As shown in fig. 1, the yarn fading detection device comprises a test water cup 10 for placing dyed yarns, a heating water tank 4, an observation table 1 and a water cup positioning plate 11 for positioning the upper end part of the test water cup, wherein the heating water tank and the observation table are integrally arranged side by side.
The heating water tank is an electric heating water tank, a lifting support plate 6 capable of lifting is arranged in the heating water tank, a group of test water cup positioning frames 9 are arranged on the lifting support plate, test water cups can be placed in the test water cup positioning frames for positioning, the heating process is stable and reliable, a group of water cup positioning holes are formed in the water cup positioning plate 11, the water cups can be positioned by being placed in the water cup positioning holes due to the fact that the upper ports of the water cups are large, the water cups can be integrally taken out through the water cup positioning plates after heating is finished, a support frame 3 for supporting the water cup positioning plates is arranged on the observation table 1, two end portions of the water cup positioning plates are placed on the support frame, and the test water cups are suspended on the observation table and are convenient to observe water quality color changes in the water cups.

The motor 7 is arranged on the outer side of the upper end of the heating water tank, the winding wheel 8 connected with the motor is arranged on the inner side of the upper end of the heating water tank, a lifting rope is arranged between the winding wheel and the lifting supporting plate, or a rack is arranged on the side part of the lifting supporting plate, a gear meshed with the rack is arranged on the inner wall of the water tank, the motor drives the gear to adjust the heights of the lifting supporting plate and the test water cup, high-temperature hot water cannot influence the lifting transmission structure, lifting is convenient for the taking and placing operation of the water cup, and the operation is safe and reliable.
The test water cup positioning frame comprises a support column and a water cup frame arranged at the upper end part of the support column, the lower end of the support column is fixed on the lifting support plate, and the frame structure is positioned so as not to influence the uniform heating of hot water in the water tank to water in the water cup.
The observation table 1 is provided with a lifting cylinder by a heating water tank, the end part of a piston rod of the lifting cylinder is provided with a rotary hanging plate, the lower part of the rotary hanging plate is provided with a lifting lug, the lifting lug is provided with a hanging rope, the lower end of the hanging rope is provided with a hanging hook for hooking the hanging ring, the water cup positioning plate is a strip-shaped plate, the two end parts of the water cup positioning plate are respectively provided with a hanging ring 12, and the water cup positioning plate and the water cup with higher temperature can be safely taken out through the lifting cylinder and the rotary hanging plate. One side of the observation table is provided with a water adding box 2, a water adding pipe and a water adding head are arranged in the water adding box, and water adding and cooling operation to the water cup is facilitated.
The support frame is a pair of vertical frames that set up relatively, is equipped with the light source that is used for shining test drinking cup on the observation bench, and the light source is located between a pair of vertical frames. The taken-out water cup positioning plate is placed on the pair of vertical frames, the test water cup is suspended, and the water quality color change in the water cup is conveniently and clearly observed through light source irradiation, so that whether the yarn is discolored or not is judged.
The yarn color-losing detection device is reasonable in structural design, a group of test water cups are placed on the water cup positioning plate and integrally placed into the heating water tank, water in the heating water tank is heated, the heating is uniform, the batch detection is simple and convenient to operate, and color-losing observation is taking out and observing, so that the yarn color-losing detection device is safe and reliable.
