The following tests were carried out on the mildewproof and antibacterial glass wool products prepared in examples 1 to 3 and comparative examples 1 to 5:
and (3) measuring the formaldehyde emission: measuring the formaldehyde emission of the glass wool product according to the regulation of GB/T17795-2019 glass wool product for building heat insulation;
and (3) determination of anti-mildew performance: according to the regulations of GB/T17795 and 2019 glass wool products for building heat insulation, the anti-mildew performance of the glass wool products is measured;
the results are shown in Table 1.

As can be seen from Table 1, the formaldehyde emission was less than 0.02mg/m in each of examples 1 to 3 and comparative examples 1 to 5 3 However, when the prefabricated glass cotton fiber is prepared in the comparative example 4, titanium dioxide is not added, photodegradation cannot be performed, formaldehyde release is slightly high, but still lower than the national standard requirement of the preparation of the formaldehyde-free glass cotton, in the examples 1 to 3, the anti-mold performance reaches the excellent level 0, in the comparative example 1, when the prefabricated glass cotton fiber is prepared, ulexite is not added, micropores are not formed on the glass cotton fiber, the slow release effect is not generated, and the antibacterial performance is reduced to some extent; in comparative example 2, the preparation of the glass wool fiber was carried out without boiling and filtration, the ulexite was not separated from the glass wool fiber, no micropores were formed on the glass wool fiber, no slow-release effect was observed, and its antibacterial property was found to beSo that the temperature is lowered; in comparative example 3, when the prefabricated glass wool fiber is prepared, the magnesium tourmaline is not added, and the antibacterial performance is reduced to some extent; comparative example 4 when the prefabricated glass wool fiber is prepared, titanium dioxide is not added, so that sundries are easily stained on the glass wool product, and the glass wool product close to the sundries is provided with more microorganisms; in comparative example 5, the water-proofing agent was not added, the water-proofing performance of the glass wool product was decreased, and the moist environment was favorable for the propagation of microorganisms, resulting in the decrease of the antibacterial performance of the glass wool product.

Claims (6)

1. The mildew-proof and antibacterial glass wool product is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 80-100 parts of prefabricated glass wool fiber, 15-20 parts of formaldehyde-free glass wool binder, 0.01-0.03 part of environment-friendly mildew-proof antibacterial solvent, 0.1-0.5 part of coupling agent, 6-10 parts of water, 0.5-3 parts of silicone oil, 0.5-0.8 part of surfactant and 0.5-0.8 part of waterproof agent;
the prefabricated glass cotton fiber is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 65-72 parts of glass, 6-12 parts of borax, 1-2 parts of soda ash, 1-3 parts of calcite, 0.3-0.8 part of magnesium tourmaline, 1-4 parts of titanium dioxide and 4-6 parts of ulexite;
the preparation method of the prefabricated glass wool fiber comprises the following steps: according to the weight parts, 65-72 parts of glass, 6-12 parts of borax, 1-2 parts of soda ash, 1-3 parts of calcite, 0.3-0.8 part of magnesium tourmaline, 1-4 parts of titanium dioxide and 4-6 parts of ulexite are put into a crusher to be crushed to obtain mixed powder, and the mixed powder is put into a muffle furnace to be melted to obtain glass liquid; putting the glass liquid into a glass wool centrifuge, centrifuging to obtain glass wool fibers, boiling the glass wool fibers in hot water, filtering while the glass wool fibers are hot, and drying to obtain prefabricated glass wool fibers;
the formaldehyde-free glass wool binder is a mixture of polymethacrylic acid, polyacrylic resin, polyvinyl alcohol and silane, and comprises, by weight, 25-30 parts of polymethacrylic acid, 15-22 parts of polyacrylic resin, 8-15 parts of polyvinyl alcohol and 0.5-2 parts of silane;
the mass fraction of solute in the environment-friendly mildew-proof antibacterial solvent is 65-75%, the solute is a mixture of zinc pyrithione and thiazole antibacterial agent, the solvent is water, and the mass ratio of the zinc pyrithione to the thiazole antibacterial agent is 1: (0.3-2).
2. The mold-proof and antibacterial glass wool product as claimed in claim 1, wherein the pulverizing time of the pulverizer is 40-60min, the muffle furnace temperature is 1150-1200 ℃, and the melting time is 50-80 min.

s1, uniformly mixing a formaldehyde-free glass wool binder, an environment-friendly mildew-proof antibacterial solvent, a coupling agent, water, silicone oil, a surfactant and a waterproof agent to obtain a mixed solution, and uniformly spraying the mixed solution on the prefabricated glass wool fibers;
s2, collecting and conveying the prefabricated glass wool fiber sprayed with the mixed solution by a cotton collection machine, and then curing in a curing furnace at the curing temperature range of 230-250 ℃, thus obtaining the mildew-proof and antibacterial glass wool product.
