Technical Field
The present application relates to the field of dental detection, and more particularly, to a dental plaque detection apparatus.
Background
With the improvement of living standard, people pay more attention to health, particularly oral health, teeth are important components of human bodies, and the health degree of the teeth can greatly influence the life quality of people. Dental plaque is easy to cause dental caries and periodontal diseases, and acidic metabolites of dental plaque can corrode teeth to cause dental caries. Mature plaque is more difficult to remove than primary plaque, calcifies to form calculus, and stimulates engorgement and inflammation of the gums, leading to periodontal disease.
Plaque is a soft, unmineralized bacterial population that is either adhered to each other, or to the surface of the tooth, interdental, or restorative surfaces, surrounded by a matrix, and is a bacterial biofilm that cannot be washed away or rinsed away with water. Preliminary analysis is carried out on domestic patents, and dental plaque detection methods in the prior art are mainly divided into three categories, wherein one category is detection by scraping a sample from the tooth surface of a subject, carrying out bacterial culture in a laboratory, observing under a magnifier and the like; one is a reagent-based plaque detection agent (plaque stain); one type is a dental plaque detection device of equipment, which can be specifically divided into a special dental plaque detector, an intelligent toothbrush with a dental plaque detection function and the like.
1. ) In the prior art, a bacteria culture mode is to scrape a sample from the tooth surface of a subject, perform bacteria culture in a laboratory, observe under a magnifier and the like for detection, and the methods are limited by experimental conditions to a great extent and can only be performed in oral medical institutions, and the subject is difficult to simply and quickly know results.
2. ) Plaque detection is also typically stained with a plaque stain and viewed by a doctor. CN 103908680B describes a dental plaque detection agent, which is safe, nontoxic, long in effective time and capable of effectively reducing the stimulation to sensitive teeth. However, the lips and the oral cavity are easily stained during the use of the dental plaque stain, and repeated cleaning is required.
3. ) In the prior art, most dental plaque detectors irradiate light rays with a specific spectrum onto dental plaque, a light source in the wavelength band emits visible fluorescence, and the fluorescence is generated because carboline photosynthesites exist in bacterial metabolism, particularly protocarboline (PP 9), PP9 and similar carboline molecules are derivatives of hemoglobin and are elements for synthesizing heme; PP9 is found in large numbers in gram-negative dental bacteria, and its levels increase as the plaque biofilm matures. Therefore, the determination can be made based on the imaging effect of dental plaque under a specific spectrum of light. CN 210811694U discloses an oral cavity health bacterial plaque detector, including handheld detection main part, lens hood, light filter, at least two LED purple light lamps, rechargeable battery, lighting control circuit board and switch. The upper part of the hand-held main body is a measuring part (ring shape), and the lower part is a holding handle. A device for detecting plaque on teeth is described in CN 105636479B. Includes a light emitting device, a light receiving device, a light detecting device and a processing device. Plaque is determined based on the ratio of the intensity of the detected light at two different distances. CN 213098486U describes a dental plaque intelligent detection appearance, including the device body, the device body includes the handle and connects the detection piece in the handle upper end, be equipped with the function on the lateral surface of handle, the detection piece includes the camera, stretches pole and connecting seat in, the upper end of camera and interior pole is connected. The oral cavity image information and information such as dental plaque distribution range and local concentration can be acquired through the laser emission module level image acquisition module.
In the prior art, the dental plaque detection function is integrated on the electric toothbrush, that is, besides the function of oral cleaning, the dental plaque is also irradiated with light of a specific spectrum, and the dental plaque is determined according to the imaging effect of the dental plaque under the light of the specific spectrum. CN 209846407U discloses an oral cleaning device and a light emitting module, the oral cleaning device comprises a handle, a cleaning member, a power source, a light emitting module and a starting element. CN 112220573 invented a U type dental plaque detection toothbrush, CN 205492987 provided an intelligent toothbrush with dental plaque detection, CN 208942464U disclosed a domestic dental plaque detection cleaning device.
A part of dental plaque detectors (such as CN 105636479B, CN 213098486U) and intelligent toothbrushes with dental plaque detection functions (such as CN 208942464U, CN 205492987U) all have the common point that one end with a light source with a specific wave band is required to be placed in a mouth, a camera is used for replacing the naked eye to record the intensity of fluorescence, a fluorescence photo of a dental surface is obtained, and the condition of dental plaque is observed. Because of the limitation of shooting in the mouth, the shooting process is increased, and certain operation requirements are provided for operators. In addition, the traditional Chinese medicine preparation is required to be placed in the oral cavity and directly contacts the oral cavity, and once the traditional Chinese medicine preparation is not sufficiently used in a crossed manner in a protection and disinfection manner, various diseases are infected. Some simple dental plaque detecting instruments (such as CN 210811694U) do not need to place a light source in the mouth and take a picture, but have the disadvantages that in actual operation, when the LED lamp with a special waveband illuminates the inside of the mouth, the position of the LED lamp is fixed, the irradiation angle cannot be adjusted, and the distribution of dental plaque in the mouth is inconvenient to irradiate and observe at multiple angles, especially for the maxillofacial observation of the upper dental arch and the labial dental surfaces at two sides.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a dental plaque detection device, which overcomes the defects in the prior art.

Preferably, the wave band of the special wave band optical filter is a long wave pass optical filter and is used for filtering short wave band light rays such as blue light, ultraviolet light and the like; the LED lamp wave band of the special wave band is blue light, ultraviolet light or other suitable wave bands.
Preferably, the dental plaque detecting apparatus further comprises an adjusting means for adjusting the irradiation position and the irradiation angle of the LED lamp of a specific wavelength band.
Furthermore, the adjusting device comprises a transverse guide groove and a longitudinal guide groove which are arranged on the surface of the shell and are staggered with each other, and a guide rod connected with the LED lamp, wherein the guide rod can drive the LED lamp to reciprocate in the transverse guide groove and the longitudinal guide groove.
Furthermore, adjusting device still includes and rotates the guide rail, the LED lamp is installed on rotating the guide rail.
Preferably, the adjusting device comprises a driving motor and a movable guide rail, the LED lamp is mounted on the movable guide rail, and the motor drives the LED lamp to move on the movable guide rail.
Preferably, the dental plaque detecting apparatus further comprises an image sensor module disposed at a rear side of the special band filter for recording an intraoral dental plaque image.
The image sensor module may be a CMOS image sensor or a CCD image sensor.
Further, the dental plaque detection device also comprises at least one white light LED lamp which is arranged in the observation channel; comprises a mode switching switch which is used for switching the modes, the LED lamp is used for controlling the switching of the use of the LED lamp with the special wave band and the white light LED lamp; the special filter adjusting device is used for adjusting the position of the special filter, namely, the special filter is placed in front of or moved away from the image sensor.
Preferably, the dental plaque detection device further comprises a power module and a control switch, the power module is installed in the housing and used for supplying power to the dental plaque detection device, and the control switch is installed on the surface of the housing and used for controlling the on/off of the LED lamp.
Compared with the prior art, the dental plaque detection device has the following beneficial effects:
1. ) Compared with a dental plaque detector, the dental plaque detector does not need to place a light source and a camera in the mouth for operation, reduces the risk of direct contact with the oral cavity, and ensures low production cost and high visualization degree of equipment;
2. ) Compared with a simple dental plaque detector, the device adjusts the irradiation angle through the adjustable LED lamp, can observe the distribution condition of dental plaque in the oral cavity at multiple angles, is convenient and fast, and has high visualization degree and strong practicability;
3. ) The use requirement of an operator is reduced, namely, the guide groove is additionally arranged on the shell, so that a patient can be guided to carry out detection according to a standardized mode;
4. ) The mouth gag is introduced into the device, so that tooth tissues are effectively separated from soft tissues such as lips, the observation visual field is increased, and the detection of dental plaque in the oral cavity is facilitated.

Example one
Referring to fig. 1-2, a dental plaque detection device comprises a housing 2, wherein an opener 1 is connected to one side of the housing 2, an observation channel is formed through the opener 1 from one side to the other side of the housing 2, and an optical filter 3 is arranged between the observation channel and the opener 1. And a special waveband LED lamp 4 is also arranged in the observation channel.
In the technical scheme, under the irradiation of the LED lamp 4, a doctor observes the dental plaque distribution in the oral cavity of a patient through the optical filter 3 by an observation channel. Meanwhile, the LED lamps can be arranged in quantity and various positions according to the requirement of brightness so as to achieve the purpose of clear observation.
A power module 7 and a control circuit board 6 are provided in the housing 2. The power module 7 supplies power to the dental plaque detection device, and the power module can supply power by an external power supply or a battery and the like. The control circuit board 6 controls the operation of the dental plaque detecting apparatus.
The surface of the shell 2 is provided with a control switch 5, the LED lamp is controlled to be on or off through the control switch 5, and when the detection is not needed, the control switch 5 is turned off to extinguish the LED lamp.
The dental plaque detection device of this embodiment realizes the observation to dental plaque through the LED lamp of special wave band and the filter of special wave band, can arrange the production that a plurality of position and angle LED lamp avoid the blind area of observation simultaneously.
Example two
Referring to fig. 3-4, a dental plaque detecting device comprises an adjusting device, the adjusting device comprises at least one transverse guide groove 10 and at least one longitudinal guide groove 9 which are staggered with each other, and a guide rod 8 connected with an LED lamp 4, the LED lamp 4 is mounted on a rotating guide rail 11, the guide rod 8 drives the LED lamp to reciprocate along the longitudinal guide groove 9, and simultaneously, the LED lamp 4 rotates a certain angle relative to the rotating guide rail 11 to realize multi-angle observation of the interior of an oral cavity; the guide rod 8 drives the LED lamp to reciprocate along the transverse guide groove 10, and meanwhile, the LED lamp 4 moves along the rotating guide rail 11 to adjust the observation position to realize all-dimensional observation of the interior of the oral cavity.
In this technical scheme, this application still can realize through the mode of motor with electronic guide rail, installs the LED lamp on electronic guide rail, and control switch 5 can control the rotation and the removal of electronic guide rail and realize that the diversified dental plaque of multi-angle of LED lamp is surveyd.
Meanwhile, the transverse guide groove 10 and the longitudinal guide groove 9 can be arranged in a plurality of staggered ways according to the position and the size of the oral cavity.
The dental plaque detection device of the embodiment realizes multi-angle and multi-azimuth dental plaque observation by adjusting the position of the LED lamp, thereby reducing the arrangement of the LED lamp; meanwhile, different requirements can be met by adopting a multi-style adjusting mode.
EXAMPLE III
Referring to fig. 5-6, a plaque detection device comprises, in addition to the adjustment device of the second embodiment, an image sensor module 13, said image sensor module 13 being placed behind the optical filter 3 for recording a digitized image of the plaque in the mouth.
The plaque detection apparatus in this embodiment further comprises at least one white LED light 14 disposed within the hollow cavity of the housing 2. The device also comprises a mode switch 12 for controlling the switching of the special wave band LED lamp 4 and the white light LED lamp 14; an adjustment device comprising a filter 3 for adjusting the position of the filter 3 for removing or placing the filter 3 in front of the image sensor 13.
When the control switch 5 is turned on, if the mode switch 12 is also turned on, the dental plaque detection apparatus operates in a special spectrum detection mode, and the control circuit board 6 controls the operation of the dental plaque detection apparatus: the LED lamp 4 with the special wave band is lightened, the white LED lamp 14 is extinguished, the optical filter 3 is placed in front of the image sensor module 13 by controlling an adjusting device of the optical filter 3, the image sensor module 13 starts to work, and the image condition of dental plaque in the oral cavity under the special spectrum is recorded.
When the control switch 5 is turned on, if the mode switch 12 is turned off, the dental plaque detection device works in a white light spectrum detection mode, the control circuit board 6 controls the dental plaque detection device to operate, namely, the LED lamp 4 with the special waveband is turned off, the white LED lamp 14 is turned on, the image sensor module 13 starts to work after the optical filter 3 is moved away from the front of the image sensor module 13 by controlling the adjusting device of the optical filter 3, and the image condition of dental plaque in the oral cavity under the white light spectrum is recorded.
When the control switch 5 is turned off, the dental plaque detection device does not operate, and the special-band LED lamp 4 and the white-light LED lamp 14 are in an off state.
The control circuit board 6 includes a data transmission module, and the detected dental plaque information can be transmitted to a display terminal or a mobile terminal through the data transmission module.
