Abstract
The invention relates to a preparation process of multi-layer table tennis bat rubber, which comprises the steps of respectively adding and mixing the raw materials in sequence according to a formula to obtain mixed rubber, calendaring the mixed rubber to obtain a sheet-shaped prefabricated product, coating and laminating the sheet-shaped prefabricated product, then placing the sheet-shaped prefabricated product in a vulcanizing machine for vulcanization, cooling at room temperature after vulcanization to obtain multi-layer table tennis bat rubber, placing the multi-layer table tennis bat rubber on a table tennis bat assembly machine for cutting, gluing and laminating to prepare the table tennis bat; the preparation device of the preparation process of the multi-layer table tennis bat rubber provided by the invention has a simple structure, is easy to realize, integrates mixing, tabletting, laminating, cutting, gluing, laminating and the like, improves the quality and efficiency of each process, reduces the manual operation and the workload, and reduces the technical requirements on operators.

Besides the rubber preparation process, the preparation device of the table tennis bat rubber is also an important factor affecting the quality of the table tennis bat, the existing table tennis bat has the phenomena of rubber falling, layering and unsmooth contour of the periphery of the rubber, so that the mixing, tabletting, coating, pressing, cutting and the like of rubber raw materials are key links in preparation, each working procedure of the existing preparation device needs an independent device and cannot be prepared by adopting a small number of calendaring equipment, the operation is complex, the occupied space is occupied, the connection of each working procedure needs manual operation, the technical requirement on the manual operation is high, the workload is large, and the number of the manual factors is large, so that the product quality is different.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems, the invention discloses a preparation process of a multi-layer table tennis bat rubber which can provide a plurality of different performances and adapt to different batting technologies; and a laminated composite calendaring production line for preparing the multi-layer table tennis bat rubber and complete equipment thereof, and the preparation device has simple structure and is easy to implement.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the present invention provides the following technical solutions:
a preparation process of a multi-layer table tennis bat rubber comprises the following steps:
(1) Preparation of a first rubber layer mixed rubber material: mixing 70-80 parts by weight of natural rubber, 10 parts by weight of butadiene rubber and 25 parts by weight of trans-1, 4-polyisoprene rubber, and then mixing for 3-5 minutes at 95-100 ℃ on a rubber mixing mill, and adding 1-5 parts by weight of colorant while mixing; then adding 10-15 parts by weight of polymethyl methacrylate, 15-20 parts by weight of polyvinyl imidazole and 10-15 parts by weight of polyacrylonitrile on a rubber mixing mill, mixing for 3-5 minutes at 95-100 ℃, then adding 0.5-1 part by weight of 2, 4-trimethyl-1, 2-dihydroquinoline polymer and 5-10 parts by weight of zinc carbonate, mixing for 3-5 minutes, then discharging rubber at 80-100 ℃, and then adding 0.5-1.5 parts by weight of 2, 2' -dithiodibenzothiazyl and 0.6-1 part by weight of sulfur, mixing for 2-3 minutes at 80-90 ℃ to obtain a first rubber layer mixed rubber material;
(2) Preparation of a second rubber layer mixed rubber material: mixing 50-80 parts by weight of natural rubber and 30-50 parts by weight of butadiene rubber, and then mixing for 3-5 minutes at 95-100 ℃ on a rubber mixing mill, and adding 1-5 parts by weight of colorant while mixing; then adding 10-15 parts by weight of polymethyl methacrylate, 15-20 parts by weight of polyvinyl imidazole and 10-15 parts by weight of polyacrylonitrile, mixing for 3-5 minutes at 95-100 ℃ on a rubber mixing machine, adding 0.5-1 part by weight of 2, 4-trimethyl-1, 2-dihydroquinoline polymer and 5-10 parts by weight of zinc carbonate, mixing for 3-5 minutes, discharging rubber at 80-100 ℃, and adding 1.0-2.0 parts by weight of 2, 2' -dithiodibenzothiazole and 0.6-0.8 part by weight of sulfur, mixing for 2-3 minutes at 80-90 ℃ to obtain a second rubber layer mixed rubber material;
(3) Preparation of a third rubber layer mixed rubber material: mixing 50-80 parts by weight of natural rubber and 30-50 parts by weight of trans-1, 4-polyisoprene rubber, and then mixing for 3-5 minutes at 95-100 ℃ on a rubber mixing mill, and adding 1-5 parts by weight of colorant while mixing; then adding 10-15 parts by weight of polymethyl methacrylate, 15-20 parts by weight of polyvinyl imidazole and 10-15 parts by weight of polyacrylonitrile, mixing for 3-5 minutes at 95-100 ℃ on a rubber mixing machine, adding 0.5-1 part by weight of 2, 4-trimethyl-1, 2-dihydroquinoline polymer and 5-10 parts by weight of zinc carbonate, mixing for 3-5 minutes, discharging rubber at 80-100 ℃, and adding 1.0-2.0 parts by weight of 2, 2' -dithiodibenzothiazyl and 0.6-0.8 part by weight of sulfur, mixing for 2-5 minutes at 80-90 ℃ to obtain a third mixed rubber layer;
(4) Adding the first rubber layer mixed rubber material, the second rubber layer mixed rubber material and the third rubber layer mixed rubber material obtained in the steps (1), (2) and (3) into a calender respectively to carry out calendaring and sheet discharging to obtain a first rubber layer sheet-shaped prefabricated product with the thickness of 0.4-0.5mm, a second rubber layer sheet-shaped prefabricated product with the thickness of 0.6-0.7mm and a third rubber layer sheet-shaped prefabricated product with the thickness of 0.8-1.2mm respectively, and then rolling and storing;
(5) And (3) superposing the first rubber layer sheet-shaped prefabricated product, the second rubber layer sheet-shaped prefabricated product and the third rubber layer sheet-shaped prefabricated product obtained in the step (4) from top to bottom through a traction mechanism and a coating mechanism, laminating on a laminating mechanism, then vulcanizing in a vulcanizing machine, cooling at 25-40 ℃ for 12-24 hours after vulcanizing to obtain a plurality of layers of table tennis bat rubber, then cutting on a table tennis bat assembly machine, gluing the table tennis bat, and laminating the cut rubber and the glued table tennis bat to prepare the table tennis bat.

(2) Preparation of a second rubber layer mixed rubber material: mixing 60 parts by weight of natural rubber and 30 parts by weight of butadiene rubber, and then mixing for 3 minutes at 95-100 ℃ on a rubber mixing mill, and adding 2 parts by weight of colorant while mixing; then adding 10 parts by weight of polymethyl methacrylate, 15 parts by weight of polyvinyl imidazole and 10 parts by weight of polyacrylonitrile, mixing for 3 minutes at the temperature of 95-100 ℃ on a rubber mixing mill, adding 1 part by weight of 2, 4-trimethyl-1, 2-dihydroquinoline polymer and 10 parts by weight of zinc carbonate, mixing for 3 minutes, discharging rubber at the temperature of 80-100 ℃, and adding 1.0 part by weight of 2, 2' -dithiodibenzothiazyl and 0.8 part by weight of sulfur, mixing for 2 minutes at the temperature of 80-90 ℃ to obtain a second rubber layer mixed rubber material;
(3) Preparation of a third rubber layer mixed rubber material: mixing 60 parts by weight of natural rubber and 40 parts by weight of trans-1, 4-polyisoprene rubber, and then mixing the mixture for 3 minutes at the temperature of 95-100 ℃ on a rubber mixing mill, and adding 2 parts by weight of colorant while mixing; then adding 10 parts by weight of polymethyl methacrylate, 15 parts by weight of polyvinyl imidazole and 10 parts by weight of polyacrylonitrile, mixing for 3 minutes at the temperature of 95-100 ℃ on a rubber mixing machine, adding 1 part by weight of 2, 4-trimethyl-1, 2-dihydroquinoline polymer and 8 parts by weight of zinc carbonate, mixing for 3 minutes, discharging rubber at the temperature of 80-100 ℃, adding 1.0 part by weight of 2, 2' -dithiodibenzothiazyl and 0.8 part by weight of sulfur, and mixing for 2-5 minutes at the temperature of 80-90 ℃ to obtain a third rubber layer mixed rubber material;
(4) Adding the first rubber layer mixed rubber material, the second rubber layer mixed rubber material and the third rubber layer mixed rubber material obtained in the steps (1), (2) and (3) into a calender respectively to carry out calendaring and sheet discharging to obtain a first rubber layer sheet-shaped prefabricated product with the thickness of 0.4-0.5mm, a second rubber layer sheet-shaped prefabricated product with the thickness of 0.6-0.7mm and a third rubber layer sheet-shaped prefabricated product with the thickness of 0.9-1.0mm respectively, and then rolling and storing;
(5) And (3) superposing the first rubber layer sheet-shaped prefabricated product, the second rubber layer sheet-shaped prefabricated product and the third rubber layer sheet-shaped prefabricated product obtained in the step (4) from top to bottom through a traction mechanism and a coating mechanism, laminating on a laminating mechanism, then vulcanizing in a vulcanizing machine, cooling at 30 ℃ for 24 hours after vulcanizing to obtain a plurality of layers of table tennis bat rubber, then cutting on a table tennis bat assembly machine, gluing the table tennis bat, and laminating the cut rubber with the glued table tennis bat to prepare the table tennis bat.

Working principle: respectively preparing a first rubber layer mixed rubber material, a second rubber layer mixed rubber material and a third rubber layer mixed rubber material, adding the rubber materials into a first feeding hopper 105 mixing mechanism for mixing, then horizontally pulling out a feeding door 102 by a driving mechanism, enabling the mixed rubber materials to enter a space between rotors 104, opening a second feeding hopper 106 in the feeding door 102, pushing the feeding door 102, starting the rotors 104 to operate for mixing, sequentially adding other components through the second feeding hopper 106, pulling out a discharging door 103 by the driving mechanism after mixing is completed, mixing the rubber materials onto a first conveyor belt 8, pushing the discharging door 103 by the driving mechanism, and carrying out mixing of the next batch; the mixed sizing material is conveyed to a calender 2 through a first conveyor belt 8, the calender 2 is continuously calendered twice to obtain a sheet-shaped prefabricated product with required thickness, the sheet-shaped prefabricated product is driven by a second conveyor belt 9 to be coiled to a wind-up roll 3, three layers of different rubber sheet-shaped prefabricated products required are prepared, synchronously unreeled and pass through a coating mechanism 4, then are pressed twice, then are vulcanized, and vulcanized rubber is automatically cut, glued and pressed in a table tennis racket assembly machine 7 to prepare the table tennis racket.
The technical means disclosed by the scheme of the invention is not limited to the technical means disclosed by the embodiment, and also comprises the technical scheme formed by any combination of the technical features. Claims (8)
1. The preparation process of the multi-layer table tennis bat rubber is characterized by comprising the following steps of:
(1) Preparation of a first rubber layer mixed rubber material: mixing 70-80 parts by weight of natural rubber, 10 parts by weight of butadiene rubber and 25 parts by weight of trans-1, 4-polyisoprene rubber, and then mixing for 3-5 minutes at 95-100 ℃ on a rubber mixing mill, and adding 1-5 parts by weight of colorant while mixing; then adding 10-15 parts by weight of polymethyl methacrylate, 15-20 parts by weight of polyvinyl imidazole and 10-15 parts by weight of polyacrylonitrile on a rubber mixing mill, mixing for 3-5 minutes at 95-100 ℃, then adding 0.5-1 part by weight of 2, 4-trimethyl-1, 2-dihydroquinoline polymer and 5-10 parts by weight of zinc carbonate, mixing for 3-5 minutes, then discharging rubber at 80-100 ℃, and then adding 0.5-1.5 parts by weight of 2, 2' -dithiodibenzothiazyl and 0.6-1 part by weight of sulfur, mixing for 2-3 minutes at 80-90 ℃ to obtain a first rubber layer mixed rubber material;
(2) Preparation of a second rubber layer mixed rubber material: mixing 50-80 parts by weight of natural rubber and 30-50 parts by weight of butadiene rubber, and then mixing for 3-5 minutes at 95-100 ℃ on a rubber mixing mill, and adding 1-5 parts by weight of colorant while mixing; then adding 10-15 parts by weight of polymethyl methacrylate, 15-20 parts by weight of polyvinyl imidazole and 10-15 parts by weight of polyacrylonitrile, mixing for 3-5 minutes at 95-100 ℃ on a rubber mixing machine, adding 0.5-1 part by weight of 2, 4-trimethyl-1, 2-dihydroquinoline polymer and 5-10 parts by weight of zinc carbonate, mixing for 3-5 minutes, discharging rubber at 80-100 ℃, and adding 1.0-2.0 parts by weight of 2, 2' -dithiodibenzothiazole and 0.6-0.8 part by weight of sulfur, mixing for 2-3 minutes at 80-90 ℃ to obtain a second rubber layer mixed rubber material;
(3) Preparation of a third rubber layer mixed rubber material: mixing 50-80 parts by weight of natural rubber and 30-50 parts by weight of trans-1, 4-polyisoprene rubber, and then mixing for 3-5 minutes at 95-100 ℃ on a rubber mixing mill, and adding 1-5 parts by weight of colorant while mixing; then adding 10-15 parts by weight of polymethyl methacrylate, 15-20 parts by weight of polyvinyl imidazole and 10-15 parts by weight of polyacrylonitrile, mixing for 3-5 minutes at 95-100 ℃ on a rubber mixing machine, adding 0.5-1 part by weight of 2, 4-trimethyl-1, 2-dihydroquinoline polymer and 5-10 parts by weight of zinc carbonate, mixing for 3-5 minutes, discharging rubber at 80-100 ℃, and adding 1.0-2.0 parts by weight of 2, 2' -dithiodibenzothiazyl and 0.6-0.8 part by weight of sulfur, mixing for 2-5 minutes at 80-90 ℃ to obtain a third mixed rubber layer;
(4) Adding the first rubber layer mixed rubber material, the second rubber layer mixed rubber material and the third rubber layer mixed rubber material obtained in the steps (1), (2) and (3) into a calender respectively to carry out calendaring and sheet discharging to obtain a first rubber layer sheet-shaped prefabricated product with the thickness of 0.4-0.5mm, a second rubber layer sheet-shaped prefabricated product with the thickness of 0.6-0.7mm and a third rubber layer sheet-shaped prefabricated product with the thickness of 0.8-1.2mm respectively, and then rolling and storing;
(5) And (3) superposing the first rubber layer sheet-shaped prefabricated product, the second rubber layer sheet-shaped prefabricated product and the third rubber layer sheet-shaped prefabricated product obtained in the step (4) from top to bottom through a traction mechanism and a coating mechanism, laminating, then placing in a vulcanizing machine for vulcanization, placing in a temperature of 25-40 ℃ for cooling for 12-24 hours to obtain a plurality of layers of table tennis bat rubber, then placing in a table tennis bat assembly machine for cutting, gluing the table tennis bat, and laminating the cut rubber with the glued table tennis bat to prepare the table tennis bat.

The device for preparing the multi-layer table tennis bat rubber according to claim 1, comprising a rubber mixing machine, a calender, a traction mechanism, a coating mechanism, a pressing mechanism, a vulcanizing machine and a table tennis bat assembling machine, wherein the rubber mixing machine is connected with the calender, the calender is connected with the traction mechanism, the traction mechanism is connected with the coating mechanism, the coating mechanism is connected with the pressing mechanism, the pressing mechanism is connected with the vulcanizing machine, the vulcanizing machine is connected with the table tennis bat assembling machine, and the rubber mixing machine comprises a mixing mechanism, a rotor, a feeding door, a discharging door and a first conveyor belt; the calender comprises a first press roller, a second press roller and a third press roller; the traction mechanism comprises a second conveyor belt, a conveying roller and a winding roller, and the mixed sizing material rolled between the second compression roller and the third compression roller passes through the second conveyor belt and the conveying roller and is collected by the winding roller; the coating mechanism comprises a coating box, a first coating pipe and a second coating pipe, wherein a first rubber layer sheet-shaped prefabricated product is arranged above the first coating pipe, a second rubber layer sheet-shaped prefabricated product is arranged below the first coating pipe, a second rubber layer sheet-shaped prefabricated product is arranged above the second coating pipe, and a third rubber layer sheet-shaped prefabricated product is arranged below the second coating pipe; the pressing mechanism comprises a fourth pressing roller, a fifth pressing roller and a sixth pressing roller, wherein the fifth pressing roller is arranged right below the fourth pressing roller, and the sixth pressing roller is arranged right below the fifth pressing roller;
the first coating pipe sequentially comprises a coating liquid cavity and a liquid storage cavity from outside to inside, a first bulge is arranged on the upper part of the coating pipe, a second bulge is arranged at the bottom of the coating pipe, a first liquid outlet is formed in the left part of the first bulge, the first liquid outlet is lower than the highest position of the first bulge, a recovery port is formed in the left side of the first liquid outlet, a second liquid outlet is formed in the left part of the second bulge, the second liquid outlet is higher than the lowest position of the second bulge, the first liquid outlet and the second liquid outlet are communicated with the coating liquid cavity, and the recovery port is communicated with the liquid storage cavity;
the coating device comprises a first coating pipe, a second coating pipe, a liquid storage cavity, a first liquid outlet, a recovery port, a second liquid outlet and a liquid storage cavity, wherein the second coating pipe sequentially comprises a coating liquid cavity and a liquid storage cavity from outside to inside, the first bulge is arranged on the upper portion of the coating pipe, the second bulge is arranged on the bottom of the coating pipe, the first bulge is arranged on the left portion of the first bulge, the first liquid outlet is lower than the highest position of the first bulge, the recovery port is arranged on the left side of the first liquid outlet, the second bulge is arranged on the left portion of the second bulge, the second liquid outlet is higher than the lowest position of the second bulge, the first liquid outlet, the second liquid outlet are communicated with the coating liquid cavity, and the recovery port is communicated with the liquid storage cavity.
