Patent document 2: japanese patent No. 6504643
A common product of the conventional product mask, which is economical, is that about 30 sheets are impregnated with an excessive amount of chemical liquid having a substantially high viscosity and enclosed in a package, and the sheets taken out from a take-out port are pulled out in a state of being folded plural times with folds in the longitudinal direction or the transverse direction. Therefore, in order to prevent excessive liquid medicine from dripping from the sheet at the time of application and to apply the liquid medicine uniformly to the face before application to the face, excessive liquid medicine in the spot portion is removed with the fingers, and then the folded sheet is unfolded into a flat body, whereby it is necessary to perform a job in which the fingers excessively contact the sheet, and it is necessary to shorten the time taken for unfolding into a flat body or to cope with a sanitary problem inside the package.
Further, when the amount of chemical solution impregnated into the sheet is excessive with respect to the skin of the user, a time is required for removing the chemical solution from the sheet with a finger to obtain a substantially uniform and appropriate amount of chemical solution, and therefore, a package corresponding to a shortened time is required for eliminating an unnecessary time for immediate response when a quick action is required in the morning or the like.
However, even when a favorite product is intended to be used indoors during a trip, if the favorite product is brought outdoors and unexpected conditions are encountered (vibrations in the outdoor package housed in a handbag during the trip, pressure from the outside when carrying luggage, or the like are received, or the safety and stability of the inside of a medical article during a medical treatment at the time of a disaster are impaired), the medical solution in the inside leaks from the outlet due to a force (pressure) or the like from the outside, and the specified product specification is sometimes damaged, and thus the usability, safety, and stability are impaired, and it is necessary to try to prevent the product specification from being damaged.
Disclosure of Invention
Problems to be solved by the invention
The invention provides a multifunctional package body which can be used for taking out a package body which is indoor and rapidly applied to the face without difficulty even if the package body is outdoors under unexpected conditions and using favorite articles.
Means for solving the problems
The package of the present invention comprises: a packaging bag in which a laminate is enclosed, the laminate being formed by folding a sheet of a planar body impregnated with a chemical solution with a crease, and laminating the folded sheet; and a cover member that is attached to an attachment hole formed in the packaging bag from the inside of the packaging bag and covers the attachment hole, wherein the cover member has: a plate body facing the laminated body; a take-out port formed in the plate body for taking out the sheet; a cover body which openably and closably closes the outlet; and coupling portions that are capable of coupling to each other, the coupling portions being provided in the vicinity of the take-out port and on opposite surfaces of the cover body that face the take-out port, the take-out port being provided with a coupling portion and a finger hole, whereby the sheet is taken out by a finger, the coupling portion of the take-out port being formed so as to be elongated with a constant width in a direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction, the finger hole being formed at both end portions of the coupling portion, the coupling portion being formed so as to have a smaller width in the direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction of the take-out port than the finger hole in the direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction of the take-out port, the sheet having a grip portion formed at a position corresponding to the finger hole of each of both end portions of the take-out port, the coupling portion of the take-out port being uninterrupted between the finger holes at both end portions and having a constant width, whereby the problem is solved.
Effects of the invention
The above problems are solved by the function of the outlet provided in the package of the present invention, and there is no concern about safety, stability, and usability in the indoor or outdoor environment, for example, the mask sheet has a filling amount that can give a sense of thickness, and a plurality of sheets are stacked by 1 sheet of folded and impregnated with an excessive amount of chemical liquid having a high viscosity, but every 1 sheet of the mask sheet taken out up to the end is used in a chemical liquid amount appropriate for the user.
The mask sheet taken out from the take-out opening is held in balance in the horizontal direction, and is pulled in contact with the take-out opening, whereby excessive liquid medicine can be removed uniformly and applied to the face quickly, and therefore a new product can be expected in which the mask sheet is applied to the face quickly in a short time without any effort.
In the present invention, the removal port is configured to remove the excessive amount of the chemical solution uniformly, and the excessive amount of the chemical solution is not excessively brought into contact with the sheet, so that contamination of bacteria caused by returning the removed excessive amount of the chemical solution to the inside of the package is safe and sanitary.

As shown in fig. 1 to 5, a package 1 according to a first embodiment includes: a packaging bag 4 in which a laminate 9 is sealed, the laminate 9 being formed by folding and laminating a sheet 8 of a flat body 19 impregnated with a chemical solution so as to be provided with a crease 45; and a cover member 42 that is attached to an attachment hole 49 formed in the packaging bag 4 from the inside of the packaging bag 4 and covers the attachment hole, wherein the cover member 42 has: a plate body 10 facing the laminated body 9; a take-out port 36 having finger holes 13, 14 at both ends, the finger holes 13, 14 being formed in the plate body 10 and used for taking out the sheet 8, and a connecting portion 11 connecting the two finger holes 13, 14 and having a constant width in the longitudinal direction; and a lid body 2 that openably and closably closes the outlet, wherein the lid member 42 further includes coupling portions 17 and 18 that can be coupled to each other, and the coupling portions 17 and 18 are provided in the vicinity of the outlet 36 (refer to at least a part of the periphery of the outlet) and on the opposing surface of the lid body 2 that faces the outlet 36, respectively.
In the package 1, the take-out port 36 includes the connecting portion 11 and the finger holes 13 and 14 for taking out the sheet 8 with fingers, the connecting portion 11 of the take-out port 36 is formed to have a constant and elongated width in a direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction, the finger holes 13 and 14 are formed at both end portions of the connecting portion 11, the width of the connecting portion 11 in the direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction of the take-out port 36 is smaller than the width of the finger holes 13 and 14 in the direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction of the take-out port 36, the sheet 8 has the grip portions formed at positions corresponding to the respective finger holes 13 and 14 at both end portions of the take-out port 36, and the connecting portion 11 of the take-out port 36 is uninterrupted and has a constant width between the finger holes 13 and 14 at both end portions.
The sheet 8 is mainly made of a nonwoven fabric sheet structure, and is punched into a mask, a wet tissue, a cleansing material, a medical sheet, or the like (hereinafter referred to as a "sheet"), impregnated with and retaining a chemical solution, thereby maintaining stability, safety, and functional effects. Details will be described later.
The discharge port 36 in fig. 11 is shown as a top view in fig. 11A, cross-sectional views A1 and A2 at the one-dot chain line 56 in fig. 11A, and a cross-sectional view A3 at the two-dot chain line 60 in fig. 11A. In a, the take-out port is provided in a shape long in one direction, and is provided in a shape from the port edge portion (finger hole 13) through the valley portion 59 (the connecting portion 11 having a constant width in a direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction and elongated in the longitudinal direction) to the port edge portion (finger hole 14) in the opposite direction. A1 has a concave portion 47, and the convex shape faces the lower laminated body 9. A2 is an example of a shape different from A1, and has a shape of the laminated body 9 in which the central portion of the outlet 36 is thick and the convex shape faces downward. The sidewall of the A3 take-out port is formed into a wedge shape 52. In the take-out port 36 shown in fig. 1 to 5, the plate body 10 may be a flat plate having a uniform thickness, may have a concave portion 47 having a uniform thickness as shown in A1, or may have a thick central portion and a convex lower surface as shown in A2. The sidewall surface of the outlet may be flat or may be wedge-shaped as shown in A3.
When the sheet 8 is taken out from the take-out port 36 while grasping the left and right sides of the sheet planar body with fingers, for example, the mask film, the sheet 8 is intentionally brought into contact with the finger holes 13 and 14 and the concave portion 47 formed by the connecting portion 11 having a constant width in the longitudinal direction or the shape of the cross section of the wedge 52, and the excessive liquid medicine is scraped off, and the folds 45 of the sheet 8 are removed, and the excessive liquid medicine is uniformly removed, so that the amount of liquid medicine can be adjusted to be an appropriate amount for each sheet. Further, the sheet 8 pulled by being gripped by both the left and right fingers is intentionally brought into contact with the concave portion 47 having a constant width and provided in the laterally elongated connecting portion 11, and the shape or cross section thereof is in the shape of the wedge 52 (irregular shape), that is, the sheet 8 is rubbed against the shape of the concave portion 47 or the shape of the wedge 52, and the sheet 8 is scraped, whereby the excessive chemical solution can be removed uniformly, and the sheet 8 can be adjusted to an impregnation amount corresponding to the skin of the user. That is, the skin can be provided with a uniform cosmetic functional effect by applying a uniform chemical liquid to the skin of the user, which is required for the cosmetic action.
The left grip 28 and the right grip 29 gripped with fingers from the finger holes 13 and 14 are balanced in the horizontal direction from the left to the right, and the sheet 8 is pulled up to the position of the face and quickly applied to the face without any effort. That is, in order to pull out the sheet 8 from the removal opening 36, it is preferable to take out the left and right grip portions, the forehead portion 62, the left and right eyes, the nose portion 22, the left and right cheek portions, the mouth portion 23, and the jaw portion 24 protruding from the contour line 61 of the planar body 19 in fig. 1.
The following description will be given in the order of A1, A2, A3 in fig. 11.
The take-out port 36 of A1 forms a recess 47 in the plate body 10 of a constant thickness. The front part of the valley portion 59 having a rounded shape on a gentle curve faces and approaches the upper surface of the lower laminate 9.
The take-out port 36 is formed in the following state: the plate body 10 has a constant thickness, and the central portion of the take-out opening has a concave portion 47 recessed toward the lower laminate 9 side.
The outlet is provided from the edge (finger hole) to the opposite edge (finger hole) through the valley portion (having a constant width connecting portion 11), and includes a sidewall 12 extending from the finger hole 13 through the connecting portion 11 to the finger hole 14. The corners of the side wall surface 12 may be angular, but are preferably formed of fillets 57 continuous in the longitudinal direction with rounded corners.
The effect of the continuous joining portion 11 having a constant width is that when the sheet 8 is taken out in the state of the planar body 19, excessive chemical liquid of the sheet 8 is scraped off uniformly. In terms of structure and effect, when the sheet 8 is pulled out by uniformly rubbing against the side wall surface 12 in a state in which the direction of the connecting portion continuously extending in the longitudinal direction and the lateral directions are balanced, the excessive chemical liquid of the sheet 8 can be uniformly scraped off and removed. That is, in order to remove the excessive chemical solution by scraping uniformly, a structure is required in which the joint portion is uninterrupted between the finger holes at both end portions and has a constant width.
When the package is placed in a state facing the sky, and the bottom portion 59 of the concave portion 47 (bowl shape) facing the direction of the lower stacked body 9 is provided on the side of the take-out port 36 facing the upper surface of the stacked body 9 as shown in A1 of fig. 11, the chemical liquid adhering to the vicinity of the take-out port 36 naturally concentrates on the bottom portion 59 of the concave portion 47 (bowl shape) facing the lower stacked body 9 by gravity, and drops from the bottom portion 59 to the stacked body 9 in the falling direction 54 of the direction 7 on the ground by gravity.
The extraction port 36 is provided so that a valley portion 59 in the central portion of the connecting portion 11 of the concave portion 47 is closest to the upper surface of the underlying laminate 9, and an excessive amount of chemical liquid scraped off from the sheet 8 and adhering to the concave portion 47 and naturally collecting on the valley portion 59 falls down from the corner 58 closest to the upper surface of the laminate 9.
The upper surface of the plate body 10 of the outlet 36 of A2 is formed in a flat surface, the thickness of the central portion of the connecting portion 11 of the outlet gradually increases toward the lower laminate 9 in the ground direction 7, and the lower laminate 9 side is formed in a convex shape.
The front part of the valley bottom part having a rounded shape on a gentle curve faces and approaches the upper surface of the laminated body 9. The same effect as A1 is thereby obtained.
The thickness of the plate body 10 reaches the finger hole 14 having a small thickness from the finger hole 13 having a small thickness through the central portion of the connecting portion 11 having a small thickness.
The upper surface of the plate body 10 of the take-out port 36 of A3 is flat, and the cross section of the side wall surfaces 12 of the finger holes 13 and 14 and the connecting portion 11 having a constant width with the finger holes over the entire circumference of the take-out port in cross section is provided with a wedge shape 52.
The cross section of the wedge 52 means that the cross section of the side wall surface 12 of the entire circumference of the outlet 36 is the wedge 52, and the side wall surface of the corner 58 near the point of the front end of the wedge which is circular and is continuously provided in the entire circumference is shaped as the circular shape 53 of the front end of the wedge of the outlet 36, which are obliquely opposed to each other
Figure GDA0004220614440000091
A word shape.
When the sheet 8 pulled out from the take-out port is scraped in contact with the round shape 53, an excessive amount of the chemical liquid is removed from the sheet 8, the excessive amount of the chemical liquid is
Figure GDA0004220614440000092
The liquid medicine flows over the surface of the wedge 52 in the cross section of the shape and is concentrated at the corner 58 near the stack 9, and falls down toward the stack 9.
The drawing shows a portion having a wedge-shaped cross section 52 provided on the entire periphery of the take-out opening of the plate body 10, a circle 53 continuously provided in contact with the sheet 8 when the sheet 8 is taken out, a corner 58 near the portion having the wedge-shaped cross section 52 where the excessive chemical solution is concentrated, and a direction 54 in which the excessive chemical solution falls down the laminate 9.
A1, A2, and A3 in fig. 11A (top view) are obtained by subjecting PET resin or the like to pressure molding or subjecting LLDPE or the like to injection molding.
In the adjustment operation of the forming die, the corners of the side wall surface 12 may be angular shapes depending on the characteristics of the material constituting the sheet 8, but are preferably formed of rounded corners 57 which are rounded and continuous in the longitudinal direction. That is, since a load is applied to the sheet 8 with a force that pulls the sheet 8, it helps to prevent the deformation of the sheet 8.
Although a shape protruding in the downward direction may be provided in the valley portion 59 of A1, A2, it is preferable to be constituted by a shape with rounded corners on a gentle curve.
If the wedge 52 of the side wall surface 12 has an extreme shape, for example, if the shape of the contact with the sheet 8 is an acute angle, then when a slit hole (a hole of both eyes or a mouth) or a slit line (a line of the lower end of the nose or a line cut from the center of the face to the outside) provided in the sheet 8 is pulled out, the sheet 8 may be caught by the acute angle shape and deformed.
The connection portion 11 of the withdrawal port 36 formed in the integral cover member 42 of fig. 4 for withdrawing each 1 sheet 8 by pulling out has a constant width in the longitudinal direction, and the connection portion 11 extends from the left end portion in the longitudinal direction to the right end portion and can withdraw the sheet 8.
When the sheet 8 impregnated with the excessive chemical solution and folded is pulled out, the side wall surface 12 of the outlet 36 is scraped to remove the line that is particularly the crease 45 parallel to the line connecting the left eye 20 and the right eye 21 of the planar body 19, and the excessive chemical solution can be removed to be applied to the face in an amount appropriate for the user.
As shown in fig. 2, the pulled sheet 8 is scraped by the two side wall surfaces 12 facing each other in parallel in the longitudinal direction, so that excessive chemical solution adhering to the sheet 8 is removed, and the excessive chemical solution adheres to the two side wall surfaces 12 facing each other.
That is, the present invention can remove the lines forming the folds 45 by adding the shape (irregular shape) of the structure for dropping the laminated body 9, which is formed by attaching the excessive amount of the chemical solution contained in the sheet 8 to the take-out port 36 and is directed to the lower surface of the ground, to the take-out port 36, and can uniformly remove the excessive amount of the chemical solution to apply the chemical solution to the face in an amount appropriate for the user. When the sheet 8 is intentionally rubbed by touching and rubbing the finger hole 13, the connecting portion 11 having a constant width in the longitudinal direction, the concave portion 47 of the finger hole 14 for scraping at the take-out port 36 to remove excessive chemical solution, or the shape of the wedge 52 in cross section while holding the holding portions of both the left and right sides of the sheet 8 and maintaining horizontal balance, the excessive chemical solution is removed from the sheet 8, and the chemical solution removed from the take-out port 36 is returned to the package.
The packaging bag has a function including barrier property, light-shielding property, airtight PET film, aluminum foil, aluminum vapor deposited film, PE, CPP, and the like, and may have any structure.
The take-out port 36 of the sheet 8 provided on the top surface of the packaging bag 4 is constituted by a connecting portion 11 and one or more finger holes 13 and 14, the connecting portion 11 is constituted by an elongated opening formed in a straight line shape extending in the longitudinal direction with a constant width formed in the central portion of the lid member 42, and the finger holes 13 and 14 are formed at both ends of the connecting portion 11. That is, the connecting portion 11 connects the finger holes 13 and 14 in the longitudinal direction.
In the mounting hole 49 formed in the packaging bag 4, a lid member 42 for partitioning the inside 43 and the outside 44 is fixed from the inside of the packaging bag 4 by adhesion by a hot melt adhesive or the like or welding 41 (fig. 3 and 9) by heat.
The width of the linear connecting portion 11 in the direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction is smaller than the width of the finger holes 13 and 14 in the direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction in the connecting portion 11.
That is, the finger holes 13 and 14 are sized to insert fingers from the portion and grasp the sheet 8. The linear connecting portion 11 has the same width in the direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction at the linear portion. The same width in this case means that the width may include substantially the same meaning even if the widths are not completely the same.
That is, when the sheet 8 is pulled out from the finger holes 13 and 14, the connecting portion 11 is mainly scraped so that the straight portions where an appropriate amount of chemical solution can be uniformly left have the same width, and thus the sheet 8 can be uniformly subjected to load or pull-out resistance.
In the simple structure of the present embodiment, in which one touch operation of the cover member 42 is possible, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the cover 2 and the outlet 36 are integrally formed by the hinge 51. Fitting members 35 are provided on either side of the coupling portion 17 of the opposing surface of the lid body 2 opposing the removal opening 36 or the coupling portion 18 in the vicinity of the removal opening 36. The coupling portion 17 and the coupling portion 18 are formed of a claw portion, a hook portion, a concave-convex portion, or the like (hereinafter referred to as a "fixing portion") that can be engaged with each other to integrally lock the both.
For example, by providing the fitting member 35 having elasticity, the lid body 2 is pressed with a finger to close the lid body, and when the lid body is opened, the fitting of the lid body 2 is released by the finger being placed on the protruding portion 48 of the lid body 2, and the lid body is opened by the elasticity of the fitting member 35.
A punched hole 40 is formed in a packaging film 39 that becomes the top surface 3 of the package 1 in fig. 3, and the inner surface of the packaging film of the packaging bag is bonded or welded 41 to the plate 10 of the lid member 42 having the take-out opening.
As shown in fig. 2 and 4, a part of the left grip 28 of the sheet 8 corresponds to the finger hole 13 at the left end of the connecting portion 11, and a part of the right grip 29 of the sheet 8 corresponds to the finger hole 14 at the right end of the connecting portion 11. Thus, the sheet 8 is pulled up to the position of the face and rapidly applied to the face while maintaining the horizontal balance between the left grip 28 and the right grip 29. In the operation of taking out the sheet 8, the left and right fingers are only in contact with the both gripping portions, and therefore, the portions of the sheet other than the both gripping portions are not in contact with each other, and the excess chemical liquid removed by scraping is returned to the inside of the package, but there is no fear of contamination inside the package. That is, in a smooth application work, the left and right fingers grip the grip portions of the sheet 8 for gripping and simultaneously pull the left and right sides, the sheet 8 folded with the fold 45 is removed from the removal opening 36 in a state where the fold 45 is removed and unfolded into the planar body 19 to form a horizontal balance, the sheet 8 is removed in the pulling-out direction 55 while maintaining the horizontal balance, and the liquid medicine of the sheet 8 is scraped off uniformly to leave an appropriate amount of liquid medicine suitable for the user, whereby the liquid medicine is applied uniformly to the face to obtain a uniform cosmetic function. In the sheet 8 having the horizontal balance between the left grip portion 28 and the right grip portion 29, the left grip portion 28 is attached to the left end of the forehead portion 62, the right grip portion 29 is attached to the right end of the forehead portion, and the left eye 20 and the right eye 21 provided on the sheet 8 are aligned with the positions of the left and right eyes, so that the nose portion 22, the mouth portion 23, and the jaw portion 24 can be smoothly aligned, and any person can rapidly apply the sheet.
The finger holes 13 and 14 are preferably formed so as to reach the bottom of the package 1 and are preferably formed so as to have finger hole spaces in which the final sheet can be grasped.
In the process for producing the package according to the first embodiment, as shown in fig. 10, the lid member 42 having the removal opening 36 is bonded or welded 41 to the inner surface of the packaging film 39 of the packaging bag 4 of fig. 3, but a peelable flap that is adhered to close the opening with an adhesive may be provided in advance in the removal opening 36.
The lid member 42 may be formed of a pull-out lid formed by integral molding, and the pull-out lid may be used to form the opening (the removal opening 36) of the package 1, and may be used to form the removal opening 36 of the connecting portion 11 connected to the finger holes 13 and 14 at both ends and having a constant width in the longitudinal direction. When the annular ring provided in the pull cover is pulled up with a finger and removed, the take-out opening 36 having a shape formed in advance by a mold is formed. Both the tab and the pull cup have sealing properties between the inside and the outside of the package.
As shown in fig. 2, 4, and 5, the connecting portion 11 having a constant width along the longitudinal direction of the outlet 36 includes side wall surfaces 12 facing each other when viewed in the cross-sectional direction.
The width of the connecting portion 11 is smaller than the width of the finger hole or finger holes 13 and 14 of 1 or more. For example, by inserting the left and right thumbs and the index finger into the finger holes 13 and 14, respectively, the left grip 28 and the right grip 29 are gripped and pulled out, and the left eye 20, the right eye 21, the nose 22, the mouth 23, and the jaw 24 are pulled out in this order from the forehead upper end 27 of the planar body 19 in fig. 1.
In the present embodiment, when the planar body 19 of the stacked sheets 8 is pulled up from the take-out port 36, the sheet 8 having the crease 45 is rubbed or scraped against the side wall surface 12 of the take-out port 36, and the planar body 19 from which the crease is removed is pulled up.
In fig. 4, the left end and the right end of the take-out port 36, which are used for grasping the end of the sheet 8 with the finger tips, are provided with spaces into which the finger tips of the thumb and the finger tips of the index finger can enter, that is, finger hole spaces of the finger holes 13 and 14 at the left end and the right end.
The finger holes 13 and 14 of the present invention may be any shape such as a circle, an ellipse, or a polygon as long as they are enough to allow the tips of the thumb and the index finger to easily enter, grip the end of the sheet, and smoothly take out the sheet.
At least a part of the left grip 28 of the sheet corresponds to the finger hole 13 at the left end, and at least a part of the right grip 29 of the sheet corresponds to the finger hole 14 at the right end. The finger hole is preferably formed so as to reach the bottom of the package and be gripped, and both of them preferably have a finger hole space in which the final sheet can be gripped.
Further, since the left grip portion 28 of the planar body 19 of the sheet in fig. 1 is laminated in alignment with the position of the finger hole 13 at the left end portion of the finger hole in fig. 4 and 5 and the right grip portion 29 is laminated in alignment with the position of the finger hole 14 at the right end portion, the sheet 8 can be quickly lifted from the take-out port 36 to the position of the face and applied thereto.
The newly developed mask can be provided with the following structure: the finger hole 13 at the left end corresponds in position to the left end of the grip of the sheet, the finger hole 14 at the right end corresponds in position to the right end of the grip of the sheet, and the ends of the sheets are gripped through the finger holes and pulled out smoothly from the finger holes. In the pack body of the new mask having the removal port 36 of the present invention, the upper left end 63 of the grip portion for gripping and the upper right end 64 of the grip portion for gripping of the contour line 61 of the forehead portion 62 of the planar body 19 of the sheet 8 are made to correspond to the finger holes 13, 14 of both the right and left end portions of the connecting portion 11, and the upper left end 63 and the upper right end 64 are preferably each shaped to protrude outward from the contour line.
That is, the upper left end 63, the upper right end 64, and the take-out port 36 of the sheet may be configured to be scraped and taken out while maintaining horizontal balance at the connecting portion 11 extending from left to right with a constant width and uniformly rubbing against the side wall surface 12, and may be configured to uniformly remove excess chemical solution of the sheet at the time of taking out, and to smoothly grasp the sheet from the finger holes 13 and 14 of both left and right and pull out the sheet from the connecting portion 11 in the pull-out direction 55.
The left and right grip portions or the left and right grip ends of the sheet planar body may be semicircular, have a plurality of corners, or any other shape, and may be formed so as to be aligned with the positions of the finger holes of the left and right members. It is preferable that the shape of the sheet 8 protrude outward from the contour line 61 of the planar body 19. In order to scrape and take out the sheet while maintaining horizontal balance with the side wall surface 12 while uniformly rubbing, in the case of a mask, the positions of the left and right grip portions or the left and right grip end portions are preferably set in regions corresponding to the head, the forehead, and the like.
Fig. 2 is a diagram showing the laminated body 9 and the plate body 10, wherein the plate body 10 is shown as a skeleton which can be used more smoothly, and the upper end 27 of the forehead portion of the planar body 19 corresponds to the position of the center line 16 of the connecting portion 11 of the outlet 36 formed in the plate body 10.
Further, since the left grip portion 28 of the sheet 8 is exposed at least in a part of the left finger hole 13 and the right grip portion 29 is exposed at least in a part of the right finger hole 14, the left grip portion 28 is smoothly gripped by the left finger, the right grip portion 29 is smoothly gripped by the right finger, and both the grip portions are gripped by both the left and right fingers, and the sheet 8 is lifted to the position of the face while maintaining horizontal balance, so that workability is excellent.
The upper end 27 of the forehead portion of the punching line in the longitudinal direction, which is applied to the forehead portion of the sheet 8 stacked on the upper surface of the stacked body 9 and is connected from left to right, is arranged along a center line 16, which is provided from the right end to the left end, and connects both finger holes, and extends in the longitudinal direction parallel to the take-out opening, so that when both the left and right grip portions are gripped and pulled by both the left and right fingers, the upper end 27 of the forehead portion is pulled up to the position of the face through the connection portion 11, and workability is excellent.
The effect of the outlet 36 of the present invention is the following function: the center line 16 of the take-out port 36 and the center line of the upper surface of the laminated body 9 in the longitudinal direction are aligned at the same position; the blanking lines of the forehead upper end 27 of the planar body 19 are aligned at the same position; the gripping parts of the sheet plane body are positioned at the finger holes of the left and right sides, and the gripping parts are easy to grip by fingertips; finger holes positioned at the left end part and the right end part of the sheet 8 and easily gripped by fingertips; a planar body to which folds serving as the planar body are easily applied by scraping and removing the folds; the excessive medicine liquid is easily adjusted to an appropriate medicine liquid infiltration amount, and thus smoothly taken out and rapidly applied to the face.
Since the planar body of the sheet impregnated with the chemical solution is folded 1 or more times in the direction connecting the eyes of the face and the eyes, the crease 45 of the folding line is scraped by any one of the side wall surfaces 12 of the take-out ports 36 facing each other of the take-out ports 36, and thus the crease is removed, and an appropriate chemical solution is obtained.
In this way, the take-out port 36 is formed in the board body 10 in the following manner: when the sheet 8 is taken out from the take-out port 36, the side wall surface 12 forming the take-out port 36, which is mainly a connecting portion in the longitudinal direction, can be brought into contact with the sheet 8.
When the width of the outlet in the direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the outlet is about 5 to 15mm, the sheet 8 can be easily taken out by coming into contact with the side wall surface 12 when the sheet is taken out. On the other hand, the width of the finger holes 13 and 14 may be as wide as the finger can be inserted, for example, 20 to 40 mm. When the sheet is configured with a low basis weight, the width of the take-out opening is set to 5mm or less so that the sheet with a low basis weight passes between the side wall surface 12 in the longitudinal direction of the connecting portion 11 and the opposite side wall surface 12, or the sheet may be scraped by both side wall surfaces to remove excessive chemical solution. Further, the width and depth of the finger holes 13 and 14 of the package of fig. 2 to 11 having the operation-type take-out port 36 from the 1 st sheet to the last sheet of the package of the present invention may be any design as long as the width of the finger hole into which the fingers for grasping such as thumb and index finger can be smoothly inserted and the depth of the last sheet of the package 1 at the bottom thereof can be smoothly grasped with the fingertips.
When both the left and right fingertips grip the left and right end portions at the same time, and scrape the left and right end portions against any one of the side wall surfaces 12 facing the outlet while applying a slight tensile force to the left and right end portions, excessive chemical liquid excessively impregnated in the sheet is removed, and therefore, the chemical liquid can be prevented from dripping downward on the face during application.
The width of the opposed side wall surface 12 and the specific opposed width of the side wall surface 12 are smaller than the width of the finger hole 13 at the left end portion and the width of the finger hole 14 at the right end portion, and the sheet can be pulled up in a planar state. That is, as shown in the above specific example, the width of the connecting portion 11 in the direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction of the take-out port 36 is smaller than the width of the finger holes 13, 14 in the orthogonal direction.
The width of the product is set in development by determining the weight per unit area of the sheet, the thickness of the sheet, the workability of the material of the pulled sheet, or the product specifications such as a large amount of impregnating chemical.
In the case of forming the opposing wall surfaces of the shape capable of scraping the sheet at the take-out port and the shape of the excessive amount of the chemical liquid capable of reducing the sheet, it is sufficient to verify a plurality of take-out port samples to design the specification of the sheet matching the chemical liquid.
The function of the extraction port extending in the longitudinal direction connecting the left finger hole 13 and the right finger hole 14 is as follows: the sheet can be operated while being held at the same time by pulling the left end portion and the right end portion slightly in opposite directions to each other, while continuously applying tension.
The position of the finger holes 13, 14 of fig. 2 may be arranged in the same position as the grip portions or grip ends provided on the newly designed sheet material or in the same position as the finger holes 13, 14. As shown in fig. 5, the finger hole 13 is formed at the left end portion in the longitudinal direction (left-right direction in the drawing) of the connecting portion 11, and the finger hole 14 is formed at the right end portion in the longitudinal direction of the connecting portion 11. That is, the gripping portion or gripping end portion of the newly designed sheet material may be replaced with the left gripping portion 28 and the right gripping portion 29 in fig. 1, so that the left upper end portion 63 of the gripping portion for gripping and the right upper end portion 64 of the gripping portion for gripping of the contour line 61 of the forehead portion 62 of the planar body 19 of the sheet material 8 may be made to correspond to the positions of the finger holes 13, 14.
In general, in order to impregnate 1 sheet with an appropriate amount of chemical liquid in a laminate formed by folding a plurality of sheets, a slightly larger amount of chemical liquid is filled. That is, the design specifications are adopted in which the sheets of the laminate, which are first and finally pulled up, are filled with an appropriate amount of chemical solution in advance, and the excess amount of chemical solution is sealed.
In order to give a fine touch to the skin, the laminated body 9 and the laminated sheet 8 are impregnated with a large amount of the drug solution.
When the liquid medicine is scraped off and pulled out from the outlet 36, since the liquid medicine adheres to the outlet 36 because the liquid medicine is set to be viscous, if the adhered liquid medicine exists for a long period of time before the next use, for example, when the adhered liquid medicine comes into contact with the air of the inside 43 or the outside 44, it is expected that the water of the raw material contained in the liquid medicine is reduced, and the adhered liquid medicine is changed in yellowing, bad smell, high viscosity, corrosion resistance, functional effect on the skin, and the like, and therefore, it is preferable to try to smoothly return the liquid medicine adhered to the outlet to the laminate 9.
In the present invention, in order to return the chemical solution attached to the outlet 36 to the laminate 9 located below the outlet 36 faster than in the case of attaching to the outlet for a long period of time, means are provided for naturally dripping the chemical solution attached to the outlet onto the laminate.
That is, the structure of the liquid medicine attached to the outlet 36 is prevented from being broken due to the decrease in water content of the liquid medicine attached thereto with the passage of time, and the attached liquid medicine is different from the structure of the liquid medicine contained in the laminate, and the attached liquid medicine side is turned yellow, smelly, or has a reduced antiseptic effect, and is transferred to the liquid medicine attached to the sheet 8 to be removed next, thereby affecting the skin to which the liquid medicine is applied.
The shape of the concave portion 47 that promotes the dropping of the chemical solution attached to the take-out port 36 in the direction 7 of the floor surface may be a gentle concave portion that smoothly drops in the direction 7 of the floor surface, such as a shape in which the chemical solution attached to the take-out port 36 and the vicinity naturally concentrates in a convex shape in the lower laminate 9.
The shape or cross section of the concave portion 47 to which the high-viscosity chemical liquid adheres is a wedge shape 52, and the stacked drop in the direction 7 of the ground is not likely to occur, and therefore, the concave portion 47 may be formed with an acute angle to which the chemical liquid drops rapidly in the direction 7 of the ground.
The advantage of the configuration having the concave portion 47 and the wedge-shaped cross section 52 is that the liquid medicine adhering to the take-out port 36 is always naturally dropped in the direction of the ground in the package having the configuration in which the laminate 9 is enclosed in the resin container. From the viewpoint that the inner portion 43 side of the take-out port is hard to contact the upper surface of the laminate when the number of sheets used increases, it is more effective to prevent the liquid medicine from adhering to the take-out port.
The shape of any one of the take-out ports 36 of fig. 10 may be provided on the plate body 10 having the take-out port 36 on the side facing the laminate 9 on the side opposite to the take-out port where the sheet 8 is gripped and taken out.
That is, the finger holes 13 and 14 and the connecting portion 11 of the outlet 36 of the present invention are configured such that the left and right grasping portions grasping the sheet 8 simultaneously scrape and pull out from the outlet 36, thereby uniformly scraping off the excessive amount of the chemical liquid on the sheet 8, leaving a proper amount of the chemical liquid, and the left grasping portion grasped with the left finger and the right grasping portion grasped with the right finger are rapidly applied to the face while maintaining horizontal balance.
The shape of the corner of the side wall surface of the two embodiments is preferably a continuous shape in which the corner of the side wall surface is adjusted to an acute angle or an obtuse angle so as not to damage the sheet 8 scraped by the corner, considering the magnitude of the weight per unit area of the sheet 8, the manufacturing method of the nonwoven fabric sheet, the occupancy of the chemical fiber and the natural fiber, and the like.
In the package bag 4 in which the sheet 8 is pulled up, in order to smoothly change the sheet 8 from the laminated body 9 formed by folding and laminating the sheet 8 with the crease 45 to the flat body 19, the sheet 8 is peeled off and pulled up in a state of being superposed with the sheet 8 facing each other, and when the sheet 8 is pulled up by scraping the wall surface of the take-out port 36, the crease 45 of the sheet 8 is removed, and the sheet 8 is pulled up while being stretched into the flat body 19 capable of being smoothly applied to the face.
The sheet 8 is preferably of the following specifications as applied by the applicant: the nose bridge direction is aligned with the machine direction (MD direction) of the nonwoven fabric sheet, a plurality of rows of needle-eye-shaped cutting lines are provided at the positions facing the convex parts of the concave parts of the face, and the punched sheet is applied so as to be adhered to the concave parts of the convex parts of the face.
The direction 32 in which the sheet 8 is pulled up is the same as the direction 32 in which the punched sheet 8 is pulled up from the take-out opening 36, and the longitudinal direction (MD direction) of the nonwoven fabric sheet having low elongation and the nose bridge direction of the face, whereby deformation of the sheet 8 can be prevented.
Since the nonwoven fabric sheet in the pulling direction has a characteristic length that it does not extend substantially in the longitudinal direction but extends in the transverse direction, it is preferable that the nonwoven fabric sheet is small in variation in the size of the sheet 8 that is punched out in the longitudinal direction and can be smoothly applied to the face.
The laminated body 9 of fig. 2, 4, 5, 8 and 9, which is formed by folding and laminating one sheet punched into the planar body of fig. 1, has a crease 45 parallel to the connecting hole and the eye direction of the planar body 19 of the folded sheet 8, and the upper surface of the laminated body 9 folded a plurality of times is a package body having a substantially rectangular or substantially square shape.
In the punching specification in which the longitudinal direction of the sheet 8 pulled upward is aligned with the nose bridge direction, the sheet is pulled up while being held by both the left and right fingers and being scraped while being contacted with both side walls of the extraction port in the order of the eyes, nose 22, rear mouth 23, and jaw 24 from the forehead.
In the folding for forming the laminate, the laminate 9 is formed by aligning the position of the center line 16 in the longitudinal direction of the laminate 9 with the upper end 27 of the forehead portion which is the front end of the upper end portion of the sheet 8 and is attached to the forehead portion and is connected from right to left, providing a crease 45 parallel to the line connecting eyes and eyes, and folding the same one or more times.
The conventional method of folding the laminate used in the industry is arbitrary, and the upper end 27 of the forehead is positioned on the center line 16, and the laminate is folded with 1 or more folds by a method similar to the letter C of a cleaning product or a method similar to the letter Z of a toilet paper box or an infant wiping product in industry. That is, when the sheet 8 is gripped and pulled out from the take-out port 36, the excessive chemical solution can be scraped off uniformly by scraping the side wall surface 12 of the connecting portion 11.
The planar body 19 and the sheet 8 of fig. 1 and 2 are those in japanese patent No. 6295389 to which the present applicant has applied. The two grasping portions of the upper edge of the sheet 8 are provided at positions symmetrical with respect to the center line of the sheet 8 passing through the bridge of the nose, in the upper edge of the two regions inside the sheet 8 divided equally in the left-right direction, and the left grasping portion 28 is attached to the left forehead portion and the right grasping portion 29 is attached to the right forehead portion while maintaining horizontal balance, so that smooth usage can be obtained. The cutting line 31 is described in japanese patent No. 6228325.
In the shape of the sheet 8 to be attached to the forehead and the specification of the folded stack in fig. 2, the folded stack is formed such that the left grip 28 provided at both ends of the forehead upper end 27 of the sheet 8 corresponds to the finger hole 13 at the left end, the right grip 29 corresponds to the finger hole 14 at the right end, and the forehead upper end 27 extending in the longitudinal direction is positioned at a position along the center line 16 parallel to the take-out port 36.
The use of the extraction and pulling in fig. 2, 4 and 5 is that when the left grip portion 28 of the finger hole 13 at the left end portion is gripped by the left hand finger and the right grip portion 29 of the finger hole 14 at the right end portion is gripped by the right hand finger, and both are simultaneously pulled from the extraction opening to the face position, the sheet 8 is smoothly pulled from the extraction opening 36 extending in the longitudinal direction, and the chemical solution excessively impregnated in the sheet is scraped off to an appropriate amount of the chemical solution, so that the chemical solution becomes a planar body which is easily spread in any direction, and is easily applied to the left-to-right lateral position of the forehead without trouble.
That is, the positions of the left and right grip portions of the folded sheet 8 and the finger holes 13 and 14 provided in the plate body 10 are such that the finger hole 13 at the left end corresponds to the position of the left grip portion 28 and the finger hole 14 at the right end corresponds to the position of the right grip portion 29.
The cover member in the substantially longitudinal direction of the outlet 36 in fig. 3 and 4 has a function that can be opened and closed by one touch, and both the coupling portion 17 on the cover member side and the coupling portion 18 on the outlet side have claw portions, hook portions, concave-convex portions, or the like (hereinafter referred to as "fixing portions") on surfaces facing each other, which can be fitted and engaged with each other to integrate the both portions. The package of fig. 3 is placed on a plane of a dressing table or the like such that the bottom face faces in the direction 7 of the ground and the cover faces in the direction 6 of the sky.
In the integrally formed lid member 42 of fig. 4, the lid body 2 and the take-out port 36 are connected by the hinge portion 51, and the lid body side joint 17 or the take-out port joint 18 is provided with the fitting member 35, so that the inside 43 and the outside 44 of the package are firmly sealed and blocked.
Fig. 6 is a cross-sectional view showing a state in which the outlet 36 is closed by the lid 2. A convex portion 18a protruding inward is formed in the coupling portion 18 extending upward from the plate body 10 and having a quadrangular shape in plan view, and a concave portion 17a fitted with the convex portion 18a is formed in the side wall of the cover body 2.
Fig. 7 is a cross-sectional view showing another state in which the outlet 36 is closed by the lid 2. A convex portion 18b protruding outward is formed in a square-shaped joint portion 18 extending upward from the plate body 10, and a concave portion 17b surrounding the convex portion 18b is formed in a side wall of the cover body 2.
By providing the engaging portions 17 and 18 in this manner, the lid 2 can be easily opened and closed by one touch.
The configuration of the claw portion (including the hook portion and the like) provided in the vicinity of the lid 2 and the take-out opening is mainly preferably a perfect circle, a longitudinal direction, a polygonal shape, and an arbitrary shape that can be opened and closed by one touch of the lid 2.
For the fitting of the claw portions, for example, one or more fixing portions such as a pair of convex portions and concave portions are provided near the lid 2 or the extraction opening, or the claw portions are provided so as to face each other in correspondence with the shape of at least a part of the edge of the extraction opening 36, and are fitted or separated by a finger tip press of one touch type.
The snap sound of the engagement between the stopper-provided surface of the lid 2 and the stopper-provided surface of the outlet can be confirmed.
In a busy operation or a one-hand occupied state, the structure is excellent in usability and convenience in which opening and closing can be performed by one operation of pressing or pulling up the lid 2 with a finger.
A functional take-out port 36 is provided in the approximate middle of a plate body of approximately the same shape in contact with the area of the upper surface of the laminated body 9 formed by folding and laminating the sheets 8, and the cover and the take-out port which are fitted together are provided with an integrally molded structure of the plate body 10 and the hinge portion 51, a string provided with a member connecting the cover and a part of the plate body as separate members, or the like.
The lid member 42 of fig. 3 can be opened and closed by one or more operations by pressing or pulling up the protruding portion 48 of the lid body 2 in the vicinity of the opening 5 with a finger, and can block the inside 43 and the outside 44 of the package body 1, prevent leakage of the chemical liquid to the outside 44, and prevent invasion of foreign substances, bacteria, and the like from the outside 44 to the inside 43 of the package body 1.
For the strong fitting of the outer portion 44 and the inner portion 43 of the package 1 to the take-out opening 36 of the lid 2, fitting members 35 having similar shapes are provided at least in part around the periphery on either the inner side of the lid or the inner side of the take-out opening.
The structure of the present invention having the fitting member 35 is a removable cover member 42 dedicated to prevention of leakage of chemical liquid, and when the cover member 42 is separated from the opposing removal port 36 by the cover body 2 being separated by fitting, the removal port 36 is exposed by operating a portion for separation provided on the cover body side or the removal port side according to an instruction.
The package 1 according to the second embodiment of the present invention is mainly a package for travel as shown in fig. 8 and 9.
The package has a lid member 42, and even if the laminate inside 43 of the package bag 4 is pressed by an influence of unexpected outdoor conditions, the lid member 42 does not leak the chemical from the outlet 36 to the outside 44 or the lid member 50 does not separate, and the chemical leaks.
In the present embodiment, the lid 50 having the screw portion is formed of a circular lid, and the joint between the lid 50 and the take-out port 36 is formed of the inner wall screw portion (joint) 34 of the lid 50 and the outer wall screw portion (joint) 33 of the take-out port 36.
The outlet 36 can be opened and closed freely when the circular cover is turned in the indicated direction by a finger. When the cover is removed, a columnar or elliptical region is formed, and any one or a combination of A, A, A2, and A3 of fig. 11 is formed.
The lid member 42 composed of the lid body 50 having the screw portion and the outer wall screw portion (joint portion) 33 of the outlet in fig. 8 and 9 is provided with the fitting member 35 inside the lid body 50 having the screw portion, whereby the inside 43 and the outside 44 are firmly sealed and blocked.
The lid of fig. 8 and 9 may have a screw portion provided on the outer wall of the outside thereof, a screw portion provided on the inner wall of the outlet, and a fitting member 35 provided between the entire outer peripheral upper edge portion of the lid and the entire periphery of the lid where the entire peripheral upper edge portion of the lid is brought into contact with and joined to the outlet.
The outdoor-oriented package is luggage, and is not limited by the capacity of the bag, but is preferably small in size, and has a product specification of sealing between the inside and the outside. The invention of the first embodiment of the present invention is described as a small example.
For a compact design, the package according to the usability requirement of fig. 8 and 9 is in the following state: the planar body of the sheet 8 punched by the above technique is folded 1 or more times with respect to the bridge of the nose in the vertical direction and stacked with the left end portion and the right end portion in the horizontal direction.
In the laminate 9 in which the sheets 8 are folded and laminated, the mask planar body is a laminate that is folded 1 or more times about the bridge direction of the nose, and is folded a plurality of times in the direction connecting the eyes.
In small example 1, the punched flat body 19 is a laminate in which the left end and the right end of the lateral width are folded 1 or more times about the nose bridge of the sheet 8 as an arbitrary axis, and 1 or more folds are provided and laminated.
Then, the grip portion of either or both of the left grip portion 28 of the sheet and the right grip portion 29 of the sheet may be exposed in the finger hole of the board 10 that is in contact with the laminate 9, and the forehead upper end portion 27 may be aligned with the center line 16 of the take-out port.
In small example 2, a planar body punched for development was laminated by folding the left end and the right end of the lateral width 1 or more times with the bridge of the nose of the sheet as an arbitrary axis, and providing 1 or more folds.
Next, a part of the grip portion provided for gripping the sheet may be made to correspond to one or more finger holes provided in the take-out port 36 of the board 10 connected to the laminate, and the forehead upper end portion 27 may be aligned with the center line 16 of the take-out port 36.
Further, the left end and the right end are spread out in a laterally different manner 1 or more times from the forehead portion to form a planar body, and are rapidly applied to the face, while being brought into contact with the side wall surface of the extraction opening 36, in the order of the eyes, the nose portion 22, the adhesive opening 23, and the jaw portion 24.
In the package of the product manufactured based on the product standard book of the present invention, the amount of the impregnating liquid in the state where the mask is uniformly impregnated without the liquid crystal specks is uniform without any spots regardless of the impregnation amount of the part to be taken, the convenience of use (usability) is smooth, the use is made, the raw material (safety) compatible with the use is dissolved and uniformly impregnated, and the product state (sheet) has stability, and the functional effect prescribed by the use can be obtained.
The method of folding the mask may be as follows in japanese patent No. 5676804 which has been invented by the applicant: the nose bridge longitudinal axis is symmetrical left and right, the end parts of the nose bridge longitudinal axis are folded left and right, the side of the nose bridge longitudinal axis is arranged, and the upper part of the forehead part and the lower jaw part of the side in the length direction can be folded at any line crossing the length direction.
By providing a hard or soft member to the fitting member (paper, wood, metal, rubber, sponge, elastic material, etc.) or the lid and the take-out port, a structure can be obtained in which the air tightness between the inside and the outside of the package is improved.
In fig. 9, if the coupling portions of the screw portions 34 are provided to each other and engaged with each other in the outlet and the cover closing the outlet, the coupling portions are not separated from each other, and the internal chemical liquid is not leaked. Screw parts are provided between the cap and the take-out port, and the cap 50 is rotated in the indicated direction to couple the cap and the take-out port to each other.
The fitting member 35 of fig. 3 and 4 and 9 is provided inside the cover or in the vicinity of the take-out opening, and the cover is firmly fitted when closed. Since the member is fitted along the shape of the inner periphery of the extraction port by being deformed freely, the inside and the outside are blocked, and the sealing effect is not impaired even if a force from the outside is applied.
The liquid medicine contained in the package is not discharged to the outside. And prevent the liquid medicine from volatilizing and leaking. Has air tightness for preventing the laminate from being polluted by invasion of water, air and the like from the outside.
In the case of the plate body 10 of fig. 9 having substantially the same shape facing the upper surface of the laminate, if the laminate and the sheet are protected under unexpected conditions or the impregnation with the chemical solution is protected to an amount prescribed by the product specification, and the bottom plate body 37 having substantially the same shape as the laminate is attached to the laminate, the laminate and the sheet can be further protected, and the effect of preventing deformation of the sheet can be obtained. In order to further prevent deformation of the laminate, the following shape is preferable; in the base plate 37 having substantially the same shape as the laminate and being in contact with the laminate, for example, walls are provided at four corners, two opposite corners, four sides, two adjacent corners, two opposite sides, and the like of the rectangular base plate 37, and the walls are in contact with and protect four corners and one or more side surfaces of the laminate, or the container of the laminate may be configured to be able to be placed therein. Any of the structures shown in fig. 2, 3, 4, 5 and 10 are possible.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the finger holes 13 and 14 are formed at both ends of the connecting portion 11, but at least one point may be formed at any position in the right side region of the connecting portion 11 and at least one point may be formed at any position in the left side region of the connecting portion 11.
In the board 10 having substantially the same shape and being in contact with the laminate for fixing the upper surface or the bottom surface of the laminate to the middle of the package, walls 15 for preventing positional displacement and shape damage of the laminate may be provided at four corners, two opposite corners, four sides, two adjacent corners, opposite sides, and the like.
Further, by enclosing the laminate in a cubic resin container composed of the plate body 10, the wall 15 formed on the 4 sides, and the bottom plate body 37, the laminate is protected by the plate body 10, the bottom plate body 37, and the cubic resin container when unexpected conditions are encountered.
In both the first embodiment and the second embodiment, a flip top (including a flap) may be provided and integrally formed with the panel 10 for opening the package. When a part of the plate body 10 is removed by pulling up the pull cover with a finger according to the use method, the take-out opening 36 having a shape formed in advance by a mold is formed.
In the shape A3 of fig. 11, since the surface of the wedge to the corner 58 near the rounded shape 53 of the tip has a shape opposite to the direction in which the cap is pulled out, it is preferable to construct the mold so that the tip of the wedge connecting both is closed and the tip of the wedge is rounded 53.
The cap 50 having a screw portion is a dedicated cap provided with a screw portion so as to face the outlet 36, and is formed by removing a pull-down cap (including a fin and a sealing process) to close and cover the outlet 36, thereby preventing leakage of the chemical liquid in the interior 43 to the outside, and blocking the interior from the outside.
Further, a flap is stuck to an opening portion of the package for opening to separate the inside from the outside, and the flap is capable of closing the opening portion and has an adhesive. The flap may be peeled off to open the flap, or a heat-based sealing process may be performed on a film for sealing the opening.
Fig. 10 is a process drawing of the package of the present invention.
The direction 38 of the packaging process is to form a punched hole 40 formed in a packaging film 39 serving as the top surface 3 of the package 1, and to bond or weld the inner surface of the packaging film of the package to the plate 10 of a lid member 42 provided at the outlet.
The wet laminate 9 dried or impregnated with the chemical solution is fixed to the plate 10, and the ends of the wrapping film are bonded or welded to each other, thereby sealing the package 1 between the inside 43 and the outside 44.
For the adhesion, a thermoplastic film, sheet, or the like used for the package bag is bonded to at least a part of the surface of the plate body of the lid member with an adhesive such as a hot melt adhesive.
For welding, a film, sheet, or the like having thermoplastic surfaces used for packaging bags is melted by heat such as heat sealing, and for example, the LLDPE side of the film structure and at least a part of the surface of a cover made of, for example, polyethylene or the like are welded to thermoplastic surfaces forming mutually contacting packaging bags.
Films and sheets are made of polyethylene terephthalate (PET), polyethylene (LLDPE), OPP, CPP, aluminum foil, metal vapor deposition, etc., and heat is applied by a high-frequency and hot plate to form pillow-type packaging bags. The structure of the membrane is arbitrary.
The cover member is integrally molded from a material that can be welded to the film, for example, mainly polyethylene (LLDPE), for example, by injection molding or the like.
In addition to the integral molding of the cover member, the components necessary for molding the cover member may be combined. The raw material used for the package preferably has a drug resistance and a low adsorption rate of the drug.
The sheet is made of a nonwoven fabric sheet, cotton, gauze, paper, or the like (hereinafter referred to as "nonwoven fabric sheet"), is an impregnated product used for objects or animals and having a chemical solution, and is a product for wiping dirt such as furniture, toys, toilets, props, hands, and the like in the vicinity. That is, the materials of the take-out port 36 and the sheet material of the present invention are preferably the following materials: the grasping portions for grasping provided in both the left and right sides of the sheet corresponding to the finger holes 13 and 14 provided in both ends of the connecting portion 11 having a constant width can cope with the grasping portion of the left end portion grasped and extracted by the left finger from the left finger hole 13, can cope with the right end portion grasped and extracted by the right finger from the right finger hole 14, and can cope with the material extracted by grasping both end portions appropriately.
The sheet for cosmetic sheet is a medicinal material which is used for human and has a chemical liquid and is made of a nonwoven fabric sheet, a biological cellulose, or the like, and is used in association with cosmetic usage, and is, for example, an impregnated product such as a cosmetic mask sheet, a neck mask sheet, an eye mask sheet, a makeup removing sheet, a face washing sheet, a moisturizing sheet for hands or bodies, a sheet for protecting hair or scalp, a wiping sheet for the mouths and buttocks of infants, or the like.
The medical sheet is a product of a drug containing a medical fluid and used for medical treatment of a human being, and is an impregnated product obtained by sterilizing gauze, cotton ball, cut cotton, cotton rod, or the like with ethylene oxide gas, gamma radiation, an autoclave, or the like, impregnating a liquid such as alcohol or povidone iodine, and sealing the impregnated product in a container corresponding to the drug.
The package may be composed of a film or laminate for medical devices, alcohol, povidone-iodine, and other agents that maintain safety and stability for a certain period of time.
For the impregnation amount of the impregnated product of the present invention, for example, a nonwoven fabric sheet is used as a material, and the impregnation amount of a laminate of a wet tissue made of a chemical material or the like has a chemical solution 2 times the weight of the laminate. The impregnation amount of the laminate of the cosmetic sheet and the medical sheet, which is made of 100% natural raw material cotton, is approximately 6 times or more the amount of the chemical solution than the weight of the nonwoven fabric sheet.
Since the amount of liquid in a cosmetic sheet, for example, a mask, is applied to the face for a certain period of time, and then the moisture evaporates due to the body temperature, the amount of liquid in the evaporated portion or the excess amount of liquid for giving a sense of thickening or a sense of elasticity to the skin is intentionally filled.
Examples of the specifications of the laminate and the constituent sheets of the package bags according to the two embodiments will be described.
For the selection of the weight per unit area of the sheet, nonwoven sheets can be used, for example, 10 (g/mm 2 )~120(g/mm 2 ) The production method of the nonwoven fabric sheet and the selection of the weight per unit area are arbitrary. Nonwoven sheets formed by a spunlace process are preferred.
The nonwoven fabric sheet made of natural materials is made of natural fibers such as cotton, tencel, and lyocell. The natural fiber may be processed by mixing carbon powder and the like and coating the natural fiber. Can be made into degreasing cotton, cutting cotton, cotton ball, and sterilizing preparation for cosmetic and medical device.
The nonwoven fabric sheet made of chemical fibers is made of chemical fibers such as rayon, polyester phthalate, polypropylene, and polyethylene.
Can be reduced by 10 (g/mm) 2 ) The nonwoven fabric sheet or the resin film is provided on one or both sides of the nonwoven fabric sheet or the biological fiber for reinforcement, and the nonwoven fabric sheet or the resin film is provided so that the one or both sides can be separated (peeled), and the nonwoven fabric sheet or the resin film is peeled in order at the time of applicationThe sheet or resin film can be easily used.
The punched mask has any shape that can cover the face from the upper part of the forehead to the mandible, up to the vicinity of the neck, from about 190mm to 280mm, from the end of the left cheek to the end of the right cheek, up to about 190mm, and from the end of both the left and right ears, up to about 240mm.
If at least 1 group of end portions having cut portions for hooking the ears of both the left and right are provided on the edge portions of both the left and right on the contour line of the mask, the cosmetic effect in the attached and pulled state can be continued.
In the sheet of the present invention punched out so that the machine direction MD of the nonwoven fabric sheet corresponds to the nose bridge direction, in addition to the characteristic that the nonwoven fabric is spread in the Cross Direction (CD), in the region facing the three-dimensional shape of the face, the applicant can apply the sheet in a manner such that a plurality of rows of needle-eye-shaped cut lines 30 are provided along the nose bridge of the face in the longitudinal direction or in a slightly inclined direction, and cut lines 31 are provided in the direction from the vicinity of the nose to the jaw, so as to be capable of being bonded to the concave-convex portion of the face. The cut line 31 of the sheet 8 has one or more cutting residues, and the application work to the face can be smoothly performed by separating the cutting residues by fingers at the time of application. That is, the cut line provided in the sheet 8 is a continuous or discontinuous cut line.
The rows of eye-shaped incisions are continuously or discontinuously connected in such a way as to describe straight lines as well as curves. Preferably, the MD direction is set so as to correspond to the bridge of the nose.
The medicinal liquid is liquid, alcohol preparation, emulsion, powder, paste, etc. capable of obtaining functional effects of cosmetics, quasi drugs, medicines. The sheet having the chemical agent is, for example, a sheet coated with the chemical agent, a sheet mixed with the chemical agent, a sheet of gel agent, a sheet of biological fiber, a sheet of white paper, a sheet of fat-free paper, or the like.
Materials other than the drug solution (hereinafter, referred to as "miscellaneous goods") are, for example, "cold feeling (reduction of body temperature, cold fever"): wheat flour + water "," heat sensation, sweating (increasing body temperature): pepper + wheat flour + water "," beauty (vegetable) mask: cucumber slice packaging "," mud (clay): mud mask "" carbon powder: a facial mask for adsorbing sebum, dirt, aging cutin, a facial mask for absorbing peculiar smell, etc.
The product specifications obtained by stacking sheets are often filled with excessive chemical solutions. When the amount of the chemical solution remains relative to the usage of the user, in order to prevent the chemical solution from dripping from the sheet or sticking to the skin in a predetermined amount, it is necessary to perform a task of removing the chemical solution from the sheet with fingers so as to be an appropriate amount for the user, and there is a concern that the chemical solution removed with fingers is contaminated with bacteria and unhygienic when mixed with the chemical solution of the laminate.
In the function of fig. 10 provided in the removal port 36 used in the present invention, the excessive amount of chemical solution held by the removed sheet 8 is removed by the function of the removal port, and the portion held by the fingers is pulled out as it is, so that the sheet is sanitary.
Since the structure of returning only the scraped chemical liquid in fig. 11 to the laminate 9 is adopted by the function of fig. 11 of the outlet 36, the safety, stability, and functional effect on the skin inside the package are ensured. In this way, compared with the conventional product, the present invention solves the problem that the excessive amount of the chemical liquid in the sheet is uniformly removed by the removal port 36, and the sheet 8 is spread out into the flat body 19, so that the time can be shortened, or the sheet can be easily applied to the face by smoothly lifting the left and right holding portions from the removal port 36 while maintaining horizontal balance.
By providing the removal port 36 where the finger does not directly contact the sheet 8, even if the scraped excessive chemical liquid returns to the inside of the package and is mixed with the chemical liquid inside, the usability, safety, sealing property, and stability of the sheet 8 can be achieved by the functions of fig. 11 provided in the removal port 36 of fig. 2, 3, 4, 5, 8, 9, and 10, and thus the sheet 8 can be used for new product development.
The side wall surface 12 of fig. 11 may be a straight surface as shown in A1 and A2, preferably a wedge-shaped surface of A3.
The product form of the facial mask of the prior product is generally 1 form and 2 form of product specification, wherein the 1 form is a disposable product specification of enclosing 1 sheet and a large amount of liquid medicine in a small bag which is independently packaged. When the folded sheet is taken out and applied in unsealing, excessive liquid medicine is prevented from dripping and the liquid medicine spots are scraped off with fingers, and the folded sheet is unfolded into a flat body and applied to the face.
The form 2 is a product specification in which 1 sheet is set to be inexpensive (economical and practical) by realizing cost reduction of materials and processes by the separate packaging in the form of saving 1, the packaging bag is provided with a take-out port for taking out the sheet, an excessive amount of chemical solution is enclosed in a laminate in which a certain number of sheets are laminated, the packaging bag is stored for a long period of time from opening to exhaustion, each 1 sheet from the first sheet taken out to the last sheet taken out is not insufficient in chemical solution and is filled with an appropriate amount of chemical solution, and the packaging bag is provided with a lid of a lid type capable of opening and closing the take-out port or a slide fastener serving as a slide fastener bag. Namely, the following product specifications are: if necessary, the finger may be excessively contacted with 1 sheet from the first sheet to the last sheet, and even if there is a spot of the chemical solution, the finger may be used to remove the excessive chemical solution and spread the solution into a planar body.
In the conventional product in which a package of a plurality of sheets is sealed, in order to set the amount of chemical liquid impregnated into each 1 sheet to an amount suitable for the skin of the user, an operation of removing the excessive chemical liquid with the fingers corresponding to the number of sealed sheets is performed, and the excessive chemical liquid removed with the fingers and bacteria attached to the fingers return to the package bag and mix with the chemical liquid inside the package bag every time, so there is a concern that the product is contaminated with impaired safety and stability.
In the conventional product, the user performs the operation of applying an appropriate amount of the liquid medicine to the face with his/her finger, but even if the operation of removing the liquid medicine from the sheet with his/her finger is performed to obtain the corresponding amount of the liquid medicine, it is difficult to uniformly remove the excessive amount of the liquid medicine to obtain the state of having the liquid medicine spots, and if the excessive amount of the liquid medicine remains, the excessive amount of the liquid medicine drops from the sheet during the application, so that it is preferable to provide the removal port with a function of preventing this.
The present invention is a package in which, when a sheet 8 is scraped through a take-out port 36, excessive chemical liquid of the sheet 8 is uniformly scraped off and adjusted to an amount of chemical liquid appropriate for a user, and a planar body 19 of the sheet 8 is taken out to a position of a face and the sheet 8 is unfolded into the planar body 19 while maintaining a horizontal balance, so that it has a function of shortening a time reduction countermeasure such as the morning that a quick action is required.
In the present invention, the left and right fingers grip the left and right grip portions without excessively touching the sheet 8, and are sequentially pulled out upward from the portions gripped by the fingers from the finger holes 13 and 14. When pulled out, the elongated connecting portion 11 having a constant width is pulled up in the pulling-out direction 55, and is brought into contact with and rubbed against the sheet 8, so that the sheet 8 does not need to be touched by a finger, and the excessive chemical liquid removed by being scraped off uniformly by the take-out port 36 is returned to the inside of the package every time, so that there is no fear of contamination by bacteria that impair the safety and stability of the product.
