Abstract

Interpretation of terms:
the government affair direct office micro-service is used for providing functions of reservation direct offices, video connection, reservation network point inquiry, code scanning door opening, processing record inquiry and the like for the client, and providing functions of single-basis management, office management, system management, dictionary management, video management and the like for the management end.
The stream media cloud server is used for receiving and forwarding video streams in the government affair handling process, realizing audio and video communication of a hybrid cloud architecture and providing corresponding audio and video service interfaces for micro-services in government affair direct offices. The functions of video monitoring, such as front-end access, video playback, downloading and the like are supported by supporting the docking of an external domain according to the GB/T28181 protocol, and the integrated live broadcast and monitoring video resources can be shared to other systems for networking or application.
Two core technologies include a cloud desktop technology and a remote control technology.
The cloud desktop technology is used for visual interaction between the agent end and the client, desktop data are arranged in the data center, data privacy and safety in the government affair handling process are enhanced, centralized management of business data is facilitated, management efficiency is improved, and functions such as maintenance, operation and maintenance cost are reduced.
The remote control technology is used for prompting and assisting a client to handle various affairs by a seat staff, normal use of the client is not influenced in the handling process through the cloud desktop technology, influence on the client is reduced to the maximum extent, and the strict and open government handling process of 'Internet + government service' is realized.
Three core functions include remote video consultation, remote video assistance and remote video handling.
The remote video consultation function is to realize consultation of business flow, handling operation and the like before the reservation direct office.
The remote video assistance function is to realize the real-time interaction between the seat personnel and the client in the government affair handling process and assist the client in solving the business requirement.
The remote video transaction establishes an internet and government affair service mode by the concepts of non-contact, cloud seats and cloud batch, and the processes of remote control, live broadcast and wheat connection, rebroadcast and recorded broadcast of government affair transaction are realized.
The system is a video direct handling method for government affairs, and relates to a plurality of objects of a client, a management end and a seat end, which have different operation authorities, and the operation which can be carried out in the system is different, so that a plurality of participants are prompted to jointly maintain the system.

and calling back the network instruction to the client to establish video connection between the client and the agent server.
The public cloud comprises a multifunctional server group and a streaming media server; the private cloud comprises a first signaling server, a second signaling server, a forward proxy server, a database and a video storage server; the network instructions include a public cloud address and a streaming media communication ID.
The process of establishing connection between the client and the agent server is as follows: the client is connected to the corresponding common cloud according to the public cloud address, and audio and video data connection is established through the streaming media server and the agent server deployed by the public cloud according to the streaming media communication ID.
Io is established between the seat end and the client end, and as the signaling server needs to reliably receive login information, the bottom layer adopts a TCP-based protocol for communication.
The management server recording the remote video assistance process of the agent server to the client comprises the following steps:
the second signaling server receives the login information of the agent server, starts a video recording task and merges the audio and video data interacted between the agent server and the agent server;
and the second signaling server forwards the interactive streaming data to a video storage server, and the video storage server generates a video file according to the audio and video confluence data at the two ends.
