Buccal tube with movable traction piece
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of orthodontic appliances, in particular to a buccal tube.
Background
The buccal tube is an important component of the orthodontic fixing corrector and consists of a hollow tube, a traction hook and a bottom plate. In general, the buccal tube is directly adhered or adhered and fixed on the molar surface through a belt ring, and the correction archwire passes through the hollow tube of the buccal tube, and the buccal tube can play a role of fixing the archwire. The buccal tube is provided with a traction hook for hanging a rubber ring or a tension spring and the like to carry out intra-jaw or inter-jaw traction. The traction hook is usually used not throughout the whole orthodontic cycle but only in the early stage or the middle and late stage of the orthodontic, but the traction hooks set on the buccal tube in the market at present are all fixed traction hooks, and the traction hooks cannot be removed when the traction hooks are not used. The traction hook has the structure for stimulating the oral mucosa due to the function requirement, so that the traction hook is easy to bring strong foreign body sensation to patients, and the traction hooks on the market all have corner-benefiting structures, so that discomfort is brought to the patients. In order to reduce foreign body sensation of a patient, the buccal tube which can be contained when the traction hook is not used is provided, so that discomfort brought to the patient in the use process of the buccal tube can be greatly reduced.
The prior patent application CN110584810a of this company discloses a buccal tube with a hidden traction hook, in which a containing space is provided in the main body of the buccal tube, and a movable or rotatable traction hook is placed in the containing space in the main body when not in use, and moves or rotates the traction hook away from the containing space when in use. However, the solution of this application has three problems, firstly, because the buccal tube is used to be stuck on the molar, the size of the buccal tube is very small, the size of the main body is only 3-6mm, the length of the traction hook is usually about 1-3mm, a containing space is arranged in the main body, the movable or rotatable traction hook is assembled in the containing space, because the size is too small, in the actual production and processing process, the processing procedure is complicated and very difficult, and because the processing difficulty is high, the precision of the product is poor, the yield of the product is low, and the traction hook is difficult to keep stable after repeated multiple movements or rotations of the traction hook, secondly, because the size of the traction hook is very small, and the buccal tube is stuck on the molar of a patient, and is located in the deep of the oral cavity, the doctor cannot observe the position of the traction hook on the buccal tube by naked eyes in the actual operation process, the traction hook is required to be taken out from the internal containing space, the operation of the tool is difficult to align the traction hook, if the operation is very easy, the tool is scratched by the patient easily, and the third, the processing procedure is very complicated and the processing procedure is very difficult to be applied to the market, and is very difficult. In order to meet the requirements of practical application, the technical scheme in the application needs to be improved, and the buccal tube which can avoid the irritation of the traction hook to the oral mucosa of a patient when the traction hook is not used, has low practical production and processing difficulty, is convenient for doctors to operate and has the production cost which is acceptable to market environment is designed.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the technical problems, the invention provides a buccal tube with a movable traction piece.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is as follows:
A buccal tube comprises a main body provided with a movable accessory, wherein the accessory comprises a traction part, the traction part moves to a use position in the use state of the accessory, and the accessory moves to the outer side of the main body in the non-use state of the accessory. The traction part moves to a use position, and the movement mode can be various movement modes, movement, rotation or combination thereof and the like which can be considered by a person skilled in the art, and the use position of the traction part can be a position protruding relative to the main body or a position forming a gap or separation with the main body. In the non-use state of the accessory, the accessory can be moved to the outer side of the main body, and can be clung to the outer surface of the main body or can be positioned on the outer side of the outer surface of the main body. In the accessory non-use state, the traction part does not protrude relative to the main body or form a gap or separation with the main body, and cannot be used as a traction piece. The accessory can be arranged on the outer surface of the main body or on a bottom plate of the buccal tube, and the bottom plate is a part connected with the main body and used for being stuck on teeth of a patient.
Compared with the buccal tube in CN110584810A, the buccal tube in CN110584810A has advantages and disadvantages, wherein the buccal tube is a containing space in which the traction hook is arranged in the main body, namely, the traction hook is in a non-use state, the general appearance of the traction hook is not observed from the outside of the main body, the accessory is arranged on the outside of the main body, namely, the general appearance of the accessory is observed from the outside of the main body, firstly, the accessory is arranged outside the main body, such as the outer surface of the main body, or on a bottom plate, and the like, namely, a processing area is changed from the inside of the main body to the outside of the main body, so that the processing is simpler, the operation is easier, the product precision is higher, the quality of the produced product is easier to control, the yield of the product is higher, the quality of the product can be ensured, secondly, because the accessory is arranged on the outside of the main body, a doctor can easily position a tool on the position of the accessory, hook, pull and the like, the accessory is easier to be converted from the non-use state to the use state, the processing technology is simplified, and the processing cost of the product is easier to popularize and the processing technology is lower. On the other hand, the buccal tube in CN110584810A is difficult to remain food residues in the process of eating food because the traction hook is hidden, and the buccal tube in the application is easy to remain food residues because the traction hook is arranged on the outer side of the main body, so that the teeth of the patient are not easy to clean.
In some preferred embodiments, the buccal tube includes a first stop disposed on at least one of the main body and the accessory for limiting continued movement of the accessory when the traction portion is moved to the use position. In order to prevent the accessory from continuing to move after moving to a use state, a first limiting piece is arranged on the main body or the accessory to limit the accessory. Any shape and position of the first limiting member can be selected as long as the accessory can be limited to the use state, and the position of the first limiting member can be determined according to the shape and position of the actual accessory.
In some preferred embodiments, the buccal tube includes a second stop disposed on at least one of the main body and the accessory for blocking movement of the accessory and limiting it to a non-use condition. In order to keep the accessory in a non-use state, the accessory is prevented from moving independently when the accessory is not expected to be used, a second limiting piece is arranged on the main body or the accessory, when the accessory is required to be used, force is applied to the accessory, the second limiting piece is extruded and deformed, so that the accessory can move, and then the accessory is converted into a use state.
In a further preferred embodiment, the main body or the accessory is provided with a limit protrusion or a limit recess matched with the second limit piece, and the accessory is forced to move when the accessory is not in use, and the limit protrusion or the limit recess passes over the second limit piece. In some preferred embodiments, the outer side of the body is concave to form a notch at which the accessory is located in the accessory's non-use state. Because the larger the volume of the buccal tube, the stronger the foreign body sensation in the mouth of the patient, the smaller the volume, the smaller the foreign body sensation in the mouth of the patient. The notch is formed in the concave shape on the outer side of the main body, and the accessory is positioned at the notch in a non-use state of the accessory. The specific shape of the notch is not limited, and in a further preferred embodiment, the notch may be shaped to match the shape of the accessory. It is a preferred embodiment to recess the outside of the body inwardly, and if no recess is formed on the outside of the body, it is still within the scope of the present application, as well as meeting the requirements.
In some preferred embodiments, the outer side of the body is provided with a moving rail fitting, the fitting being movable along a moving rail formed by the moving rail fitting. The moving track fitting is used for limiting the moving direction of the accessory, and the accessory moves along the moving track formed by the moving track fitting to realize the conversion between the non-use state and the use state.
In some further preferred embodiments, the moving track fitting is a groove or collar, the fitting being provided within the groove or collar. The movement track may also be any other structure capable of defining the direction of movement of the accessory.
In other preferred embodiments, the outer side of the body is provided with a shaft, through which the accessory is rotatably connected to the body. Because the shaft is provided on the outside of the body, there are a great number of alternative ways of implementation and the production process is easier.
In a further preferred embodiment, the shaft is snap-connected to the body. The shaft is connected with the main body through a buckle, and can be detachably connected, or can be a buckle which can only be connected and can not be detached, such as interference fit and the like. The shaft is connected with the main body in a buckling way, so that the traction hook is easier to assemble, and the production process of the buccal tube is simpler.
In some further preferred embodiments, the main body is provided with a hole for inserting the shaft, and at least two clamping pieces are arranged at one end of the shaft connected with the main body, and the two clamping pieces can be inserted into the hole when being forced close.
In still further preferred embodiments, the shaft is provided with a fixing protrusion, the inner wall of the hole is provided with a detent protrusion, and the shaft is inserted into the hole, and the detent protrusion blocks the fixing protrusion from moving outwards. The fixing protrusions and the clamping protrusions can be rigid protrusions, or one or two of the fixing protrusions and the clamping protrusions can be elastic protrusions.
In some preferred embodiments, the outer surface of the accessory mates with the outer surface of the body to form a smooth surface when the accessory is not in use.
