Claims (6)
1. A tool scale, comprising:
a first scale body (100), wherein a first scale part (110) is arranged on the first scale body (100);
a second scale body (200), a second scale portion (210) is arranged on the second scale body (200), the second scale body (200) is slidably connected to the first scale body (100), and the second scale body (200) can slide relative to the first scale body (100) along the length direction of the first scale portion (110), so that the second scale portion (210) can move in a telescopic manner along the length direction of the first scale portion (110);
a locking structure capable of locking or unlocking between the first blade (100) and the second blade (200);
one of the first ruler body (100) and the second ruler body (200) is provided with a spring bead (240), the other one of the first ruler body and the second ruler body is correspondingly provided with a strip-shaped groove (102) which can be matched with the spring bead (240), the length direction of the strip-shaped groove (102) is consistent with the moving direction of the second ruler body (200) relative to the first ruler body (100), the spring bead (240) can be abutted to the strip-shaped groove (102) and can move along the length direction of the strip-shaped groove (102), and the spring bead (240) enables the first ruler body (100) and the second ruler body (200) to have a mutual pushing force in the up-down direction through the action of self spring force, so that a gap is formed between the first ruler body (100) and the second ruler body (200);
a limiting structure is arranged between the first ruler body (100) and the second ruler body (200), the limiting structure comprises a first limiting piece (150) and a second limiting piece (230), the first limiting piece (150) is arranged on the first ruler body (100), the second limiting piece (230) is correspondingly arranged on the second ruler body (200), the first limiting piece (150) is provided with two limiting pieces and is distributed at intervals along the moving direction of the second ruler body (200) relative to the first ruler body (100), the second limiting piece (230) is positioned between the two first limiting pieces (150), the second limiting piece (230) can be in abutting connection with the first limiting piece (150), and when the second ruler body (200) moves relative to the first ruler body (100), the second limiting piece (230) moves along with the second ruler body (200) and is in abutting connection with the first limiting pieces (150) on two sides so as to limit the movement of the first ruler body (200) relative to the second ruler body (200);
the first limiting piece (150) comprises a limiting bolt (151) and a limiting nut (152), a strip-shaped adjusting hole (101) is formed in the first ruler body (100), the limiting nut (152) is located on the upper side or the lower side of the first ruler body (100), the limiting bolt (151) penetrates through the adjusting hole (101) and is in threaded connection with the limiting nut (152), the first limiting piece (150) is adjustable in the position condition of the adjusting hole (101), the distance between the two first limiting pieces (150) can be adjusted through the strip-shaped adjusting hole (101), and therefore the travel distance of the second ruler body (200) relative to the movement of the first ruler body (100) can be finely adjusted, and calibration of graduation between the first ruler body (100) and the second ruler body (200) is achieved.
2. A tool ruler as claimed in claim 1, wherein,
one of the first ruler body (100) and the second ruler body (200) is provided with a sliding rail (120), and the other one is correspondingly provided with a sliding groove (220) which can be matched with the sliding rail (120).
3. A tool ruler as claimed in claim 1, wherein,
the locking structure comprises a first locking piece (130) and a threaded hole (141), wherein the first locking piece (130) is arranged on the first ruler body (100) or the second ruler body (200), and the first locking piece (130) is in threaded fit with the threaded hole (141) and can enable the first ruler body (100) and the second ruler body (200) to be mutually abutted and fixed.
4. A tool ruler as claimed in claim 3, wherein,
the locking structure further comprises a second locking piece (140) and a limiting groove (121), wherein the limiting groove (121) is formed in the first ruler body (100) or the second ruler body (200), the threaded hole (141) is formed in the second locking piece (140), and the second locking piece (140) is clamped in the limiting groove (121).
5. A tool ruler as claimed in claim 1, wherein,
the utility model discloses a scale mark, including first scale portion (110) and second scale portion (210), all be equipped with scale mark (111) on first scale portion (110) with the terminal surface of scale mark (111) is relative the up end downward sloping of first ruler body (100) sets up, second scale portion (210) are provided with the terminal surface of scale mark (111) is relative the up end downward sloping of second ruler body (200).
6. A tool ruler as claimed in claim 1, wherein,
the first limiting piece (150) and/or the second limiting piece (230) are/is magnetic pieces, and the first limiting piece (150) and the second limiting piece (230) can be in magnetic attraction fit.
