The panel rubberizing tool can fix a position the rubberizing region of panel through the baffle to shelter from the non-rubberizing region that borders on mutually with the rubberizing region, thereby prevent to glue the material and stride to paste.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of panel preparation tools, in particular to a panel rubberizing jig.
Background
At present, the assembly mode of the display panel and the middle frame of the back plate adopts double-sided foam cotton glue lamination, the operation mode adopts manual rubberizing, the rubberizing area designed aiming at the narrow frame model is smaller than that designed by the conventional model, and the manual rubberizing error of factory line operation is likely to cause cross-pasting degumming to influence the assembly of the display panel and the middle frame.

The invention aims to provide a panel rubberizing jig to solve the technical problem that rubberizing materials are easy to stick in a panel rubberizing process in the prior art.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides a panel rubberizing jig which comprises a tray and a baffle. The baffle is movably mounted to the tray above. A gap is reserved between the baffle and the tray and used for placing a panel. After the baffle is moved, the panel can be placed in the tray or taken out of the tray
Further, the panel rubberizing tool still includes the support, the rotatable formula installation of one end of tray extremely the support.
Further, the panel rubberizing jig further comprises an angle adjusting device, and the angle adjusting device is used for adjusting an included angle between the tray and the horizontal plane.
Further, the panel rubberizing tool still includes cylinder and telescopic link. The cylinder is mounted to the bracket. One end of the telescopic rod is connected to the piston of the cylinder, and the other end of the telescopic rod is connected to the bottom of the tray.
Further, the tray includes a tray opening that extends from a middle portion of the tray to a side of the tray.
Furthermore, the panel rubberizing jig further comprises a limiting device, wherein the limiting device is arranged on one side of the tray bearing panel and used for fixing the panel.
Further, the panel rubberizing jig further comprises a guide rail fixed to the tray. The guide rail is linear, and the central line of the guide rail is parallel to one side edge of the tray. At least one guide rail can be installed to at least one end of baffle slidable.
Further, one end of the baffle is rotatably connected to one side of the tray.
Furthermore, the panel rubberizing jig further comprises a rotating device, one end of the rotating device is connected to the baffle, and the other end of the rotating device is connected to the tray. The rotation center of the rotating device is positioned at the edge or the corner of the tray.
Further, when a panel is placed on the tray, a rubberizing area is formed at the edge of the upper surface of the panel, and the projection of the baffle on the upper surface of the panel is adjacent to the rubberizing area.
The invention has the advantages that: according to the panel rubberizing jig provided by the invention, the rubberizing area of the panel can be positioned through the baffle, and the non-rubberizing area bordering the rubberizing area is shielded. When gluing the material and being pasted to narrow frame panel, because the non-rubberizing region adjacent with the rubberizing region is blocked by the baffle, partly glue the material and spill over to the baffle from the rubberizing region on, when the baffle was taken away, unnecessary gluey material is also taken away, consequently non-rubberizing region can not have gluey material to remain to prevent to glue the material and stride the subsides, improve the rubberizing precision of narrow frame panel, reduce the rejection rate, reduce the degree of difficulty of panel rubberizing work.

providing a panel, wherein the panel is provided with a glue-free area and a gluing area surrounding the glue-free area. A protective film is pasted on the front surface of the panel. The back of the panel is sucked by a suction cup and the panel is moved and placed on the carrying surface 12 of the tray 10. At this time, the baffle 20 is located at the side of the tray 10, and the included angle between the tray 10 and the horizontal plane is greater than 0 ° and less than 90 °, and the included angle is preferably 45 ° to 80 °. Under the action of gravity, the panel slides down along the bearing surface 12 until the bottom plate of the panel abuts against the limiting device 50, and the limiting device 50 prevents the panel from sliding out of the tray 10 and limits the position of the panel.
Step S20) adjusts the inclination angle of the tray 10 by the angle adjusting means 40:
the inclination angle of the tray 10 is adjusted by the angle adjusting device 40, so that the tray 10 is parallel to the horizontal plane, and the rubberizing operation is convenient.
Step S30), the shutter 20 is moved, and a glue layer is formed in the gluing area of the panel:
the baffle 20 is rotationally moved from the side edge of the tray 10 to the carrying surface 12 of the tray 10 by a rotating device 70, and then the baffle 20 is moved by a guide rail 60, so that the projection of the baffle 20 on the upper surface of the panel is adjacent to the rubberizing area. And coating a glue material in the gluing area of the panel to form a glue layer.
Step S40) removing the protective film on the panel:
the flap 20 is again rotated from the carrying surface 12 of the tray 10 to the side of the tray 10 by the rotating means 70. And then, tearing off the protective film in the glue-free area of the panel.
Step S50) take out the panel, assemble the middle frame:
the suction cup is sucked to the back of the panel through the opening of the tray 10 and then the panel is taken away. And aligning the rubberizing area of the panel with the panel middle frame, and then coating the panel middle frame in the rubberizing area of the panel to finish the rubberizing work of the panel and the assembling work of the panel and the middle frame.
In the embodiment of the invention, the panel rubberizing jig 1 in the embodiment 1 or the embodiment 2 is adopted to carry out rubberizing work on the panel, so that the adhesive material can be effectively prevented from being attached in a crossing manner, the rubberizing work accuracy is improved, and the rubberizing difficulty of the narrow-frame panel is reduced.
The panel gluing jig 1 provided in the embodiment 1-2 of the present invention only employs one guide rail 60 and one baffle 20, but in other embodiments of the present invention, a technical solution for combining and using a plurality of guide rails 60 and a plurality of baffles 20 is also provided, and the mounting structure thereof is similar to the panel gluing jig 1 in the embodiment 1-2 of the present invention, and therefore, redundant description is not provided here.
