[ Detailed description ] of the invention
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a first embodiment of the present invention provides a keyboard fixing structure of a mobile device, which includes a main body 100, a screen pivot assembly 200, a keyboard 300 and a keyboard cover 400. The body 100 is flat, the screen pivot assembly 200 is disposed on the top surface 101 of the body 100 in a protruding manner, and is located at a side of the top surface 101, and the screen pivot assembly 200 is pivoted to a screen assembly 500. The keyboard 300 is attached to the top surface 101 of the body 100.
Referring to fig. 3 to 4, in particular, the keyboard gland 400 is integrally formed of Thermoplastic Polyurethane (TPU), which is flexible and has a certain hardness, so that the keyboard gland 400 can be used as a structural member and can be bent. The keyboard gland 400 is disposed on the top surface 101 of the body 100, and the keyboard gland 400 includes a pressing plate 410 and a pivot cover 420, where the pressing plate 410 is integrally connected with the pivot cover 420.
The pivot cover 420 has a fixing portion 421 and a flip cover 422, and the flip cover 422 is respectively connected to the pressing plate 410 and the fixing portion 421. The screen pivot assembly 200 is accommodated in the pivot cover 420, the turnover cover 422 and the fixing portion 421 cover the opposite sides of the screen pivot assembly 200, and the fixing portion 421 locks the screen pivot assembly 200 to fix the keyboard gland 400. Furthermore, the screen assembly 500 extends out of a transmission wire 510, and the transmission wire 510 extends into the body 100 through the pivot cover 420. The pressing plate 410 is pressed on one side edge of the keyboard 300, and the pressing plate 410 is detachably locked to the body 100, thereby fixing the keyboard 300 to the body 100. In addition, when the body 100 is provided with the function key 110, at least one function key hole 402 may be correspondingly formed in the pressing plate 410 to expose the function key 110 on the body 100.
A bending groove 401a is formed between the pressing plate 410 and the fixing portion 421, the bending groove 401a extends on the surface of the keyboard gland 400, and the bending groove 401a extends from one side edge of the keyboard gland 400 to the other side edge of the keyboard gland 400 through the keyboard gland 400. Thereby enabling the keyboard gland 400 to be bent along the bending groove 401 a. In the present embodiment, the bending groove 401a is formed on the pivot cover 420, and specifically, the bending groove 401a is formed at the connection between the flip cover 422 and the fixing portion 421. The flip cover 422 is thus able to flip along the bending groove 401a relative to the securing portion 421, and thereby enables the platen 410 to flip along the bending groove 401a relative to the securing portion 421 to release the keyboard 300 and the function key holes 402. Moreover, the transmission wire 510 is preferably disposed between the fixing portion 421 and the screen pivot assembly 200 to prevent the platen 410 from being exposed when being opened.
In the present embodiment, a bending groove 401a is formed on one surface of the keyboard gland 400 and another bending groove 401a may be selectively formed at a corresponding position on the other surface of the keyboard gland 400. Thereby making the keyboard gland 400 easy to bend.
Referring to fig. 5 to 7, in the present embodiment, the keyboard fixing structure of the mobile device of the present invention has bending grooves 401a on the left and right pivot covers 420 of the keyboard gland 400. So that only a few screws need to be removed, the keyboard gland 400 can be opened like a door panel. The entire keyboard gland 400 is not required to be disassembled to quickly replace the keyboard 300, and the risk of damage to the transmission wire 510 is avoided.
Referring to fig. 8, a second embodiment of the present invention provides a keyboard fixing structure of a mobile device, which includes a body 100, a screen pivot assembly 200, a keyboard 300 and a keyboard cover 400.
9 to 10, in particular, the keypad cover 400 is integrally formed of Thermoplastic Polyurethane (TPU). The thermoplastic polyurethane is flexible and relatively stiff, thus allowing the keyboard gland 400 to be a structural member and bendable. The keyboard gland 400 is disposed on the top surface 101 of the body 100, and the keyboard gland 400 includes a pressing plate 410, a pivot cover 420 and a connecting portion 430 integrally connected to each other, wherein the connecting portion 430 is respectively connected to the pressing plate 410 and the pivot cover 420.
In the present embodiment, the pivot cover 420 has a fixing portion 421, the screen pivot assembly 200 is accommodated in the pivot cover 420, and the fixing portion 421 is locked with the screen pivot assembly 200 to fix the keyboard gland 400. The connecting portion 430 covers the body 100, the pressing plate 410 is pressed on one side edge of the keyboard 300, and the pressing plate 410 is detachably locked to the body 100, thereby fixing the keyboard 300 to the body 100. In addition, when the body 100 is provided with the function key 110, at least one function key hole 402 may be correspondingly formed in the pressing plate 410 to expose the function key 110 on the body 100.
A bending groove 401b is formed between the pressing plate 410 and the fixing portion 421, the bending groove 401b extends on the surface of the keyboard gland 400, and the bending groove 401b extends from one side edge of the keyboard gland 400 to the other side edge of the keyboard gland 400 through the keyboard gland 400. Thereby enabling the keyboard gland 400 to be bent along the bending groove 401 b. In the present embodiment, the bending groove 401b is formed at the connection between the pressing plate 410 and the connection portion 430, so that the pressing plate 410 can be turned over along the bending groove 401b relative to the fixing portion 421 to release the keyboard and function key hole 402. The connecting portion 430 can lock the body 100 to prevent the pressing plate 410 from turning over to drive the connecting portion 430 and the pivot cover 420.
In the present embodiment, the bending groove 401b is formed on one surface of the keyboard gland 400 and another bending groove 401b may be selectively formed at a corresponding position on the other surface of the keyboard gland 400. Thereby making the keyboard gland 400 easy to bend.
Referring to fig. 10 to 11, in the present embodiment, the keyboard fixing structure of the mobile device of the present invention is provided with the bending groove 401b at the middle structure portion of the keyboard gland 400, so that the keyboard gland 400 can be opened like a door panel by only disassembling a few screws. The keyboard 300 can be quickly replaced without the need to disassemble the entire keyboard gland 400, and the risk of damage to the transmission wire 510 is avoided.
The foregoing description of the preferred embodiments of the present invention is not intended to limit the scope of the invention, but rather to limit the scope of the invention to the equivalents of the claims to which the invention pertains.
