The second gear hole is rotatably connected with the cylinders at the same side, the second gears at the same side are meshed with each other, the connecting hole is connected with the selecting plate through a bolt, and the lower seat guide blocks at two sides are fixedly connected with the vertical guide holes at two sides respectively.
The upper seat guide block is connected with the vertical guide hole in a sliding mode, the upper seat guide block slides in the vertical guide hole, and the vertical rack and the second gear are meshed with each other conditionally.

The upper seat guide block 232 is slidably connected with the vertical guide hole 123, the upper seat guide block 232 slides in the vertical guide hole 123, and the vertical rack 190 and the second gear 263 are conditionally engaged with each other.

According to the invention, the upper seat guide block 232 is clamped in the vertical guide hole 123, so that the upper seat 230 and the vertical guide hole 123 slide in the vertical guide hole 123 to be tightly connected with the vertical guide hole 123, the upper seat 230 can be limited, the upper seat 230 does not shake in the lifting process, the tooth pattern meshing tightness between the second gear 263 and the vertical rack 190 in the lifting process is ensured, and the phenomenon of tripping or blockage caused by large friction force is avoided.
The vertical rack 190 is arranged at the upper end of the rack 120, so that the medical record cassette 260 can be opened under the driving of the second gear 263 after being separated from the influence of the vertical guide hole 123, the related operation time is shortened, and meanwhile, the medical record cassette 260 cannot collide with the upper end of the rack 120.
When the medical record card box is used, the medical record cards can be classified into categories according to attributes and are respectively placed in different medical record card boxes 260, when the medical record card boxes are checked and stored, the bolts 150 corresponding to the medical record card boxes are downwards rotated, the bolts 150 are inserted into the corresponding connecting holes 214, the hand wheel 160 is rotated, the upper seat 230 and the medical record card boxes 260 are lifted, when the medical record card boxes 260 are lifted to the upper part, the medical record card boxes 260 on the two sides are overturned to the horizontal direction under the action of the vertical rack 190, the medical record card boxes 260 on the two sides are opened, at the moment, the medical record cards stored in the current inner cavity 261 can be checked, when the checking is finished, the hand wheel 160 is rotated again, the medical record card boxes 260 on the two sides are combined and are contracted into the vertical guide hole 123 again, and the medical record card box is provided with the universal wheel 140 and can be quickly moved to a required place; the hand wheel 160 can be rotated to quickly store and view; the classified storage prevents errors, greatly improves the working efficiency and prevents medical accidents.
A method of operating a care vehicle, comprising the steps of:
firstly, dividing medical record cards into categories according to attributes, and respectively placing the categories in different medical record cards 260;
secondly, when the medical record box is checked and stored, the bolt 150 corresponding to the medical record box is downwards rotated, the bolt 150 is inserted into the corresponding connecting hole 214, the hand wheel 160 is rotated, and the upper seat 230 and the medical record box 260 are lifted;
