Abstract
The invention discloses a paper tube material identification management system and a method, comprising the following steps: the production traceability system comprises an information storage carrier, a reader-writer, a control terminal, an ERP management terminal and an MES management terminal, wherein the control terminal is provided with a production traceability management module, the information storage carrier is arranged on a paper tube, attribute information is stored in a storage space of the information storage carrier, the reader-writer is used for reading the attribute information, the reader-writer has a wireless communication function and realizes interaction with the control terminal, and the ERP management terminal and the MES management terminal are connected with the control terminal. The invention solves the problems of automatic identification, information management and production traceability management of paper tube materials in the packaging and printing industry, and avoids a series of problems caused by manual error operation.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of RFID (radio frequency identification devices), in particular to a paper tube material identification management system and a paper tube material identification management method.
Background
The diameter range of a paper tube semi-finished product and a finished product material paper tube of an intelligent factory automation workshop in the packaging and printing industry is 9-20 cm, the length range is 4-110 cm, mainly bearing paper and plastics, the diameter range of the bearing material is 50-170 cm, and the weight range is 20-300 kg. The printed package develops towards the direction of short and flat, and is influenced by factors such as various material types and different sizes, so that the phenomenon of using wrong materials is frequent, the efficiency is influenced, and the production cost is increased.
The traditional solution mainly adopts a paper label to be pasted on a material outer package, and information is corrected in a mode of reading and distinguishing by an operator. Although the error rate is reduced, the influence of human factors is large, especially the printing and packaging industry can not be completely eradicated under the condition of 24-hour non-stop operation, and the efficiency is low, and time and labor are wasted.
Therefore, how to provide an automatic identification management system for paper tube materials is a problem that needs to be solved urgently by those skilled in the art.

In this embodiment, the mounting method of the information storage carrier and the paper tube is specifically disclosed:

As shown in fig. 4, an installation mode of sticking an RFID tag to an outer wall slot is adopted, wherein 1 is a paper tube model of a paper tube material, and 2 is a flexible RFID electronic tag.
The concrete mode is as follows:

In this embodiment, the control terminal includes a storage module and a production traceability management module, the storage module performs data storage on the read-write record, and the production traceability management module performs historical production flow query on a certain material or a certain type of material according to the stored processing flow code. And the problems in the production process are found according to the historical processing flow codes, so that the problems are quickly positioned and solved in time.
In this embodiment, an information management module is specifically disclosed, which includes an ERP management terminal and an MES management terminal, and is connected to the ERP management terminal through an ERP interface on the control terminal to perform online docking of enterprise resource planning. And the MES interface on the control terminal is connected with the MES management terminal to carry out the butt joint of the enterprise production process execution management system.
In an embodiment, a paper tube material identification management method is disclosed, which includes:
step 1: the reader-writer reads the attribute information on the information storage carrier through the read-write module and stores the attribute information to the data storage module and the storage module of the control terminal;
