A sports apparatus for training muscular strength with high safety as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the pedal structure (3) comprises a rotating seat A (301), a pedal main body (302), a gear (305), a rotating seat B (306) and an adjusting rod (307), wherein the rotating seat A (301) is welded on the sliding block (203); a rotating shaft is welded on the pedal main body (302), the pedal main body (302) is rotatably connected with the rotating seat A (301) through the rotating shaft, and a gear (305) is mounted on the rotating shaft; the rotating seat B (306) is welded on the rotating seat A (301), and the rotating seat B (306) is rotatably connected with an adjusting rod (307); the adjusting rod (307) is provided with spiral teeth, and the spiral teeth are meshed with the gear (305); the adjusting rod (307) and the gear (305) jointly form a worm gear structure, and the adjusting rod (307) and the gear (305) jointly form an angle adjusting structure of the pedal main body (302).
