Technical Field
The present disclosure relates to air packing materials and display assemblies, and particularly to an air packing material for protecting a display.
Background
Currently, the main components of a display are divided into two parts, the first part is a head part which mainly functions to display a picture, and the second part is a base which mainly functions to support the whole head part and to enable the head part to stand to display the picture. Manufacturers use cushioning materials to protect these products when they are selling the displays, such as: EPS (polystyrene foam), EPE (polyethylene foam) or air columns, etc., to ensure that the product is intact when delivered to the consumer.
Generally, the air columns for protecting the display components are regularly arranged due to the limitation of the manufacturing process and consistency, and when the display with an irregular shape is encountered, although the air columns can be changed to package the display, a larger gap exists between the air columns and the packaging box, which seriously affects the protection effect of the product, and the display received by the consumer may be damaged to affect the use experience of the consumer.
Therefore, there is a need for a new air-packing material and display assembly that overcomes the above-mentioned drawbacks.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide an air packing material and a display assembly, which can redesign the size of each air column according to the appearance of a product so as to enable the air columns to fill the space of a container as much as possible and obtain better product protection effect.

a display unit;

the air-packing material of any of claims 1-9, wherein the display unit is wrapped by the air-packing material and placed in the container such that the first, second, and third air columns of the air-packing material are all in contact with the inner wall of the container.
