Abstract
本发明公开一种卷烟胶用防腐防霉剂,按照重量份100份计,由以下重量份的原料的原料组成:防腐防霉活性成分2‑70份、增效剂1‑30份、溶剂28‑90份;其中,所述增效剂为草酸、草酸钠、天冬氨酸、天冬氨酸钠、谷氨酸、谷氨酸钠中的至少一种。同时,本发明还公开了所述卷烟胶用防腐防霉剂的制备方法及其应用。所述卷烟胶用防腐防霉剂稳定性好、抗菌谱广,添加量低,防腐防霉效能高。

技术领域
本发明属于烟草用品辅助制剂技术领域,具体涉及卷烟胶用防腐防霉剂及其制备方法与应用。
背景技术
我国是卷烟生产和消费大国,卷烟系列胶耗用量也居世界第一。卷烟胶包括卷烟搭口胶、卷烟接嘴胶、滤棒中线胶、滤棒成型胶、条与盒包装胶等。卷烟胶品种有淀粉胶、糊精胶、羧甲基纤维素(CMC)、以乙酸乙烯均聚乳液调配的水基胶、乙酸乙烯-乙烯共聚乳液调配胶等。除滤棒成型胶和条与盒包装胶可能为热熔胶外,其他均为水基胶,含水产品在使用和存储中难免受到微生物侵袭,为了防止水基胶发霉变质,造成不必要的损失,添加适量适当的防腐防霉剂必不可少。
目前报道用于烟胶的防腐防霉剂一般为异噻唑啉酮类和食品防腐剂中的苯甲酸及其盐、山梨酸及其盐等。食品用防腐剂是较为安全的防腐剂品种,但是防腐能力有限,异噻唑啉酮类的杀菌机理一般认为是破坏细菌的代谢系统,而达到杀菌抑菌的目的,虽然杀菌能力强,但于人体而言是不安全的。因此烟胶用防腐防霉剂的开发亟待解决。
发明内容
针对现有技术的缺陷,本发明提供一种卷烟胶用防腐防霉剂及其制备方法与应用,所述卷烟胶用防腐防霉剂的稳定性好,抗菌谱广,且添加量低,防腐效能高。
一种卷烟胶用防腐防霉剂,按照重量份100份计,由以下重量份的原料的原料组成:防腐防霉活性成分2-70份、增效剂1-30份、溶剂 28-90份;其中,所述增效剂为草酸、草酸钠、天冬氨酸、天冬氨酸钠、谷氨酸、谷氨酸钠中的至少一种。
优选地,所述防腐防霉活性成分由防腐防霉活性成分A和/或防腐防霉活性成分B组成;
所述防腐防霉活性成分A为苯甲醇、苯氧乙醇、苯氧异丙醇、脱氢乙酸、脱氢乙酸钠、苯甲酸、苯甲酸钠、肉桂酸、肉桂酸钠、乙基己基甘油、山梨坦辛酸酯、月桂酸甘油酯、辛酸甘油酯中的至少一种;
所述防腐防霉活性成分B为2-溴-2-硝基丙烷-1,2-二醇、碘丙炔醇丁基氨甲酸酯、苯乙醇、甲酸、甲酸钠、丙酸、丙酸钠、山梨酸、山梨酸钠、氨基乙酸、甘草酸二钾中的至少一种。
优选地,所述溶剂为水、1,3-丙二醇,1,2-丙二醇,1,4-丁二醇,1,2-戊二醇或1,2-己二醇,苯氧乙醇。
所述卷烟胶用防腐防霉剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将防腐防霉活性成分加入溶剂中,搅拌至澄清;
(2)向其中加入增效剂,混合均匀,过滤,即得所述卷烟胶用防腐防霉剂。
优选地,步骤(1)中搅拌时还包括加热,所述加热的温度为30-40℃。
所述卷烟胶用防腐防霉剂在卷烟胶中的应用,所述应用为按照卷烟胶质量的0.1-1%,将所述卷烟胶用防腐防霉剂加入卷烟胶中。
本发明的优点:
本发明提供的卷烟胶用防腐防霉剂稳定性好、抗菌谱广,添加量低,防腐防霉效能高。

一种卷烟胶用防腐防霉剂,由以下重量份的原料组成:防腐防霉活性成分24份,增效剂2份,溶剂74份;
其中,所述防腐防霉活性成分由苯氧乙醇19份、辛酸甘油酯1份、山梨坦辛酸酯3份和碘丙炔醇丁基氨甲酸酯1份组成;
所述增效剂为草酸;
所述溶剂为1,3-丙二醇;
所述卷烟胶用防腐防霉剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将苯氧乙醇、辛酸甘油酯、山梨坦辛酸酯和碘丙炔醇丁基氨甲酸酯加入1,3-丙二醇中,搅拌至澄清;
(2)向步骤(1)的溶液中加入草酸,搅拌,用400目滤布过滤,即可。
实施例2
一种卷烟胶用防腐防霉剂,由以下重量份的原料组成:防腐防霉活性成分30份,增效剂1份,溶剂69份;
其中,所述防腐防霉活性成分由苯乙醇25份、碘丙炔醇丁基氨甲酸酯1份、乙基己基甘油1份和山梨坦辛酸酯3份组成;
所述增效剂为谷氨酸;
所述溶剂为1,4-丁二醇;
所述卷烟胶用防腐防霉剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将苯乙醇、碘丙炔醇丁基氨甲酸酯、乙基己基甘油和山梨坦辛酸酯加入1,4-丁二醇中,40℃下搅拌至澄清;
(2)向步骤(1)的溶液中加入谷氨酸,搅拌,用400目滤布过滤,即可。
实施例3
一种卷烟胶用防腐防霉剂,由以下重量份的原料组成:防腐防霉活性成分40份,增效剂1份,溶剂59份;
其中,所述防腐防霉活性成分由苯甲酸钠15份、肉桂酸钠5份、丙酸钠20份组成;
所述增效剂为谷氨酸钠;
所述溶剂为水;
所述卷烟胶用防腐防霉剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将苯甲酸钠、肉桂酸钠、丙酸钠加入水中,30℃下搅拌至澄清;
(2)向步骤(1)的溶液中加入谷氨酸钠,搅拌,用400目滤布过滤,即可。
实施例4
一种卷烟胶用防腐防霉剂,由以下重量份的原料组成:防腐防霉活性成分35份,增效剂3份,溶剂62份;
其中,所述防腐防霉活性成分由脱氢乙酸5份、苯甲酸4份、月桂酸甘油酯5份、苯甲醇15份和山梨酸6份组成;
所述增效剂为天冬氨酸;
所述溶剂为苯氧乙醇;
所述卷烟胶用防腐防霉剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将脱氢乙酸、苯甲酸、月桂酸甘油酯、苯甲醇和山梨酸加入苯氧乙醇中,35℃下搅拌至澄清;
(2)向步骤(1)的溶液中加入天冬氨酸,搅拌,用400目滤布过滤,即可。

一种卷烟胶用防腐防霉剂,由以下重量份的原料组成:防腐防霉活性成分33份,增效剂2份,溶剂65份;
其中,所述防腐防霉活性成分由脱氢乙酸钠4份、肉桂酸钠4份、甘草酸二钾3份、甲酸钠6份和山梨酸钠16份组成;
所述增效剂为草酸钠;
所述溶剂为1,2-戊二醇;

(1)将脱氢乙酸钠、肉桂酸钠、甘草酸二钾、甲酸钠和山梨酸钠加入1,2-戊二醇中,40℃下搅拌至澄清;

其中,所述防腐防霉活性成分由肉桂酸5份、月桂酸甘油酯5份、丙酸5份、山梨酸15份和氨基乙酸2份组成;
所述增效剂为天冬氨酸钠;
所述溶剂为1,2-丙二醇;

(1)将肉桂酸、月桂酸甘油酯、丙酸、山梨酸和氨基乙酸加入1,2-丙二醇中,40℃下搅拌至澄清;
(2)向步骤(1)的溶液中加入天冬氨酸钠,搅拌,用400目滤布过滤,即可。
实施例7
一种卷烟胶用防腐防霉剂,由以下重量份的原料组成:防腐防霉活性成分2份,增效剂8份,溶剂90份;
其中,所述防腐防霉活性成分由2-溴-2-硝基丙烷1份、甲酸0.5份、肉桂酸钠0.5份组成;
所述增效剂为草酸;
所述溶剂为水;

(1)将2-溴-2-硝基丙烷、甲酸、肉桂酸钠加入水中,40℃下搅拌至澄清;
(2)向步骤(1)的溶液中加入草酸,搅拌,用400目滤布过滤,即可。
实施例8
一种卷烟胶用防腐防霉剂,由以下重量份的原料组成:防腐防霉活性成分70份,增效剂2份,溶剂28份;
其中,所述防腐防霉活性成分由肉桂酸2份、苯氧异丙醇66份、丙酸2份组成;
所述增效剂为谷氨酸1.5份和草酸钠0.5份;
所述溶剂为1,2-己二醇;
所述卷烟胶用防腐防霉剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将肉桂酸、苯氧异丙醇、丙酸加入1,2-己二醇中,40℃下搅拌至澄清;
(2)向步骤(1)的溶液中加入谷氨酸和草酸钠,搅拌,用400目滤布过滤,即可。
实施例9
一种卷烟胶用防腐防霉剂,由以下重量份的原料组成:防腐防霉活性成分20份,增效剂30份,溶剂50份;
其中,所述防腐防霉活性成分由氨基乙酸6份、甘草酸二钾2份、苯甲酸钠10份、丙酸钠2份组成;
所述增效剂为草酸钠;
所述溶剂为水;
所述卷烟胶用防腐防霉剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将氨基乙酸、甘草酸二钾、苯甲酸钠、丙酸钠加入水中,40℃下搅拌至澄清;
(2)向步骤(1)的溶液中加入草酸钠,搅拌,用400目滤布过滤,即可。
防腐防霉性能检测
针对实施例1-3,6、9不添加增效剂,其他分别同实施例1-3,6、9作为对比例1-3,6、9。
将卷烟胶用防腐防霉剂按照卷烟胶质量的0.1%加入卷烟胶中,按照美国药典USP27(51)微生物防腐功效测试标准进行微生物挑战测试,测试用微生物菌种如下:(1)细菌:铜绿假单胞菌(Pseudomonas aeruginosa)CGMCC1.2464、大肠埃希氏菌(Escherichiacoli)ATCC 44102、金黄色葡萄球菌(Staphylococcus aureus)CGMCC 1.0089;(2)真菌:白假丝酵母(Candida albicans)CGMCC 2.2086、黑曲霉(Aspergillus niger) CGMCC3.3928。
将实施例1-3、6、9所得烟胶防腐防霉剂分别编号为1#、2#、3#、6#、9#,其对应不加增效剂的对比例1-3、6、9的防腐防霉剂分别编号为1'#、2'#、3'#、6'#、9'#,挑战实验结果见表1,细菌总数和真菌总数的单位均为(cfu/g)。

从表1可见,添加0.1%的各防腐防霉剂的卷烟胶在防腐挑战试验中情况如下:本发明所得烟胶防腐防霉剂加入烟胶产品后即对应编号为1#、2#、3#、6#、9#样品,在第7天时,1#、2#、3#、6#、9#样品中细菌真菌的数量均小于初始加入菌量的0.1%,且在第14、21、28天时,细菌和真菌数量持续下降,说明样品的防腐体系对微生物有强的抑杀作用,通过防腐挑战试验;对应不加增效剂的防腐防霉剂加入烟胶后对应样品1'#、2'#、3'#、6'#、9'#,实验结果则表明防腐防霉效果较差,虽在28天内细菌和真菌的存活数量持续降低,但在第14天时,各样品中细菌、真菌的数量均大于初始加入菌量的0.1%,说明防腐体系对微生物抑杀效果较差,不能通过挑战试验。
由以上结果可见,增效剂可有效提高防腐防霉剂配方的除菌灭菌效果,在配方中起到了重要的作用。

1.一种卷烟胶用防腐防霉剂,其特征在于:按照重量份100份计,由以下重量份的原料的原料组成:防腐防霉活性成分2-70份、增效剂1-30份、溶剂28-90份;其中,所述增效剂为草酸钠、天冬氨酸钠、谷氨酸钠中的至少一种;
所述防腐防霉活性成分由防腐防霉活性成分A和/或防腐防霉活性成分B组成;
所述防腐防霉活性成分A为苯甲醇、苯氧乙醇、苯氧异丙醇、脱氢乙酸、脱氢乙酸钠、苯甲酸、苯甲酸钠、肉桂酸、肉桂酸钠、乙基己基甘油、山梨坦辛酸酯、月桂酸甘油酯、辛酸甘油酯中的至少一种;
所述防腐防霉活性成分B为2-溴-2-硝基丙烷-1,2-二醇、碘丙炔醇丁基氨甲酸酯、苯乙醇、甲酸、甲酸钠、丙酸、丙酸钠、山梨酸、山梨酸钠、氨基乙酸、甘草酸二钾中的至少一种。
2.根据权利要求1所述卷烟胶用防腐防霉剂,其特征在于:所述溶剂为水、1,3-丙二醇,1,2-丙二醇,1,4-丁二醇,1,2-戊二醇或1,2-己二醇,苯氧乙醇。
3.权利要求1所述卷烟胶用防腐防霉剂的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)将防腐防霉活性成分加入溶剂中,搅拌至澄清;
(2)向其中加入增效剂,混合均匀,过滤,即得所述卷烟胶用防腐防霉剂。
4.根据权利要求3所述卷烟胶用防腐防霉剂的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(1)中搅拌时还包括加热,所述加热的温度为30-40℃。
5.权利要求1所述卷烟胶用防腐防霉剂在卷烟胶中的应用,其特征在于:所述应用为按照卷烟胶质量的0.1-1%,将所述卷烟胶用防腐防霉剂加入卷烟胶中。
