All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
The invention provides a technical scheme that: the washing type air purification and disinfection machine comprises a shell, wherein the shell comprises a shell base 1, a shell middle section 2 and a seal head 3, a liquid tank is arranged in the shell base 1, a liquid filling opening 4 for filling liquid into the liquid tank is formed in the shell base 1, the bottom plate of the shell base 1 is an inclined bottom plate and inclines towards a sewage draining outlet 14, and a liquid level meter 5 is arranged on the side face of the shell base 1. At least one group of purification devices are arranged in the middle section 2 of the shell and comprise at least one group of spraying devices 8 and at least one group of silk screens 10, wherein the silk screens 10 are arranged above the spraying devices 8, and the silk screens 10 are of a multi-level corrugated structure; the liquid pump 6 is connected to the liquid case, and liquid pump 6 passes through transfer line 7 and links to each other with atomizer 8, and 2 lower extremes in casing middle section are provided with air intake 9, and 3 upper portions of head are provided with air outlet 11, and the liquid in the liquid case is taken out through liquid pump 6, fuses with dust, the fog foam in the air that gets into from the air intake after 7 by atomizer 8 atomizing of transfer line, and the volume mass increase of dust, fog foam particle after fusing subsides the whereabouts to the liquid case, is discharged by drain 14. In the spray washing process, dust and mist in the air of the screen leakage enter the screen maze along with the air flow, collide with the water film with the large surface area of the screen, are mixed and melted, are adsorbed and fall into liquid drops. The purified air after being subjected to spray washing and screen washing is discharged from the air outlet, and the liquid adsorbing dust and mist is discharged from the sewage discharge port 14. Because bacteria and viruses are adsorbed on dust and mist in the air, the dust and mist in the air are eliminated, namely the bacteria and viruses in the air are eliminated.
When the air supply device is used for supplying air in a large place, the infusion tube 7 is arranged outside the shell, one end of the infusion tube is connected with the liquid pump 6 which is also arranged outside the shell, and the other end of the infusion tube penetrates through the shell and is connected with the spraying device 8 in the shell. The air inlet 9 is connected with a fan 13 arranged outside the shell through an air pipe 12.
When the invention is used for supplying air in small places, the infusion tube 7 is arranged in the shell, one end of the infusion tube is connected with the liquid pump 6 which is also arranged in the shell, and the other end of the infusion tube is directly connected with the spraying device 8 in the shell. The air outlet 11 is provided with a fan 13 to lead the interior of the device to be air suction negative pressure, and the bottom of the shell is provided with a universal wheel 15.
The invention uses the mode of combining spray washing and silk screen washing to purify and disinfect air efficiently. The principle is as follows: air containing fine particles such as dust, mist, haze and the like, and bacteria and viruses attached to the particles are blown into the shell base 1 of the device by the fan 13 through the air pipe 12 along with the air; the particles in the air collide and combine with the dense water mist particles, the particles are surrounded by the working water mist (or the disinfection water mist), the volume is increased, the particles flow along with the air flow and enter the silk screen 10 with a multi-level fold surface, the particles continuously collide and contact the surface of the silk screen, the particles surrounded by the water mist in the air and a small amount of particles which do not collide with the water mist in the process of spray washing are collided and absorbed in the silk screen 10, and the particles are fused into the water film on the surface of the silk screen to form liquid drops to flow down. The air flow is adsorbed and washed by the surface of the screen 10, and after separating liquid drops, clean air is discharged. In this way, dust, mist and haze particles in the air, and bacteria and viruses attached to the particles are dissolved into the working water along with the separation of the particles. The bacteria and viruses are collided and surrounded by the disinfecting water mist (when the disinfecting water is used as the working water), and then are completely killed in the process of being collided, adsorbed and washed by the huge surface of the silk screen and being fused into the disinfecting water film. The air that is adsorbed and washed by the wire mesh is clean air that contains no (or little) dust, no (or little) bacteria and viruses, and no water mist. The working water in the liquid tank of the device needs to be added and replaced at regular time or irregular time. The addition and the replacement of the working water can be carried out in the operation process of the washer or after the washer is shut down. After the machine is stopped, the valve on the main pipe is closed, the branch pipe valve is opened, the pump is started to drain water, and fresh working water is added after the water is drained completely.
When common water is used as working water, the device is used for removing dust, mist and haze and purifying air; humidifying and cooling; and can also be used for removing flour dust, chemical product dust, corrosion and rust prevention dust, fiber dust and the like in industrial production. When the disinfectant liquid is used as the working water, the device is used for sterilizing and killing virus in the air. When the alkaline water is used as the working water, the device can be used for removing acid mist, hydrogen sulfide and other toxic gases. When different chemical solutions are used as working water, the method can be used for adsorbing and recovering useful compounds in industrial production tail gas; or adsorbing and removing harmful chemical components in the tail gas. The recycled cut flower soaking water is used as working water, so that the circulating air discharged by the washing machine can be humidified and cooled and has natural fragrance.
The invention combines the spray dust removal technology, the micro-flow demisting technology and the gas washing technology which are commonly applied in the industry, and invents a washing type air purification and disinfection machine which is suitable for the large-flow air circulation washing and disinfection of a central air conditioner. The device is suitable for the purification and disinfection of the circulating return air of the central air conditioner of buildings such as airports, stations, hospitals, hotels, buildings and the like, and ensures that the air output by the central air conditioner is clean and nontoxic.
The material of the device can be made of stainless steel and plastic plates.
