Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of spectrometer light splitting systems, in particular to a grating pitch attitude adjusting device.
Background
The spectrometer is widely applied to the fields of astronomy, agriculture, biology, medical treatment and the like, and the resolution capability of the spectrometer is required to be higher and higher in the fields. The spectrometer is fully utilized to accurately detect the quality of a sample, and the light splitting element of the spectrometer needs to be accurately corrected. In the correction step of the spectrometer, the optical path correction is a crucial step, and the adjustment precision of the grating attitude is a key influence factor of the good and bad optical path correction effect.
The existing grating pitching adjusting device has the disadvantages of complex structure, inconvenient use and low adjusting precision. In addition, the conventional pitch attitude adjustment is prone to tilt due to untightening of the grating lens clamp. Detailed Description

and the adjusting screw rod 5 is screwed with the first threaded hole 10.
It should be noted that the optical grating pitch attitude adjusting device in the embodiment of the present application includes the optical grating lens mounting base 1 and the first adjusting plate 2, the first elastic member 3 and the second elastic member 4 are disposed between the optical grating lens mounting base 1 and the first adjusting plate 2, and the first elastic member 3 and the second elastic member 4 are located at two sides of the first threaded hole 10, when in use, the pitch angle adjustment of the optical grating lens mounting base 1 is realized by utilizing the compression and extension distances of the first elastic member 3 and the second elastic member 4, further, the pitch angle adjustment of the optical grating lens mounting base 1 is further realized by screwing the adjusting screw 5 into the first threaded hole 10 and utilizing the rotation of the adjusting screw 5. The device of this application just can realize the every single move of grating lens and adjust simple structure, convenient operation through first elastic component, second elastic component and adjusting screw.
Specifically, in some embodiments, the adjusting screw 5 is structured as shown in fig. 5, an external thread is disposed on the outer periphery of the adjusting screw 5, an internal hexagonal groove 51 is disposed on the adjusting screw 5, and the adjusting screw 5 can be rapidly rotated by inserting an internal hexagonal wrench into the internal hexagonal groove 51, so as to adjust the pitch angle of the grating lens mounting base 1.
In some embodiments, there are two second elastic members 4, and the two second elastic members 4 are symmetrically distributed on two sides of the first elastic member 3 and the first threaded hole 10.
In the above embodiment, two second elastic members 4 are provided, and the two second elastic members 4 use a connection line between the first threaded hole 10 and a geometric center of a projection of the first elastic member 3 on a horizontal plane as a symmetry axis, so that the grating lens mount 1 is more stable during the pitch adjustment process by providing two second elastic members 4 and one first elastic member 3.
In some embodiments, a supporting ball 6 is disposed on the first adjusting plate 2 and between the two second elastic members 4, a ball groove 11 is disposed at a lower end of the grating lens mounting seat 1 corresponding to the supporting ball 6, and an upper end of the supporting ball 11 is movably connected in the ball groove 11.
In the above embodiment, the upper end of the supporting ball 6 extends into the ball groove 11, the ball groove 11 can rotate around the supporting ball 6, and the grating lens mounting base 1 can realize the large-range adjustment of the pitch angle with the supporting ball 6 as the fulcrum through the arranged supporting ball 6; further, the accurate angle adjustment of the grating lens mounting seat 1 by taking the supporting ball 6 as a fulcrum is further realized through the rotation of the adjusting screw 5.
Specifically, the structure of the support ball 6 is shown in fig. 6, and the structure of the support ball 6 of the present application has no special points, and a conventional structure is adopted; specifically, the support ball 6 may be a steel ball.
In some embodiments, the first elastic member 3 and the second elastic member 4 are both disc springs. It is apparent that the first elastic member 3 and the second elastic member 4 may be other elastic members than the disc spring.
Specifically, the structure of the disc spring is shown in fig. 7, the disc spring of the present application is a disc spring conventionally used in practice, and the present application does not make any improvement on the disc spring itself.
In some embodiments, a mounting groove 12 is formed on one side surface of the grating lens mounting seat 1, the grating lens is mounted in the mounting groove 12, at least one second threaded hole 13 is formed at the upper end of the mounting groove 12, and a first fastening member (not shown) is screwed in the second threaded hole 13 to abut against the grating lens.
In the above embodiment, place the grating lens in the mounting groove, then through with first fastener spiro union in second screw hole 13, make first fastener tight butt in grating lens upper end, make the more firm installation in mounting groove 12 of grating lens like this, the condition that the mounting groove clamp is not tight and the slope can not appear at grating lens mount pad 1 and carry out the pitch adjustment in-process grating lens. In the above embodiment, the structure of the baffle 7 is as shown in fig. 8, the baffle 7 is provided with a fourth threaded hole 71, when the lenticular lens is placed in the mounting groove 12, in addition to compressing the upper end of the lenticular lens by the first fastening member, the baffle 7 can be further compressed by the second fastening member to the lower end of the lenticular lens, so that the lenticular lens is further stably mounted in the mounting groove 12.
In some embodiments, please refer to fig. 1 again, the optical grating module further includes an optical grating cushion block 72, which is located at the inner lower end of the mounting groove 12 and used for abutting against the optical grating lens, when the optical grating lens is placed in the mounting groove 12, the optical grating cushion block 72 abuts against the lower end of the optical grating lens, and the baffle 7 is used for compressing the optical grating cushion block 72, so that the optical grating cushion block 72 abuts against the lower end of the optical grating lens and the optical grating lens is more stably mounted in the mounting groove 12.
In some embodiments, the lower end of the first adjusting plate 2 is further provided with a second adjusting plate 8, and the lower end surface of the first adjusting plate 2 can move along the surface of the second adjusting plate 8.
Specifically, the moving direction of the first adjusting plate 2 is as follows: the grating lens moves along the light path direction of the grating lens, and the front and back adjustment of the grating lens along the light path direction can be realized through the movement of the first adjusting plate 2. In the above embodiment, the lower end surface of the first adjusting plate 2 moves along the optical path direction of the grating lens on the surface of the second adjusting plate 8, as shown in fig. 9, at least one sliding slot 21 is formed on the first adjusting plate 2 along the moving direction thereof, the sliding slot 21 is long, specifically, the sliding slots 21 can be formed at four corners of the first adjusting plate 2, correspondingly, a fifth threaded hole 81 is formed on the second adjusting plate 8, it is obvious that the length of the sliding slot 21 is much greater than the diameter of the fifth threaded hole 81, and the third fastening member 9 can move along the sliding slot 21, when the first adjusting plate 2 moves along the surface of the second adjusting plate 8, the third fastening member 9 aligns with the fifth threaded hole 81 formed on the second adjusting plate 8 by the movement of the third fastening member 9 in the sliding slot 21, and then the third fastening member 9 is screwed with the fifth threaded hole 81, so that the first adjusting plate 2 is fixed relative to the second adjusting plate 8, specifically, the third fastener 9 may be a bolt; in the moving process of the first adjusting plate 2, the grating lens mounting base 1 is driven to move, so that the angle of the grating lens is further adjusted, and the pitching angle of the grating lens can be adjusted and the front and back direction of the grating lens can be adjusted.
