In the following description, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the present invention. The present invention may be embodied in many other forms than described herein and similarly modified by those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit of the invention, whereby the invention is not limited to the specific embodiments disclosed below.
Referring to fig. 1, the present invention discloses an automobile front bar, which comprises a front bar main body 1, wherein the front bar main body 1 is provided with a first mounting port 11 and a second mounting port 12. The first mounting port 11 is provided on the surface of the front-bumper body 1, and is close to the top-side edge of the front-bumper body 1; the second mounting port 12 is provided on the surface of the front bar body 1 in correspondence with the first mounting port 11, and is close to the bottom side edge of the front bar body 1.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the front bumper further includes a mounting frame 2, a connection plate 3, a first grille 4, and a second grille 5. The mounting frame 2 is mounted at the first mounting opening 11, the mounting frame 2 is provided with a mounting hole 21, the first grille 4 is arranged in the mounting hole 21, and when in practical application, the first grille 4 is used for air intake in the running process of the automobile, so that parts such as an engine and the like in the engine cabin are radiated, the mounting frame 2 can firmly mount the first grille 4 in the first mounting opening 11, and the structural strength of the first mounting opening 11 can be further enhanced, so that the deformation degree of the front bar main body 1 when being impacted is reduced. One side of the connecting plate 3 is fixedly connected with the top side edge of the mounting frame 2, and the front bumper main body 1 and the mounting frame 2 are fixedly connected with the automobile main body through the connecting plate 3. The second grille 5 is mounted at the second mounting opening 12, and the second grille 5 is used for air intake in the running process of the automobile, and is matched with the first grille 4 to increase the heat dissipation air intake quantity, so that the heat dissipation performance of the engine and other parts in the engine bin is further improved.

The first support plate 611 serves as a body of the first support 61, and a plurality of first buffer cavities 612 are disposed on one side surface of the first support plate 611, and a plurality of second buffer cavities 613 are disposed on the other side surface of the first support plate 611 with respect to the plurality of first buffer cavities 612. The first buffer chambers 612 and the second buffer chambers 613 are all used as the main buffer structure of the first support member 61, and when the first support member 61 receives the impact force, the first buffer chambers 612 and the second buffer chambers 613 deform, so that the impact force is absorbed and converted into elastic potential energy, and the elastic potential energy is converted into heat energy and transferred into the air, thereby reducing the damage of the impact force to the vehicle body to a certain extent. The mounting plates 614 are disposed at the top of the first supporting member 61 and extend toward one side of the second buffer chambers 613, and the first supporting member 61 is fixedly connected to the connecting plate 3 through the mounting plates 614.
Wherein, a plurality of first buffer cavities 612 and a plurality of second buffer cavities 613 are staggered with each other, and the bottom wall of a plurality of first buffer cavities 612 is abutted with the top side edge of the mounting frame 2, and when in practical application, a plurality of first buffer cavities 612 and a plurality of second buffer cavities 613 which are staggered with each other can be more uniformly stressed, so that the impact force is uniformly distributed to the first supporting plate 611, and the anti-collision performance of the first supporting member 61 is further improved. The first support 61 is fixedly connected to the bottom surface of the connection plate 3 by a plurality of mounting plates 614. The side of the first support plate 611 where the plurality of first buffer chambers 612 are provided is also provided with a plurality of reinforcing ribs, and the bottom walls of the plurality of second buffer chambers 613 are each provided with a corrugated reinforcing rib and are disposed toward a direction away from the front bumper body 1, thereby further reinforcing the structural strength of the first support member 61.

A plurality of fixing grooves 623 are respectively provided at the bottom side surfaces of the second support plate 621, and the second support 62 is fixed to the front bumper body 1 through the plurality of fixing grooves 623.
Referring to fig. 5, the third support 63 has a support beam 631 and two connecting arms 632. The support beam 631 serves as a support body of the third support member 63, the surface of the support beam 631 has a plurality of through holes 6311, the third support member 63 is mounted on the bottom side edge of the front bumper body 1 through the plurality of through holes 6311, two connecting arms 632 are respectively disposed at two ends of the support beam 631, one end of each connecting arm 632 far away from the support beam 631 is provided with a clamping groove 6321, and the third support member 63 is fixedly connected with the vehicle head through the two connecting arms 632 and the clamping groove 6321.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, the top edge of the second grille 5 is provided with a plurality of fixing abutment pieces 51 corresponding to the plurality of fixing grooves 623 of the second support 62, when the second support 62 is installed, the second support plate 621 abuts against the inner side surface of the front bumper body 1, and the bottom edge of the second support plate 621 abuts against the top edge of the second grille 5, and at the same time, the plurality of fixing abutment pieces 51 abut against the plurality of fixing grooves 623, thereby fixing the second support 62 to the front bumper body 1.
