Abstract
The invention provides a bidirectional door opening device and refrigeration equipment with the same, comprising a hinge seat, a hinge seat and a hinge shaft, wherein the hinge seat is provided with the hinge shaft; the shaft sleeve assembly is matched with the hinge shaft and is provided with: the hinge shaft comprises a first clasping member and a second clasping member which are arranged oppositely, an accommodating space formed between the first clasping member and the second clasping member, an elastic mechanism connected between one sides of the first clasping member and the second clasping member, and a first opening arranged on the other side between the first clasping member and the second clasping member, wherein the hinge shaft can enter or move out of the accommodating space from the first opening along the radial direction; and the actuating mechanism is matched with the shaft sleeve, and changes the size of the first opening so as to realize the passing of the hinge shaft and further complete the opening or closing of the door body. The opening and closing of the first opening between the holding pieces are used for achieving the passing in and out of the hinge shaft, the opening and closing of the door body are further completed, the whole device is a pure mechanical mechanism, the structure is compact, the use limitation is small, the achieving cost is low, and the feasibility is high.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of refrigeration equipment manufacturing, in particular to a bidirectional door opening device and refrigeration equipment with the same.
Background
At present, in the refrigeration equipment sold in the market, the door opening mode is generally a one-way door opening mode, if a hinge shaft is arranged on the right side of a box door, the box door is opened from the left side, so that the placing position of the refrigeration equipment is limited, and a user feels inconvenient. While some refrigeration units leave hinge shaft holes in the left side of the door, this requires an after-market engineer to change or swap the location of the hinges. In daily life, different habitual actions can also occur to one person, and some habitual actions open the door from the left side and some habitual actions open the door from the right side. Along with the trend that household appliances are more and more intelligent, the existing refrigerating equipment with one-way door opening can only meet the door opening habit of partial people, the use experience of users is reduced, the door opening mode can not be intelligently changed according to the user requirements, and the requirement of a smart home can not be met.

the actuating structure is matched with the shaft sleeve and is arranged to enable the size of the opening of the first opening to be gradually increased when the hinge shaft moves from the accommodating space to the outer side of the first opening; when the hinge shaft moves towards the inner side of the accommodating space from the first opening, the size of the opening of the first opening is gradually reduced.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: the bidirectional door opening and closing device provided by the invention realizes the entrance and exit of the hinge shaft by utilizing the opening and closing of the first opening between the holding pieces, so as to complete the opening or closing of the door body. Meanwhile, when a user uses the refrigeration equipment with the large bidirectional door opener, the change of the opening direction can be quickly switched, and the simultaneous use of the users with different use habits can be met.

The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.

Referring to fig. 1 and 2, an embodiment of the present invention provides a bidirectional door opening device 100, including:
a hinge base 12 having a hinge shaft 122;
a bushing assembly 14 disposed in cooperation with the hinge shaft 122 and having:
the hinge shaft 122 can radially enter or move out of the accommodating space 142 from the first opening 144;
an actuating mechanism 16, which is engaged with the bushing 141 and configured to gradually increase the size of the first opening 144 when the hinge shaft 122 moves from the accommodating space 142 to the outside of the first opening; when the hinge shaft 122 moves from the first opening toward the inner side of the accommodating space 142, the opening size of the first opening 144 gradually decreases.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the first and second fastening members 1412, 1413 are semi-annular structures, the elastic structure 143 is disposed at the second opening 145 between the first and second fastening members 1412, 1413, and the second opening 145 is disposed opposite to the first opening 144.
Further, the elastic structure 143 may be a tension spring, a rubber spring, or another elastic element.
In order to ensure that the first opening 144 is always aligned with the hinge axis, in an embodiment of the present invention, a limiting member is disposed in the second opening 145 between the first fastening member 1412 and the second fastening member 1413 to limit the moving distance between the first fastening member 1412 and the second fastening member 1413, so as to ensure that the opening of the first opening 144 is always aligned with the hinge axis 122.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the actuating mechanism 16 includes a link 162 disposed at the second opening in a matching manner, a cross-sectional area of one end of the link 162 is much larger than a cross-sectional area of the other end, and when the hinge shaft 122 moves from the accommodating space 142 to the outside of the first opening, the link 162 moves in the second opening to gradually reduce a cross-sectional area of a portion of the link in the second opening 145, and the opening size of the second opening 145 is gradually reduced under the action of the elastic structure 143.
In order to prevent the link 162 from being separated from the integrated device during the movement process to the outside of the first opening, in an embodiment of the present invention, the link 162 extends along the radial direction of the shaft sleeve 141 and is always inserted into the second opening 145.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the actuating mechanism 16 further includes an actuating member 164 connected to one end of the link member, and the actuating member 164 drives the link member 162 to move toward the inside of the accommodating space 142 when the hinge shaft moves from the accommodating space 142 to the outside of the first opening. And the actuator 164 has a limit to the moving distance to prevent the link 162 from being separated from the entire device.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the actuating member 164 is an elastic member connected to a side of the link member facing away from the hinge shaft 122 along a radial direction of the bushing. Optionally, the actuator 164 is a compression spring assembly.
In order to enable the link member 162 to move smoothly in the second opening and satisfy a condition that the cross-sectional area of one end is much larger than that of the other end, optionally, the link member 162 is a conical structure radially penetrating the second opening along the shaft sleeve. In an embodiment of the present invention, the link 162 is a taper pin, and the link 162 may have other embodiments, which are not described herein for illustration purposes.
Further, the large end of the link 162 is disposed toward the inner side of the accommodating space, and a fitting surface 1621 matched with the hinge shaft 122 is formed at the large end, and the fitting surface 1621 is a smooth curved surface matched with the outer circumferential surface of the hinge shaft.
Referring to fig. 3, the mating surface 1621 may be divided into a first contact surface 1622 and a second contact surface 1623. When the hinge shaft 122 is located in the accommodating space 142, the first contact surface is in close contact with the outer peripheral surface of the hinge shaft 122; when the hinge shaft 122 moves from the accommodating space 142 to the outside of the first opening 144, the hinge shaft 122 slides from the first contact surface 1622 to the second contact surface 1623, and when the hinge shaft 122 continues to move to the outside of the first opening 144, the link 162 continues to extend to the first opening 144 under the driving of the actuator 164. When the link 162 rotates around the hinge axis, the first contact surface 1622 is always tightly attached to the outer peripheral surface of the hinge axis, so that the door body and the box body are prevented from falling off, and the use satisfaction of a user is improved.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, the present invention also provides a refrigerating apparatus 200 including a cabinet 210, a door 220, and a bidirectional door opening device 100 connected between the door and the cabinet. The bidirectional door opening device is arranged at the position of four corners of an adjacent door body, the hinge seat is fixedly arranged on the box body 210, and the shaft sleeve assembly is fixedly arranged on the door body 220. In other embodiments, the hinge seat may also be disposed on the door body 220.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the hinge base is fixed to the box body by welding, but the connection between the hinge base and the box body may be in other embodiments, such as fastening with a stud.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the door body is provided with a semi-annular sliding chute 221 engaged with the shaft sleeve and a hole-shaped space 222 engaged with the actuating mechanism, and the hole-shaped space is perpendicular to an axial direction of the semi-annular sliding chute.
In an embodiment of the present invention, a limiting block is disposed in the semi-circular sliding groove 221 to limit sliding positions of the first clasping member and the second clasping member, so as to avoid a situation that the position of the first opening deviates under the action of the elastic mechanism, and the opening or closing of the door body and the box body cannot be completed.
When a user of the refrigeration equipment opens the door from the left side, the door body 220 rotates around the hinge shaft in the bidirectional door opening device installed on the right side of the refrigerator body, at this time, the hinge shaft 122 in the bidirectional door opening device installed on the left side of the refrigerator body 210 moves from the accommodating space to the outer side of the first opening, and at the same time, the driving linkage piece 162 of the actuating piece 164 moves to the outer side of the first opening, and as the cross-sectional area of the linkage piece 162 in the second opening is gradually reduced, the first holding piece and the second holding piece enable the width of the first opening to be larger and larger under the action of the elastic structure 143 until the hinge shaft 122 completely exits from the first opening.
When a user of the refrigeration equipment closes the door, under the action of the elastic mechanism 143, the width of the first opening can completely pass through the hinge shaft, the hinge shaft moves from the first opening to the accommodating space and then contacts with the contact surface 1621 on the linkage piece, the linkage piece and the hinge shaft continue to move to the second opening, and at the moment, the cross-sectional area of the linkage piece in the second opening is larger and larger, so that the width of the first opening is smaller and smaller, and the closing of the door body is realized.
Similarly, when the user opens the door from the right side, the actuation process of the whole device is similar, and the detailed description is omitted.
When the refrigeration equipment 200 opens the door from the left side, the linkage piece installed in the right two-way door opening device is always in close contact with the outer peripheral surface of the hinge shaft through the smooth contact surface 1621 and rotates around the hinge shaft, so that the door 220 and the box body 210 are prevented from falling off in the process of opening or closing the door.
In summary, the bidirectional door opening device 100 of the present invention can be opened or closed in a bidirectional manner, so that the refrigeration equipment 200 of the present invention can also be opened or closed in a bidirectional manner, thereby satisfying different usage habits of users and improving the usage satisfaction of users.
The bidirectional door opening device provided by the invention is described by taking refrigeration equipment as an example, and in other embodiments, the bidirectional door opening device can be applied to any device comprising a door body and a box body, such as a wine cabinet and the like, and the detailed description is not provided herein.
