Compared with the prior art, the invention discloses the mounting buckle assembly, wherein the embedded part is fixed below the inner part of the product to be mounted, the mounting part is fixed on the mounting base body, and the elastomer is fixed on the embedded part or the mounting part. When a product is required to be installed, the elastic body is compressed by the elastic body installation or abutting part I and the elastic body installation or abutting part II, so that the inclined clamping piece I on the embedded part slides upwards along the inclined direction of the inclined clamping piece II on the installation part until the end parts of the inclined clamping piece I and the inclined clamping piece II are aligned, the upper position and the lower position of the inclined clamping piece I are replaced by downward force, and the inclined clamping piece I and the inclined clamping piece II can be matched and clamped by the resilience force of the elastic body.
When the elastic body is disassembled, the elastic body is compressed and upward force is applied to the product, so that the product can be disassembled, and the whole assembly and disassembly processes are simple and quick.
By using the invention, after the product is installed, the installation parts on the installation matrix are completely or partially hidden in the shell of the product base, so that the problem that the installation holes of the installed product such as the warning lamp are arranged externally is effectively solved, and the installation attractiveness is improved.

The invention discloses a mounting buckle assembly, which comprises an embedded part 1, a mounting part 2 and an elastic body 3.
The embedded part 1 comprises a first base structure 11, an elastic body mounting or abutting part 12 and an inclined clamping part 13 are arranged on the first base structure 11, the inclined clamping part 13 extends downwards in an inclined mode, the first base structure 11 is fixed below the inside of a product 5 to be mounted, the mounting part 2 is arranged below the embedded part 1 and comprises a second base structure 21, an elastic body mounting or abutting part 22 and an inclined clamping part 23 are arranged on the second base structure 21, the inclined clamping part 23 extends upwards in an inclined mode, the second base structure 21 is fixed on a mounting base body (not shown in the drawing) and can be covered by the lower opening of the product 5 to be mounted in a whole or in a part covering mode, one end of the elastic body 3 is fixed with the elastic body mounting or abutting part 12 or the elastic body mounting or abutting part 22, the other end of the elastic body 3 can abut against the elastic body mounting or abutting part 22, the pressed direction of the elastic body 3 is opposite to the extending direction of the free end of the inclined clamping part 13, the extending direction of the free end of the inclined clamping part 23 is opposite to the extending direction of the free end of the inclined clamping part 23, the elastic body 3 faces the same direction, and the inclined clamping part 23 can be matched with the inclined clamping part 23.
Meanwhile, in other embodiments, the elastic body 3 may be stretched after being fixed at two ends thereof to achieve the opposite fastening of the first inclined fastening member 13 and the second inclined fastening member 23, in which case the stretching direction of the elastic body 3 is opposite to the extending direction of the free end of the first inclined fastening member 13 and the extending direction of the free end of the second inclined fastening member 23 are the same.
Examples:
in an embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 1-6, the first base structure 11 and the second base structure 21 are integrally formed as a plate body, the first elastic body mounting or supporting portion 12 is connected with the first base structure 11 and extends downward, the second elastic body mounting or supporting portion 22 is connected with the second base structure 21 and extends upward, the first elastic body mounting or supporting portion 12 and the second elastic body mounting or supporting portion 22 are designed as plate structures to facilitate fixing or supporting of the elastic body 3, and the first inclined clamping member 13 and the second inclined clamping member 23 are also designed as plate structures to facilitate relative movement and up-down tight clamping.
Preferably, in the embodiment of the present invention, the insert 1 and the mounting member 2 are stainless steel stamping members with the advantages of high surface quality, high hardness, good wear resistance, corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, etc.
Meanwhile, in order to adapt to the specific structures of different products, the embedded part 1 and the mounting part 2 can be in an integrated structure or a split structure.
Preferably, in the present invention, at least one group of the first inclined clamping member 13 and the second inclined clamping member 23 is provided.
The inclined clamping members are main force bearing members for clamping the embedded member 1 and the mounting member 2, so that the design number and the design positions of the inclined clamping members can be selected according to the firmness and the stability of the clamping members, and in one embodiment of the invention, referring to fig. 1-3, three groups of inclined clamping members I13 and corresponding inclined clamping members II 23 are arranged.
In the embodiment of the invention, the embedded part 1 is fixed in the product 5 to be installed through a first bolt installation position 14 and a corresponding bolt arranged on a first base structure 11, and the installation part 2 is fixed on the installation base body through a second bolt installation position 24 and a corresponding bolt arranged on a second base structure 21.
It should be further noted that the corresponding connection manner of the insert 1 and the mounting member 2 is not limited to the bolt connection manner, and any other existing detachable or non-detachable connection manner, such as clamping, welding, etc., is also within the scope of the present invention.
In another embodiment of the invention, the elastomer 3 is fixed to the first elastomer mount or abutment 12 or the second elastomer mount or abutment 22 directly or by means of an external fixing.
More specifically, referring to fig. 1 and 2, the elastic body 3 may be a spring, the first elastic body mounting or supporting portion 12 or the second elastic body mounting or supporting portion 22 (specifically, the second elastic body mounting or supporting portion 22 in this embodiment) is provided with a mounting hole 31, the fastening bolt 32 passes through the mounting hole 31 and is fixed to the mounting hole 31, and the spring is sleeved on the rod body of the fastening bolt 32.
The structure of the external fixing member used for the spring in the present invention is not limited to the fastening bolt 32, and may be a hollow cylinder or the like, and one end of the spring is fitted into the hollow cylinder.
In addition, the elastic body 3 in the present invention may be other elastic bodies having elastic deformation properties, in addition to the spring structure.
Referring to fig. 7-10, on the basis of the above embodiments, the mounting buckle assembly further comprises a corner connector 4, wherein one end of the corner connector 4 can be connected with the insert 1, and the other end can be connected with the mounting piece 2, so that the product 5 to be mounted is changed from normal mounting to tilting connection.
Specifically, one end of the corner connector 4 is provided with a hole site 42 for connection with the mounting member 2, and the other end is provided with a clamping groove capable of being fixedly connected with the embedded member 1 in an adaptive clamping manner.
More specifically, in the embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 7, one end of the corner connector 4 is provided with a hole 42 for allowing the fastening bolt 32 to be inserted therein so that the end is connected to the mounting member 2, and the other end is provided with a slot for being fastened to the base structure 11 so that the end can be fastened to the insert member 1.
Meanwhile, the corner connector 4 is preferably made of plastic material.
Still more powerful, referring to fig. 7 and 9, in order to facilitate the accommodation of the spring detached from the fastening bolt 32, the corner connector 4 is further provided with a cavity 41 capable of accommodating the spring.
The corner connecting piece 4 can change products such as warning lamps from a normal installation state to a toppling connection state when the products are not used or in the long-distance transportation process, so that the products are prevented from being accidentally damaged due to falling off of vibration or overlarge occupied external space.
Meanwhile, referring to fig. 8, in order to facilitate accommodating the corner connector 4, a channel through which the corner connector 4 passes is further provided on the first base structure 11, the corner connector 4 can be fixed at the channel (in this embodiment, one end of the corner connector 4 is clamped at the channel, specifically, a clamping groove capable of being clamped with the edge of the channel in an adaptive manner is provided at the end of the corner connector 4), and a space capable of accommodating the whole corner connector 4 is provided inside the product 5 to be installed above the first base structure 11, so that the corner connector 4 can be integrally fixed and hidden inside the product 5 to be installed in a non-use state.
The mounting and dismounting process of the mounting buckle assembly in the embodiment of the invention is as follows (taking mounting warning lamp as an example):
The embedded part 1 is fixed in the shell of the base of the warning lamp through bolts, and the mounting part 2 is fixed on related equipment (namely a mounting matrix) needing to be provided with the warning lamp through bolts;
when the warning lamp is installed, the warning lamp is held by hand, the first elastic body installation or abutting part 12 in the embedded part 1 is used for compressing and fixing the spring on the second elastic body installation or abutting part 22, the first inclined clamping part 13 on the embedded part 1 slides leftwards and upwards along the upper plate surface of the second inclined clamping part 23 on the installation part 2 until the first inclined clamping part 13 is aligned with the free end part of the second inclined clamping part 23, then the first inclined clamping part 13 is used downwards to be used for changing the upper and lower positions of the first inclined clamping part 23, and the first inclined clamping part 13 can extend into the lower part of the second inclined clamping part 23 along the lower plate surface of the second inclined clamping part 23 by the resilience force of the spring, so that the mutual clamping between the embedded part 1 and the installation part 2 is realized, namely as shown in fig. 1, and meanwhile, the installation part 2 on the equipment is completely hidden inside a base shell of the warning lamp.
When the warning lamp is detached, the warning lamp is held by hands, the spring is compressed and is forced upwards, the first inclined clamping piece 13 extends out of the lower part of the second inclined clamping piece 23, the clamping state of the first inclined clamping piece and the second inclined clamping piece is released, and the warning lamp can be detached rapidly.
When the warning lamp is in a vertically installed use state, the corner connecting piece 4 is hidden in the warning lamp base shell, after the warning lamp is disassembled, the corner connecting piece 4 can be taken down, one end of the corner connecting piece 4 is clamped and fixed on a channel of the first base structure 11, and the other end of the corner connecting piece is inserted and fixed on the fastening bolt 32 of the second elastic body installation or supporting part 22, so that the warning lamp is changed into toppling connection from normal installation.
