Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of cigarette materials, and relates to cigarette filter particles capable of reducing peculiar smell of smoke, a preparation method and a filter containing the same.
Background
The filter tip is used as a bridge between a smoker and the mainstream smoke, can filter partial harmful components in the smoke, is connected with the filter tip on the cigarette, can effectively intercept total particulate matters in the mainstream smoke of the cigarette, reduces the tar content and reduces the harm of the smoke to the human health and the environment. In recent years, many studies have been made on the removal of harmful components in smoke, including carbon monoxide, benzopyrene, and the like.
In the process of implementing the invention, the inventor finds that: sulfides in the smoke are gases with unpleasant odor, which is the main cause of the generation of peculiar smell in the oral cavity of cigarette consumers. Among the sulfides in the flue gas, hydrogen sulfide gas is the most abundant gas, and the content of the hydrogen sulfide gas is more than twice of the sum of the contents of other sulfides, so that the hydrogen sulfide gas is one of the main negative influence substances which need to be considered for removal. The technicians have little attention to the sulfide in the smoke of the cigarette at present, so that the removal mode of the sulfide has less attention. The main reason for this is that the health impact of the consumer is significantly greater than the oral malodour, but these details are often critical to the success or failure of a product or even a brand.
The present invention has been made to solve the above problems.
Disclosure of Invention
In a first aspect, the present invention provides a cigarette filter particle capable of reducing smoke odor, comprising: plant powder, iron hydroxide powder and hygroscopic polyhydric alcohol.
The reaction product of the reaction of iron hydroxide and hydrogen sulfide is: ferrous sulfide and water. The principle of reducing hydrogen sulfide in flue gas is as follows: the hydrogen sulfide is precipitated as ferrous sulfide. Wherein, the hygroscopic polyhydroxy alcohol mainly provides an environment with higher relative humidity to provide ionization conditions for the reaction to occur.
Preferably, the cigarette filter particles further comprise: and (3) an adhesive. When the plant powder contains natural adhesive, no additional adhesive is needed.
Preferably, the plant powder is selected from starch-containing plant powder, preferably konjac powder, kudzu root powder, rice powder, flour. However, it is not suitable to add plant powder containing significant acid and alkaline components, such as dark plum powder, otherwise it is easy to cause negative odor generation or insignificant hydrogen sulfide reduction effect.
Preferably, the hygroscopic polyhydroxy alcohol is selected from: one or both of glycerol and propylene glycol.
Preferably, the binder is selected from one or more of carboxymethyl cellulose, carrageenan, guar gum and acacia gum.
The second aspect of the present invention provides a method for manufacturing cigarette filter particles capable of reducing smoke odor, which comprises the following steps:
(1) mixing plant powder and ferric hydroxide powder according to the mass ratio of 1:2-3:1 to obtain mixed powder;
(2) adding hygroscopic polyhydroxyl alcohol and adhesive, granulating by wet granulation process, and sieving to obtain 20-40 mesh granules;
(3) and drying the screened particles at low temperature to obtain the filter tip particles.
Preferably, the particles of the plant powder and the iron hydroxide powder in the step (1) are not smaller than 80 mesh, otherwise it is difficult to mold. Too much plant powder in the mixed powder reduces the effectiveness of the granulated product, too little is detrimental to the product molding, and it does not provide a stable storage environment for the polyhydric alcohol.
Preferably, the adding mass of the polyhydroxy alcohol in the step (2) is 10-30% of the mixed powder obtained in the step (1), and the adding amount of the adhesive is within 2 wt% of the mixed powder in the step (1).
Preferably, the low-temperature drying in the step (3) is performed at a temperature of 100 ℃ or lower, and the vacuum drying or freeze drying is more effective.
In a third aspect, the present invention provides a cigarette filter comprising the filter particles according to claim 1, wherein the filter particles are added in an amount of 20 to 40mg per filter.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
the filter tip particles can effectively reduce the content of hydrogen sulfide in smoke by more than 70%, and have the effects of increasing the moisture of the smoke and improving the moist feeling; the preparation method of the particle is simple and the process is mature.
