Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of cigarette packaging and material processing, and particularly relates to an internal-supporting type sealed cigarette case.
Background
At present, the package is an important component of cigarette products, and is deeply valued all the time, the package not only bears the function of protecting the cigarette products, but also is a necessary container for transporting cigarettes, and is an important medium for establishing contact with consumers and guiding the consumers to repeatedly purchase and consume. However, no matter how excellent a package is, if the most basic functions are not available, for example, the consumer cannot smoothly take out the contents and consume them, or the package is damaged when the contents are taken out and the protection of the remaining contents is lost, the package is undoubtedly a significant defect and disqualification.
In cigarette packaging, how to isolate the influence of external temperature and humidity on the moisture change of cigarettes is always an important issue of long-term attention in cigarette manufacturing industry. Many patents relate to this field of research, such as "an automatic lift-up cigarette pack ZL 201721507801.2", "a new type of reusable moisture-retaining cigarette pack ZL 201721347841.5", "an integral moisture-retaining cigarette pack using annular opposed die-cut wrapping material and method of manufacture ZL 201710073578.3", and so on. The above studies provide excellent protection for the contents: can realize completely cutting off external humiture to the influence of cigarette moisture change, but these patents still have great technical defect. Firstly, the convenience of drawing cigarettes is not considered, and particularly the problem of structural shielding of the box cover of the split type cigarette box with the shaking cover on the drawing cigarettes is solved. Specifically, under the mode of using the moisture-proof inner box, the cigarette is often extracted from the position of the U-shaped opening only along the axis of the cigarette, however, the box cover of the split type cigarette box with the rocking cover needs to cover the whole cigarette from the length direction, and the U-shaped opening of the moisture-proof inner box is in a shielded state, so that the cigarette cannot be extracted smoothly if the U-shaped opening cannot be exposed completely. Secondly, in "an automatic lifting type cigarette moistening box ZL 201721507801.2", although a method for lifting the inner box is provided in order to fully expose the cigarette outlet, in practical application, when the inner box is lifted, all the stress is concentrated on the so-called moistening sheet, and the moistening sheet is broken after being opened for several times, so that the moisture-proof protection function for the remaining contents is lost. Thirdly, the inner box has a complex structure, in particular to an automatic lifting type moistening cigarette box ZL201721507801.2 and a novel repeatedly sticking moistening cigarette box ZL201721347841.5, a relatively redundant cover plate is arranged, the structure and the cost of the cigarette box are increased undoubtedly, and the production efficiency is reduced.
Disclosure of Invention
The technical problem to be solved by the invention is to provide an internal-supporting type sealed cigarette case; the inner-supporting type sealed cigarette case has the advantages of isolating the influence of external temperature and humidity on the moisture change of cigarettes, being capable of smoothly and conveniently extracting cigarettes, and being simpler and more reasonable in structure and more durable.
The technique and method adopted by the present invention to solve the above problems are as follows:
the present invention relates in a first aspect to an internally supported sealed cigarette pack comprising: the rocking cover outer box (1), the supporting sheet (2), the moisture insulation inner box (3) and the moisture retention sheet (4); the rocking cover outer box (1) comprises a box cavity (1-2) and a repeatedly openable rocking cover (1-1), the supporting sheet (2) and the moisture-insulating inner box (3) are arranged in the box cavity (1-2), the lower surface of the supporting sheet (2) is fixed on the inner bottom of the box cavity (1-2) through a third adhesive area (5-3), the bottom surface of the moisture-insulating inner box (3) is fixed on the upper surface of the supporting sheet (2) through a first adhesive area (5-1), one surface of the moisture-preserving sheet (4) is adhered on the upper surface of the moisture-insulating inner box (3) through a fourth adhesive area (5-4), and the other surface of the moisture-preserving sheet is fixed on the inner cover surface of the rocking cover (1-1) through a second adhesive area (5-2).
Cigarette 8 is held side by side in the moisture-proof inner box (3), and cigarette 8 arranges in a mode of being perpendicular to the joint between box chamber (1-2) and rocking cover (1-1).
The upper surface die cutting of box (3) in insulating wet has opening to shake the preset line of U-shaped (9) of lid direction, the preset line of U-shaped (9) extend to the bottom surface of box (3) in insulating wet, the shape of moisturizing piece (4) surpasss the shape that preset line of U-shaped (9) enclosed and cover through fourth gluing district (5-4) preset line (9) enclosed shape.
The folding line (10) is arranged on the supporting sheet (2), the folding line (10) divides the supporting sheet (2) into two parts with different areas, the part with the small area is used for fixing the supporting sheet (2) on the inner bottom of the box cavity (1-2) through the third adhesive area (5-3), and the part with the large area is used for adhering the supporting sheet (2) and the bottom surface of the moisture-proof inner box (3) together through the first adhesive area (5-1); crease line (10) with shake lid (1-1) and box cavity (1-2) joint portion parallel, perhaps say that crease line (10) with separate the spatial position relation of cigarette (8) that hold in the wet interior box (3) be mutually perpendicular.
Except that the contact part between the fourth adhesive area (5-4) and the area outside the shape surrounded by the U-shaped preset line (9) on the moisture-proof inner box (3) is the repeatedly-detachable-adhesive type adhesive, the rest are firm adhesive.
The moisture-proof inner box (3) is formed by wrapping and sealing moisture-proof materials through which water molecules cannot pass easily. The moisture-proof material can be one or more of Polyethylene (PE), oriented polypropylene (OPP), Polycarbonate (PC), biaxially oriented polypropylene (BOPP), polyvinylidene chloride (PVDC), aluminum and paper. The wrapping and sealing manner of the moisture-proof material includes, but is not limited to, an adhesive manner, a hot sealing manner, and the like.
The U-shaped preset line (9) is a discontinuous line which cuts through the moisture-proof material of the moisture-proof inner box (3), or a continuous line which does not cut through the moisture-proof material of the moisture-proof inner box (3) but cuts to the depth of 1/3-199/200 of the moisture-proof material of the moisture-proof inner box (3). Preferably without cutting through the continuous line of moisture barrier material of the moisture barrier inner box (3).
A second aspect of the invention relates to a method of using the above-described inner-supported sealed cigarette packet, comprising the steps of: the moisture retention sheet (4) which is adhered to the inner cover surface of the rocking cover (1-1) by the second adhesive area (5-2) is lifted along with the rocking cover (1-1) being opened, at the moment, the moisture insulation inner box (3) is torn into two parts along a preset line (9) due to the fact that the fourth adhesive area (5-4) is arranged between the moisture retention sheet (4) and the moisture insulation inner box (3), wherein the part which is far away from the moisture insulation inner box (3) due to tearing is a tearing sheet (7), an opening which appears on the moisture insulation inner box (3) after tearing is a U-shaped opening (6) for taking cigarettes, and the shape of the tearing sheet (7) is completely presented according to the design shape of the preset line (9); when the rocking cover (1-1) is closed, the tearing sheet (7) is jointed with the U-shaped opening (6) again to close the moisture-proof inner box (3), and the moisture-proof inner box (3) is sealed again through gluing between the moisture-proof sheet (4) and the area outside the shape surrounded by the U-shaped preset line (9) on the moisture-proof inner box (3).
The invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. the invention provides convenience for drawing cigarettes, and particularly ensures that a U-shaped opening of the moisture-proof inner box can be completely and fully exposed when the split type cigarette case with the rocking cover is opened by means of combined action and balanced stress of the moisture-proof sheet and the supporting sheet under the condition that the split type cigarette case with the rocking cover and the moisture-proof inner box are used simultaneously, so that the cigarettes can be conveniently drawn out from the U-shaped opening along the axial direction of the cigarettes.
2. The upward supporting function of the supporting sheet and the dragging function of the moisture-keeping sheet can support the moisture-proof inner box. The moisture retention sheet and the support sheet play a role together and balance stress, all stress is concentrated on the moisture retention sheet when the moisture-proof inner box is lifted, the opening times can be ensured to be more than 20 times (20 cigarettes are generally filled in the cigarette case), the moisture retention sheet is still intact, and the cigarette case is more durable. Furthermore, the upward supporting function of the supporting sheet is influenced by structural change in the process of lifting the moisturizing inner box, the part of the supporting sheet which is distinguished by the crease line and has a large area is changed from a plane into a curved surface, and therefore the moisturizing inner box is supported by means of curved surface tension. The varying cross-sectional profile thereof is shown in fig. 9.
3. The inner box has a simple and reasonable structure, abandons redundant cover plates, simplifies the cigarette case structure, reduces the cigarette case cost and improves the production efficiency.
4. From links such as transportation, use, can completely, continuously provide isolated external humiture to the guard action of cigarette moisture change, effectively avoid the cigarette to wet and become flavor, deteriorate, prevent effectively that cigarette moisture from scattering and disappearing or absorbing environment moisture, prevent that external peculiar smell from permeating cigarette, increased by a wide margin and separated the functional value that the cigarette case can provide the consumer.

Detailed Description
The following detailed description of the preferred embodiments of the present invention, taken in conjunction with the accompanying drawings, will make the advantages and features of the invention easier to understand by those skilled in the art, and thus will make the scope of the invention more clearly and unequivocally defined;
example 1
Step one, OPP and aluminum are compounded on paper to be used as a moisture-proof material of the moisture-proof inner box (3) for standby.
And secondly, die-cutting a preset line (9) on one surface of the moisture-insulating material close to the rocking cover (1-1) on the moisture-insulating inner box (3) to obtain a shape and a size required by design for later use. Wherein, the preset line (9) is a continuous line which does not cut through the moisture-proof material of the moisture-proof inner box (3) but cuts to the thickness 9/10 of the moisture-proof material of the moisture-proof inner box (3). As shown in fig. 4.
And step three, wrapping the cigarettes (8) in the moisture-proof inner box (3), sealing the cigarettes in a hot sealing mode, covering the moisture-preserving sheet (4) on a preset line (9), and arranging a fourth adhesive area (5-4) between the moisture-preserving sheet (4) and the moisture-proof inner box (3). Wherein, the area and the shape of the moisture retention sheet (4) are larger than or exceed the area and the shape surrounded by the preset line (9). As shown in fig. 4 and 5.
Fourthly, the support sheet (2) is divided into two parts with different areas by the crease lines (10), the part with the area accounting for one fifth of the total area of the support sheet (2) is used for fixing the support sheet (2) on the inner bottom of the box cavity (1-2) of the rocking cover outer box (1) through the third adhesive area (5-3), and the part with the area accounting for four fifth of the total area of the support sheet (2) is used for adhering the support sheet (2) and the bottom surface of the moisture-proof inner box (3) together through the first adhesive area (5-1). Wherein, the crease line (10) and the cigarette (8) keep a mutually vertical spatial position relationship. As shown in figures 1, 2, 3, 6.
And fifthly, one surface of the moisture retention sheet (4) close to the rocking cover (1-1) is fixed on the inner cover surface of the rocking cover (1-1) through a second adhesive area (5-2), and meanwhile, the shape of the moisture insulation inner box (3) is not more than the shape and the area of the moisture insulation inner box is not more than the inner cavity of the rocking cover outer box (1), so that a complete cigarette box can be manufactured. As shown in fig. 5, 6, 7.
Example 2
Step one, compounding PE and aluminum on paper to serve as a moisture-proof material of the moisture-proof inner box (3) for standby.
And secondly, die-cutting a preset line (9) on one surface of the moisture-insulating material close to the rocking cover (1-1) on the moisture-insulating inner box (3) to obtain a shape and a size required by design for later use. Wherein the preset line (9) is a discontinuous line which cuts through the moisture-insulating material of the moisture-insulating inner box (3). As shown in fig. 4.
And step three, wrapping the content cigarette (8) in the moisture-proof inner box (3), sealing the content cigarette in a gluing mode, covering the moisture-keeping sheet (4) on a preset line (9), and arranging a fourth gluing area (5-4) between the moisture-keeping sheet (4) and the moisture-proof inner box (3). Wherein, the area and the shape of the moisture retention sheet (4) are larger than or exceed the area and the shape surrounded by the preset line (9). As shown in fig. 5.
Fourthly, the support sheet (2) is divided into two parts with different areas by the crease line (10), the part with the area accounting for one fourth of the total area of the support sheet (2) is used for fixing the support sheet (2) on the inner bottom of the box cavity (1-2) of the rocking cover outer box (1) through a third adhesive area (5-3), and the part with the area accounting for three quarters of the total area of the support sheet (2) is used for adhering the support sheet (2) and the bottom surface of the moisture-proof inner box (3) together through the first adhesive area (5-1). Wherein, the crease line (10) and the content cigarette (8) keep a mutually vertical spatial position relation. As shown in figures 1, 2, 3, 6.
And fifthly, one surface of the moisture retention sheet (4) close to the rocking cover (1-1) is fixed on the inner cover surface of the rocking cover (1-1) through a second adhesive area (5-2), and meanwhile, the shape of the moisture insulation inner box (3) is not more than the shape and the area of the moisture insulation inner box is not more than the inner cavity of the rocking cover outer box (1), so that a complete cigarette box can be manufactured. As shown in fig. 5, 6, 7.
Application example 1
The opening test was performed on the inner-supporting sealed cigarette case manufactured according to the above two embodiments. The rocking cover (1-1) is lifted, the moisture retention sheet (4) which is bonded on the rocking cover (1-1) by the second adhesive area (5-2) is lifted, at the moment, the moisture insulation inner box (3) is torn into two parts along the preset line (9) due to the fact that the fourth adhesive area (5-4) is arranged between the moisture retention sheet (4) and the moisture insulation inner box (3), the part which is far away from the moisture insulation inner box (3) due to tearing is the tearing sheet (7), and the opening which appears on the moisture insulation inner box (3) after tearing is the U-shaped opening (6). As shown in fig. 6.
When the tear sheet (7) is taken away from the moisture-proof inner box (3), the moisture-proof inner box (3) has a supporting function because the supporting sheet (2) is changed into a convex curved surface from a plane, and the moisture-proof sheet (4) and the tear sheet (7) are dragged, the U-shaped opening (6) is upwards supported, the situation that the shaking cover outer box (1) shields the U-shaped opening (6) is completely avoided, better convenience is provided for extracting the content cigarette (8), the shape of the tear sheet (7) is completely presented according to the design shape of the preset line (9), the shape except for expectation cannot be generated, and the problem that the moisture-proof sheet (4) is damaged to cause the reopening is avoided.
After cigarettes are taken out, the rocking cover (1-1) can be manually closed, the tearing sheet (7) is jointed with the U-shaped opening (6) again to close the moisture-insulating inner box (3), the moisture-insulating inner box (3) is sealed again through gluing between the moisture-preserving sheet (4) and an area outside the shape surrounded by the U-shaped preset line (9) on the moisture-insulating inner box (3), and the remaining cigarettes are ensured to be isolated from the outside so as to realize moisture preservation and moisture preservation.
