The application method of the medical catheter fixing device for preventing nasal pressure sores comprises the following steps: firstly, clamping a nasogastric tube 3 close to the limit ring 18 of a nasal plug 1 in a C-shaped groove 22 of a tube pad 2, inserting the nasogastric tube 3 close to one end of a first circular ring 11 into a nasal cavity from the nasal cavity, immersing the nasal plug 1 into the nasal cavity, pulling a flange sleeve 13 outwards, driving the first circular ring 11 to shrink backwards by a connecting rod 14 on the flange sleeve 13, driving a hinging rod group 15 to hinge and rotate by the first circular ring 11 which shrinks backwards, gradually presenting a diamond shape on the nasal plug 1, gradually compressing a first compression spring 17 while shrinking the first circular ring 11, inserting the flange sleeve 13 into the limit ring 18, stopping when the nasal plug is pulled to a required position, stopping the clamping piece 18-11 in a corresponding clamping groove 13-1, limiting the nasal plug, enabling the lower end face of the tube pad 2 to be tightly attached to the skin of a person, and then adhering two ear pieces 24 on the tube pad to the skin of a patient by using an adhesive tape, thus fixing the nasal plug; when the nasogastric tube 3 is used and is to be taken out, the pressing plate 18-14 is pressed, the pressing plate 18-14 makes lever motion by utilizing the cylindrical shaft 18-16, the clamping piece 18-11 is lifted, the flange sleeve 13 losing the limiting force is driven by the resetting force of the first compression spring 17 to withdraw from the limiting ring 18, the resetting force of the first compression spring 17 pushes the first circular ring 11, the first circular ring 11 drives the hinging rod group, the hinging rod group 15 straightens the nasal plug to return to a column state, and the nasogastric tube 3 can be pulled out by tearing off the adhesive tapes on the two ear pieces 24.

Claims (5)
1. A catheter securement device of sore is pressed to medical nose, its characterized in that: comprises a nose plug (1), a tube pad (2) and a nose stomach tube (3), wherein the nose plug (1) is arranged on the nose stomach tube (3), and the tube pad (2) clamps the nose stomach tube (3);
the nose plug (1) comprises a first circular ring (11), a second circular ring (12), a flange sleeve (13), a plurality of connecting rods (14), a plurality of hinging rod groups (15), a first shell (16), a plurality of first compression springs (17), a shell (19) and a limiting ring (18), wherein the first circular ring (11) and the flange sleeve (13) are respectively connected to the two ends of the plurality of connecting rods (14), the second circular ring (12) is positioned inside the plurality of connecting rods (14), the two ends of the hinging rod groups (15) are prevented from being connected with the first circular ring (11) and the second circular ring (12) by the plurality of connecting rods (14), the second circular ring (12) is fixedly arranged on the nose stomach tube (3), the first compression springs (17) are prevented from being connected with the connecting rods (14) and the hinging rod groups (15), and the first shell (16) is connected to the outer diameter circular edges of the first circular ring (11) and the second circular ring (12); the front part of the second circular ring (12) is provided with a first circular ring (11), and the rear part is provided with a flange sleeve (13); the limiting ring (18) is arranged at the rear of the flange sleeve (13), the rear end ring opening of the limiting ring (18) is fixed on the nasogastric tube (3), and the distance between the rear end surface of the limiting ring (18) and the second circular ring (12) is equal to the length of the hinge rod group (15) when the distance is 180 degrees; the first shell (16) is provided with a plurality of vent holes (16-1);
the pipe pad (2) is arranged at one end close to the limiting ring (18), the upper plane of the rectangular block (21) is provided with two C-shaped grooves (22) side by side, the notch of each C-shaped groove (22) is upward, the lower plane of the rectangular block (21) is provided with a sponge cushion block (23), the cushion block (23) is paved on the lower plane of the rectangular block (21), and two ear pieces (24) are connected on the two rectangular broadsides of the lower plane of the rectangular block (21).

The medical catheter securement device for preventing nasal pressure sores of claim 1, wherein: the inner diameter of the first circular ring (11) is equal to the outer diameter of the nasogastric tube (3), and the outer diameter of the first circular ring (11) is larger than the outer diameter of the second circular ring (12); the inner diameter of the flange sleeve (13) is equal to the outer diameter of the nasogastric tube (3), and the outer diameter of the flange sleeve (13) is equal to the inner diameter of the limiting ring (18).

The medical catheter securement device for preventing nasal pressure sores of claim 2, wherein: the length of the flange sleeve (13) is the same as that of the limiting ring (18), a plurality of clamping grooves (13-1) are formed in the outer surface of the flange sleeve (13) side by side, a clamping key group (18-1) is arranged at the front end of the limiting ring (18), and the clamping key group (18-1) is arranged in the groove (18-2); the clamping key set (18-1) comprises a clamping piece (18-11), a cylindrical rod (18-12), a second compression spring (18-13), a pressing plate (18-14) and a cylindrical shaft (18-16), wherein a countersunk hole is formed in the bottom of the groove at the front end of the 'convex' shape of the groove (18-2), the countersunk hole is communicated with the inner wall of the limiting ring (18), the countersunk hole is communicated with the outer surface of the limiting ring (18), the clamping piece (18-11) is arranged in the countersunk hole, the pressing plate (18-14) is of a 'convex' shape and is matched with the groove (18-2), the second compression spring (18-13) is sleeved on the cylindrical rod (18-12), the cylindrical rod (18-12) penetrates through the countersunk hole to connect the clamping piece (18-11) and the front end of the 'convex' shape of the pressing plate (18-14), and the second compression spring (18-13) after connection is positioned in the countersunk hole; the cylinder shaft (18-16) transversely penetrates through the front end of the convex shape of the pressing plate (18-14) and is clamped at two sides of the groove at the front end of the convex shape of the groove (18-2).

The medical catheter securement device for preventing nasal pressure sores of claim 1, wherein: the first shell (16) is attached to the hinging rod group (15), two ends of the first shell (16) are connected with the first circular ring (11) and the second circular ring (12), a second shell (19) wrapping the exposed part of the connecting rod (14) is arranged between the first shell (16) and the flange sleeve (13), two ends of the second shell (19) are connected with the first shell (16) and the flange sleeve (13), and a plurality of ventilation holes (16-1) are formed in the outer surface of the first shell (16).

The medical catheter securement device for preventing nasal pressure sores of claim 1, wherein: the connecting rod (14) is distributed at the outer end of the second circular ring (12), the hinging rod group (15) is formed by hinging two hinging rods, and the hinging rod group (15) is hinged with the first circular ring (11) and the second circular ring (12).
