The heating assembly 7 comprises a heating block 71 fixed on the lower side of the fixing plate 4, a plurality of heating grooves are formed in the heating block 71, a plurality of heating rods 72 penetrate through the heating grooves, a line collecting groove 73 communicated with the heating grooves is formed in the rear side of the heating block 71, an outlet 41 communicated with the line collecting groove 73 is formed in the upper end of the fixing plate 4, baffle plates 74 are fixed on the front side and the rear side of the heating block 71 through bolts, and heating wires connected to the heating rods 72 extend out of the line collecting groove 73 and the outlet 41.
The mold 8 comprises a mold plate 81 positioned on the lower side of the heating block 71, two connecting rods 82 are fixed on the upper end of the mold plate 81, two clamping grooves 42 corresponding to the connecting rods 82 are arranged on the upper side of the fixing plate 4, and the upper ends of the connecting rods 82 penetrate through the heating block 71 and extend into the corresponding clamping grooves 42.
Clamping unit 6 is including fixing two first guide bars 61 at fixed plate 4 upside, wear to be equipped with action bars 62 in the first guide bar 61, be equipped with the removal hole that supplies action bars 62 to remove on mounting bracket 53, it is connected with two transfer lines 63 to rotate on the action bars 62, action bars 62 one end is kept away from to transfer lines 63 articulates there is clamping bar 64, clamping bar 64's middle part is articulated with fixed plate 4, the one end that transfer lines 63 were kept away from to two clamping bar 64 is fixed with the locating piece, two locating pieces pass through clamping spring 65 and connect, be equipped with the second guide bar 66 of being connected with fixed plate 4 on clamping bar 64 upside, be equipped with the wobbling groove that supplies clamping bar 64 wobbling in the second guide bar 66. An annular clamping groove 821 is arranged on the connecting rod 82, a clamping block 67 is fixed at the lower end of the clamping rod 64, and an abdicating groove 671 which can be matched with the connecting rod 82 is arranged at one end, close to the connecting rod 82, of the clamping block 67.
When the clamping spring 65 is in a normal state, the connecting rod 82 is embedded into the receding groove 671, and the fixture block 67 at the bottom of the receding groove 671 is inserted into the fixture groove 821, so that the connecting rod 82 cannot move in a fixed position, and the fixing of the mold 8 is realized. A connecting screw 621 is connected to the front side of the operating rod 62 through a screw thread, a handle 622 is fixed to the front side of the connecting screw 621, a positioning plate 68 is rotatably connected to the mounting frame 53, and a positioning groove 681 capable of being matched with the connecting screw 621 is arranged on the positioning plate 68.
When the mold 8 needs to be disassembled, the operating rod 62 can be pushed backwards through the handle 622, so that the operating rod 62 moves backwards, the two clamping rods 64 are driven to swing through the transmission rod 63, the fixture block 67 is separated from the connecting rod 82, the mold 8 can be disassembled downwards for replacement, replacement is convenient and fast, bolts do not need to be disassembled, and when the mold 8 is installed, the fixing plate 4 is positioned in an inclined state through the rotary air cylinder 58, so that the lower side of the heating assembly 7 faces the front of a machine in an inclined mode, a hole corresponding to the clamping groove 42 in the heating block 71 is convenient to find, the connecting rod 82 is convenient to insert into the clamping groove 42 for positioning, and the mold 8 is more convenient and fast to install; when using mould 8, the upset locating plate 68 says so that constant head tank 681 and connecting screw 621 cooperation to restrict the position of handle 622 through locating plate 68, make people can't press handle 622 and dismantle mould 8, make people be difficult for mistake touching handle 622 and lead to mould 8 to drop.
