In the operating environment described above, according to a first aspect of the present embodiment, a method for recommending business opportunities based on action behaviors is provided. Fig. 2 shows a flow diagram of the method, which, with reference to fig. 2, comprises:
s202: monitoring the issued action instance, and determining behavior data corresponding to the participating party of the action instance, wherein the action instance is preset with a behavior associated with the action instance and a tag associated with the behavior, and the behavior data is used for indicating the behavior generated by the participating party in the process of participating in the action instance;
s204: determining tag data corresponding to the participant based on the behavior data, wherein the tag data is indicative of tags associated with behaviors of the participant that occur during participation in the action instance; and
s206: and judging whether the participating party is a target user with business opportunity or not according to preset integration rules and label data, wherein the preset integration rules are used for indicating that different labels correspond to different integration values.
As described in the background art, the existing recommendation method sets different business opportunity push rules based on business logic and experience, so as to push corresponding business opportunities to users in different scenes. However, the existing business opportunity recommendation mode mainly has the following problems: the mining mode of the target user is mainly that manpower is used for mining through certain rules and experiences, time and labor are consumed, the coverage of the user is limited, and most potential target users can be lost. Moreover, the business manner of the target user is mainly recommended by manpower through certain rules and experiences, the recommended business types are single, the prediction accuracy is low, and the conversion rate of the salespersons is low.
In view of the above technical problems, in this embodiment, as shown in fig. 2 to 4, a business opportunity recommendation system is provided, which can be used as a business core database to help an enterprise quickly discover business opportunities. The user (business employee) may create an action (Campaign) in the business opportunity recommendation system, add behavior, tags, and set point rules with the action. Wherein each action (Campaign) may correspond to, for example, one activity. And under action (campaigns), the user (business employee) can define the behavior, behavior touch and tags of the participants of the action. Thereby defining the behavior of the participating party to be monitored, the behavior touch points associated by the behavior, and the tags associated by the behavior touch points.
Further, a system user may create an action instance in the system, and after setting the action associated with the action instance and the tag associated with the action, publish the action instance in the business opportunity recommendation system. The guest consults the published action instance and participates in the action instance to become a participant of the action instance. At this time, the business opportunity recommendation system needs to monitor the published action instance so as to determine the behavior data corresponding to the participants of the action instance. Wherein the behavior data is indicative of respective behaviors of the participating parties that are generated during participation in the action instance. And then, the business opportunity recommendation system determines label data corresponding to the participating party according to the behavior data. Wherein the tag data is used to indicate tags associated with actions generated by the participant in the course of engaging in the action instance. Because the business opportunity recommendation system is preset with the integral rule for indicating different integral values corresponding to different labels, the business opportunity recommendation system can judge whether the participating party is a target user with business opportunity according to the preset integral rule and label data. For example: the business opportunity recommendation system can determine the business opportunity integral value corresponding to the participating party according to the label corresponding to the participating party, and finally judge whether the participating party is the target user with business opportunity according to the business opportunity integral value. Therefore, in this way, an enterprise can interface the platform with the system, create a marketing strategy (namely, create actions, create action instances and set associated action behaviors and labels), clearly master user group behaviors, pictures and labels of all actions, screen and select preferred business users through intelligent cloud computing, and discover potential high-quality customers, so that the goal of business recommendation with high efficiency and high accuracy is achieved. Further, the technical problems that the business opportunity recommendation method in the prior art mainly carries out recommendation on manpower through certain rules and experiences, and is low in efficiency and accuracy are solved.
Optionally, the determining, according to a preset integration rule and tag data, whether the participating party is an operation of a target user with a business opportunity includes: determining a business point corresponding to the participating party according to a preset point rule and label data, wherein the business point is calculated by a point value corresponding to a label associated with the behavior generated by the participating party in the process of participating in the action instance; and judging whether the participating party is a target user with business opportunity or not according to a preset integral threshold value and the determined business opportunity integral.
Specifically, in the operation process of judging whether the participating party is a target user with business opportunity according to the preset point rule and the label data, the business opportunity recommending system firstly calculates the integral value corresponding to the label associated with the behavior generated by the participating party in the process of participating in the action instance according to the preset point rule and the label data so as to determine the business opportunity point corresponding to the participating party. Then, according to a preset integral threshold value, whether the quotient opportunity integral corresponding to the participating party is larger than the integral threshold value is judged, and therefore whether the participating party is a target user with the quotient opportunity is judged. In a preferred embodiment, the participating party is added to the business opportunity table in the event that the participating party is determined to be a target user with business opportunity. Wherein the business opportunity table is used for recording users with business opportunities. Therefore, whether the participating party of the action instance is the business opportunity user or not can be quickly and accurately judged by the method.
Optionally, the method further comprises: creating an action instance in response to a creation request for creating the action instance received from the first terminal device, and transmitting information related to the action instance to the first terminal device; responding to a first setting request for setting the behavior of the action instance and the label received from the first terminal equipment, performing corresponding setting operation on the action instance, and sending feedback information of successful setting to the first terminal equipment, wherein the first setting request comprises the behavior associated with the action instance and the label associated with the behavior; and issuing the action instance in response to a release request for issuing the action instance received from the first terminal device.
Specifically, as described with reference to fig. 4, in a case where a system administrator (system user) has created one action instance, a creation request of one action instance may be sent to the business opportunity recommendation system through its terminal device (corresponding to the first terminal device). At this time, the business opportunity recommendation system creates one action instance in response to a creation request for creating an action instance received from the first terminal device. Then, a system administrator (system user) can set the behavior and the label of the created action instance, and send a corresponding setting request to the business opportunity recommendation system through the first terminal device. In the application scenario, the business opportunity recommendation system responds to a first setting request for setting the behavior and the label of the action instance, which is received from the first terminal device, performs corresponding setting operation on the action instance, and sends feedback information of successful setting to the first terminal device. Wherein the first setup request includes an action associated with the action instance and a tag associated with the action. Finally, after completing the setting of the associated behavior and the tag of the action instance, the system administrator can issue the action instance to the business opportunity recommendation system through the first terminal device, and at the moment, the business opportunity recommendation system issues the action instance in response to the issuing request for issuing the action instance received from the first terminal device. Therefore, by the mode, the creation of the action example, the setting of the associated action and the label and the release of the action example are completed, so that guests of the system can consult and participate in the released action example, and a foundation is laid for the subsequent user group action, image, label and intelligent cloud computing screening and preference of the action to the business opportunity users.
Optionally, the method further comprises: creating an action in response to a creation request for creating the action received from the second terminal device, and sending information related to the action to the second terminal device, wherein the action is a template of an action instance; responding to an action of adding actions and a tag adding request received from the second terminal equipment, performing corresponding adding operation on the actions, and sending feedback information of successful adding to the second terminal equipment, wherein the adding request comprises the actions and the tags associated with the actions; and responding to a second setting request for setting the integral rule of the action received from the second terminal equipment, and performing corresponding setting operation on the action, wherein the second setting request comprises the integral rules associated with the labels of the action.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 4, in the case where the action manager has the function of creating one action, it is possible to send a request for creating one action to the business opportunity recommendation system through its terminal device (corresponding to the second terminal device). At this time, the business opportunity recommending system creates an action in response to the creation request for creating an action received from the second terminal device. Then, the action manager can add an action and a label to the created action, and send a corresponding addition request to the business opportunity recommendation system through the second terminal device. In the application scenario, the business opportunity recommendation system responds to the action adding behavior and the label adding request received from the second terminal device, performs corresponding adding operation on the action, and sends feedback information of successful adding to the second terminal device. Wherein the add request includes an action associated with the action and a tag associated with the action. Finally, after completing the associated action of the action and the addition of the label, the action manager can set the integral rule corresponding to the label associated with the action through the second terminal device, and at the moment, the business opportunity recommendation system performs corresponding setting operation on the action in response to a second setting request for setting the integral rule of the action, which is received from the second terminal device. Wherein the second setting request comprises respective scoring rules associated with respective tags of the action. Therefore, by the mode, the establishment of actions, the addition of the actions and the labels and the setting of the corresponding integral rules are completed, so that a system administrator can conveniently and quickly establish a specific action example based on the established actions.
Optionally, the operation of monitoring the published action instance and determining the behavior data corresponding to the participating party of the action instance includes: calling the SDK to request to issue an interface of a system with an action instance; and obtaining, via the interface, behavior data corresponding to the participants of the action instance.
Specifically, referring to fig. 4, in an operation process of monitoring an issued action instance and determining behavior data corresponding to a participant of the action instance, a business opportunity recommendation system (MIC system) first calls an SDK, then requests a MIC core interface, and finally acquires the behavior data corresponding to the participant of the action instance through the MIC core interface, that is, stores a behavior record and a tag record of the participant. By the method, the behavior data corresponding to the participating party of the action instance can be quickly and accurately acquired, and the data analysis is convenient to perform subsequently.
Optionally, the system comprises an action list module, an action contact management module, a tag list management module and a scoring rule management module, wherein the action list module is configured to create an action, manage an action list, view basic information of the action, manage tags associated with the action, manage actions associated with the tags and manage sub-actions under the action; the behavior contact management module is configured to manage behaviors associated with the actions and manage the behavior classification; the tag list management module is configured to manage tags associated with the behaviors and manage tag classifications; and the point rule management module is configured to manage point rules associated with the tags.
Specifically, the business opportunity recommendation system proposed in this embodiment includes four major modules, namely an action list module, an action contact management module, a tag list management module, and an integration rule management module. Wherein the action list module is configured to create an action, manage an action list, view basic information of the action, manage tags associated with the action, manage actions associated with the tags, and manage sub-actions under the action, the action touch management module is configured to manage the actions associated with the action and manage action classifications, the tag list management module is configured to manage the tags associated with the actions and manage tag classifications, and the score rule management module is configured to manage score rules associated with the tags.
