 303 from absorbing moisture at a portion not corresponding to the layer indication portion 302a and interfering with the second mark 303a corresponding to the layer indication portion 302a when the layer indication portion 302a includes the hollowed-out structure.
Optionally, the gasket body 3021 is made of polyethylene foam, and the first film layer 3022 is made of polyethylene, nylon, thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer, rubber, or the like. It is understood that the material for preparing the first film layer 3022 may be different according to the performance of the gasket 302 to be improved, and will not be described herein again.
It is understood that the gasket 302 may include a plurality of first film layers 3022, and each of the first film layers 3022 may be made of a different material to simultaneously improve the stiffness, water resistance, abrasion resistance, etc. of the gasket 302.
With continued reference to fig. 5 and 8, the display panel 303 includes a plurality of convex members. Specifically, the convex part includes a circuit board 3033. The gasket 302 is provided with a plurality of escape portions 302b at portions corresponding to the plurality of projecting members, so as to prevent the gasket 302 from damaging the display panel 303. Further, the circuit board 3033 includes a flexible circuit board and a printed circuit board. Further, the display panel 303 further includes a connection line 3034 connecting a plurality of circuit boards 3033, and the connection line 3034 is used for communicating the plurality of circuit boards 3033.
It will be appreciated that at least some of the pads 302 may further include a first indicator. The first indication part may be configured to form a third mark on the surface of the display panel 303, so that the display panel 303 determines information of the box, the model, the key time node, and the like of the display panel 303 according to the third mark. Further, the part of the pad 302 corresponding to the first indication portion may also adopt a design of a hollow structure, a transparent structure, or a non-transparent structure, and the shape of the part of the pad 302 corresponding to the first indication portion may be the same as or different from the shape and size of the part of the layer indication portion 302 a. Further, the shape of the portion of the pad 302 corresponding to the first indication portion includes at least one of a polygon, a circle, a number, a letter, and a character.
With continued reference to fig. 8, the panel body 3032 of the display panel 303 further includes a substrate, which includes a rigid substrate and a flexible substrate.
Further, the panel body 3032 of the display panel 303 further includes an array substrate, and the array substrate includes a plurality of transistors and signal traces.
Further, the panel body 3032 of the display panel 303 further includes a color filter including a plurality of color filter units. Still further, each of the color filter units includes a quantum dot material, a perovskite material, a fluorescent material, and the like.
Further, the panel body 3032 of the display panel 303 further includes an encapsulation layer, and the encapsulation layer includes a cover plate and a thin film encapsulation layer.
Further, the display panel 303 further includes a touch electrode, a sensor, and the like. The sensor comprises a camera, a temperature sensor, a fingerprint sensor, a humidity sensor, a flight time distance measuring sensor and the like.
It is understood that the display panel 303 includes a self-luminous display panel, a passive luminous display panel, a quantum dot display panel, and the like.
