Abstract
本发明涉及点灸药线技术领域，公开了一种点灸用医药线及其制备方法，所述医药线的制备包括以下中药材：千斤拔、救必应、山芝麻、土牛膝、大戟、桃仁、鸡血藤、大驳骨、土牛膝、苏木、半枝莲、乌药、扶芳藤、莪术、鹰不扑、雄黄、冰片、樟脑以及麝香。本发明的壮医药线点灸的药线，主要以壮药配伍，安全无毒副作用。在临床实践中已得到充分验证，证明其是安全无副作用的；制备方法简单，可最大限度的提取各药物组分的有效成分，制得壮医药线点灸的药线。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及点灸药线技术领域，具体为一种点灸用医药线及其制备方法。
背景技术
壮医药线点灸疗法是流传于壮族民间的一种具有民族特色的疗法，是壮族医药的重要组成部分，是我国医学的宝贵遗产。该法集聚简、便、廉、验、安全可靠等优点，在临床中应用广泛，善治临床各科常见病、多发病及一些疑难杂症。
壮医理论认为火路与龙路是人体内两条重要的内封闭通路，火路是人体内传感之道，使人体能感受外界的各种信息和刺激，并快速做出反应。龙路在人体内是血液运行的通道，分布全身各个部位，为全身各组织各器官输送血液及营养。通过二路传导，则可“火气己通，经脉乃行”，实现天、地、人三气的同步运行，人体内部实现阴阳平衡。
通过壮医特色外治法可畅通人体龙路火路气机，平衡气血，扶助人体正气祛除邪毒。壮医药线点灸作为外治法的一种，壮医药线点灸治疗疾病的机理是在施灸过程中所产生的温热作用与药线的药效相结合来刺激体表穴位，即一方面使药力直达病所，另一方面温热可改善局部血液循环、加速新陈代谢，通过龙路、火路的传导功能，进而疏通谷道、气道、水道，以平衡人体气血，促使人体康复。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足，本发明提供了一种点灸用医药线及其制备方法，用以解决现有技术中的药线存在灸点溃烂，以及日后留下疤痕的问题。
为实现上述目的，本发明提供如下技术方案：一种点灸用医药线及其制备方法，所述医药线的制备包括以下中药材：千斤拔、救必应、山芝麻、土牛膝、大戟、桃仁、鸡血藤、大驳骨、土牛膝、苏木、半枝莲、乌药、扶芳藤、莪术、鹰不扑、雄黄、冰片、樟脑以及麝香；
医药线制备包括以下操作步骤：
第一步：药线制备
将苎麻绳加工成搓成单股直径为0.2-0.8mm的麻线，然后2-5股相应麻线合成1股，即得到苎麻线；
第二步：壮药药液制备
将千斤拔、救必应、山芝麻、土牛膝、大戟、桃仁、鸡血藤、大驳骨、土牛膝、苏木、半枝莲、乌药、扶芳藤、莪术、鹰不扑、冰片、樟脑以及麝香烘干，分别放入研磨机中进行打粉处理；处理好后的药粉，与雄黄水飞粉一起置入75-90%浓度的酒精溶液中进行混合，充分混匀，避光常温环境下放置30-40天，即得到壮药药液；
第三步：医药线制备
将苎麻线置于壮药药液中浸泡30-50天后取出，即得到所述壮医药线灸药线。
优选的，所述壮药组成成分比例为：千斤拔160-200份、救必应160-200份、山芝麻160-200份、土牛膝160-200份、大戟160-200份、桃仁160-200份、鸡血藤160-200份、大驳骨160-200份、土牛膝160-200份、苏木160-200份、半枝莲160-200份、乌药160-200份、扶芳藤160-200份、莪术160-200份、鹰不扑160-200份、雄黄16-24份、冰片16-24份、樟脑16-24份、麝香16-24份。
优选的，第一步药线制备中，苎麻线放入到小苏打中进行脱脂，脱脂后晾晒处理。
有益效果如下：
本发明的壮医药线点灸的药线，主要以壮药配伍，安全无毒副作用。在临床实践中已得到充分验证，证明其是安全无副作用的；制备方法简单，可最大限度的提取各药物组分的有效成分，制得壮医药线点灸的药线。
本医药线可用于治疗：由湿毒病引起的湿疹、带状疱疹、皮肤瘙痒等各类皮肤病；各种虚证如易疲劳、虚劳、怕冷、亚健康状态；腹痛、泄泻、胃脘痛、消化不良等消化系疾病；痛经、月经不调、不孕等妇科疾病；感冒、咳嗽、流涕、发热等外感疾病；腰、腿关节疼痛及软组织挫伤、腰椎间盘突出症、骶骨关节炎、强直性脊柱炎所引起的疼痛。
具体实施方式
基于本发明中的实施例，本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例，都属于本发明保护的范围。
本发明提供一种技术方案：一种点灸用医药线及其制备方法，医药线的制备包括以下中药材：千斤拔、救必应、山芝麻、土牛膝、大戟、桃仁、鸡血藤、大驳骨、土牛膝、苏木、半枝莲、乌药、扶芳藤、莪术、鹰不扑、雄黄、冰片、樟脑以及麝香；
壮药组成成分比例为：千斤拔160-200份、救必应160-200份、山芝麻160-200份、土牛膝160-200份、大戟160-200份、桃仁160-200份、鸡血藤160-200份、大驳骨160-200份、土牛膝160-200份、苏木160-200份、半枝莲160-200份、乌药160-200份、扶芳藤160-200份、莪术160-200份、鹰不扑160-200份、雄黄16-24份、冰片16-24份、樟脑16-24份、麝香16-24份；
方中千斤拔味甜、涩，性平，长与补虚强筋活络，可治疗各种虚损性疾病；救必应别名白木香，性平味苦、酸，既可通龙路而活血散瘀，又清热解毒祛湿，通利水道；土牛膝可增强通水道、龙路之功，使湿毒、热毒有道可排、有路可出；扶芳藤又名岩青杠、千斤藤，可调龙路、火路，使湿毒祛而正安。以上四药共为主药，以畅通三道两路，祛湿毒热毒，化瘀消肿止痛为主。配以莪术、乌药、鸡血藤温通经脉，以增强通达火龙二路和散寒止痛之功；山芝麻、半枝莲、大戟可调火龙二路兼利水道，擅清湿毒、热毒；桃仁、大驳骨、苏木、鹰不扑性味皆平，活血祛瘀而不伤正，使瘀毒祛而正安；辅以雄黄可增强解毒杀虫祛湿毒之功；再配以少许冰片、樟脑、麝香以开窍醒神，清心镇惊；纵观全方，诸药配伍，以畅通三道两路而祛毒解毒为主，全程不忘扶正，标本兼顾，补先天而滋后天，内养正气，外逐邪气，使天地人三气同步，从而气血调和而诸毒得除，阴阳平衡而诸症自消、脏腑自安。
可用于治疗：由湿毒病引起的湿疹、带状疱疹、皮肤瘙痒等各类皮肤病；各种虚证如易疲劳、虚劳、怕冷、亚健康状态；腹痛、泄泻、胃脘痛、消化不良等消化系疾病；痛经、月经不调、不孕等妇科疾病；感冒、咳嗽、流涕、发热等外感疾病；腰、腿关节疼痛及软组织挫伤、腰椎间盘突出症、骶骨关节炎、强直性脊柱炎所引起的疼痛。
医药线制备包括以下操作步骤：
第一步：药线制备

Claims (3)
1.一种点灸用医药线及其制备方法，其特征在于：所述医药线的制备包括以下中药材：千斤拔、救必应、山芝麻、土牛膝、大戟、桃仁、鸡血藤、大驳骨、土牛膝、苏木、半枝莲、乌药、扶芳藤、莪术、鹰不扑、雄黄、冰片、樟脑以及麝香；
医药线制备包括以下操作步骤：
第一步：药线制备
将苎麻绳加工成搓成单股直径为0.2-0.8mm的麻线，然后2-5股相应麻线合成1股，即得到苎麻线；
第二步：壮药药液制备
将千斤拔、救必应、山芝麻、土牛膝、大戟、桃仁、鸡血藤、大驳骨、土牛膝、苏木、半枝莲、乌药、扶芳藤、莪术、鹰不扑、冰片、樟脑以及麝香烘干，分别放入研磨机中进行打粉处理；处理好后的药粉，与雄黄水飞粉一起置入75-90%浓度的酒精溶液中进行混合，充分混匀，避光常温环境下放置30-40天，即得到壮药药液；
第三步：医药线制备

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种点灸用医药线及其制备方法，其特征在于：所述壮药组成成分比例为：千斤拔160-200份、救必应160-200份、山芝麻160-200份、土牛膝160-200份、大戟160-200份、桃仁160-200份、鸡血藤160-200份、大驳骨160-200份、土牛膝160-200份、苏木160-200份、半枝莲160-200份、乌药160-200份、扶芳藤160-200份、莪术160-200份、鹰不扑160-200份、雄黄16-24份、冰片16-24份、樟脑16-24份、麝香16-24份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种点灸用医药线及其制备方法，其特征在于：第一步药线制备中，苎麻线放入到小苏打中进行脱脂，脱脂后晾晒处理。
