The part of the upper end of the scraping arm 12, which is close to the lens 8, extends out of the cylindrical boss 19 with a reduced diameter, and the lower end of the cylindrical boss 19 is propped against the upper surface of the lens supporting plate 16, so that a gap is reserved between the stepped surface of the cylindrical boss 19 and the upper end of the rubber pad 17, and therefore the scraping arm 12 can be prevented from being directly pressed on the lens 8 to damage the lens 8 when the fastening piece 18 (which can be a nut, a bolt or the like) is fastened.
The motor shaft 17 is a stepped shaft with a diameter decreasing in a direction away from the motor 14, and the lower surface of the lens holder 16 is abutted against the stepped surface of the motor shaft 15, so that the lens holder 16 is prevented from moving downward when the fastener 18 (which may be a nut or a bolt) is fastened.
The portion of the lens support plate 16 penetrated by the motor shaft 15 is provided with an outwards concave cambered surface 20, so that a containing space can be provided for the lower end of the rubber pad 17.
Referring to fig. 1, the cleaning solution spraying mechanism is composed of a washing motor pump 1, a washing kettle 2 and a nozzle 7. The washing motor pump 1 and the washing kettle 2 are fixedly arranged in a front cabin of the whole vehicle, the washing kettle 2 is used for storing cleaning liquid, the pumping-in end of the washing motor pump 1 is connected with the washing kettle 2, and the pumping-out end is connected with the nozzle 7 through the water conduit 3. The nozzle 7 is mounted inside the mirror housing 6 of the exterior rear view mirror, and the front end penetrates the mirror housing 6 of the exterior rear view mirror toward the lens 8 of the exterior rear view mirror.
In addition, in order to clean two outer rearview mirrors of a vehicle, the number of the outer wiper mechanisms in the automatic cleaning lens device for the outer rearview mirrors is two, the two outer wiper mechanisms are respectively arranged on the two outer rearview mirrors, and the two outer wiper mechanisms are all installed according to the installation and fixed connection mode, so that repeated explanation is not needed.

Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the two nozzles 7 on the surface of each external rearview mirror are respectively located at the upper end of the middle point of the upper portion of the wiper arm 12 and outside the middle point of the side portion, so that the positions of the two nozzles 7 can be ensured to be reasonably spaced, the spraying range of the cleaning liquid is wide, and the bent angle of the wiper arm 12 is located at any vertex angle of the external rearview mirror, so that the cleaning liquid sprayed by the two nozzles 7 can cover the movement range of the wiper blade 11, so as to meet the requirement GB/15084-2013 of the legal coverage area B.
Referring to fig. 1, the washing motor pump 1 and the motor 14 are connected to an automobile power supply through a wire harness 9, and a switch 10 is arranged on the wire harness 9, so that the switch 10 can control the start and stop of the washing motor pump 1 and the motor 14 simultaneously.
