牦牛骨髓壮骨粉及其加工方法,其特点是各种组份的重量百分配比:膨化玉米粉15—25、蜂蜜15—25、大豆蛋白粉10—25、淀粉10—25、麦芽糊精8—20、牦牛钙王粉5—20、蔗糖粉3—9、低聚糖1—5、酒精0.8—1.2、茯苓0.8—1.2、巧克力粉0.1—2.0、香菇0.1—1.0、杏仁0.1—1.0、甘草0.1—1.0,加工制成牦牛骨髓壮骨粉。该粉以牦牛骨质及骨髓提取物为主要原料,加工成纯天然功能性保健食品。经临床验证,可明显降低胆固醇、高血脂,增加钙质,增强免疫能力。

本发明是涉及一种保健食品及其加工工艺。
随着人们生活的提高,人们对营养品的需要也很重视。根据需求,每人对钙的需要量:正常成年男女每日对钙的需要为600mg,少年男女为1200mg,中老年人为1800mg,孕妇、母乳分别为1500mg、2000mg。人体缺钙,会引起青少年发育迟缓,婴幼儿佝偻病,老年人骨质疏松,孕妇、母乳者缺钙不但使本身骨质脱钙,还影响婴幼儿的生长发育,导致一系列缺钙症状发生,影响人们身体健康。
本发明的目的是提出一种牦牛骨髓壮骨粉及其加工方法,该骨粉具有丰富的钙质,食用本品,可补充人体对钙的需要,增强人体免疫力,对缺钙引起的疾病有预防和保健作用。
本发明是以牦牛全骨骨质及骨髓提取物、蜂蜜、大豆蛋白粉、膨化玉米粉为主要原料,辅以香菇、茯苓、甘草、杏仁等原料配制而成;其特征在于:各种组份的重量百分配比:膨化玉米粉15-25、蜂蜜15-25、大豆蛋白粉10-25、淀粉10-25、麦芽糊精8-20、牦牛钙王粉5-20、蔗糖粉3-9、低聚糖1-5、酒精0.8-1.2、茯苓0.8-1.2、巧克力粉0.1-2.0、香菇0.1-1.0、杏仁0.1-1.0、甘草0.1-1.0,组成牦牛骨髓壮骨粉;其加工方法:(1)原料的加工、制备:膨化玉米粉:将玉米碴控制其水份在15-25%,于膨化机上膨化挤出玉米条,玉米条在粉碎机粉碎过80-100目筛,杏仁脱苦、脱皮,加入1.5倍的水于夹层锅于35-45℃浸泡10-12小时后,脱皮,将已脱皮的杏仁投入夹层锅内加水煮沸1-2小时捞出,于烘箱中100-105℃烘1-1.5小时,取出备用;苓粉:把茯苓于粉碎机中粉碎,于80-100目过筛备用;蔗糖粉:蔗糖于粉碎机用80-100目筛过;香菇粉:将香菇于烤箱中烤干,粉碎至80-100目备用;将甘草浸于水中10-12小时,滤出液体;
(2)按配比取出牦牛钙王粉、大豆蛋白粉、膨化玉米粉、淀粉、糖粉、低聚糖、茯苓粉、巧克力粉、香菇粉、麦芽糊精投入槽形混合机中搅拌30-45分钟;
(3)浆料:将已烘好的杏仁在粉碎机中粉碎,加入5%蜂蜜中于胶体磨中反复磨为胶体状,按配比加入蜂蜜混匀,后加入配比的食用酒精混合后为浆料;
(4)混合料:将制成的粉料加入浆料中,搅拌混合均匀为止;
(5)将混合均匀的料在14-16目的摇摆式颗粒机中制成颗粒软料;
(6)烘干:将制成的颗粒软料摊入不锈钢盘中,放于烘箱中,温度105-110℃,烘1-1.5小时;整粒烘干冷却后在整粒机过12-14目筛整粒,灭菌、检验、包装制成牦牛骨髓壮骨粉。
本发明与现有的技术相比,有下述优点:
本品主要是采用我国青藏高原特有的牦牛全骨骨质及骨髓提取物为主要原料加工而成,其钙的含量达5000mg/kg以上,食用本品可以补充人体对钙的需要,是中老年人、妇女、婴幼儿、青少年、体弱多病者、孕产妇等极好的纯天然功能性保健食品。经临床试验证明,可明显地降低胆固醇、高血脂、高血压、动脉硬化,最为奇特的是对于骨质增生、骨质疏松、风湿、类风湿、颈椎病、眼花齿松、四肢麻木、腰腿痛、肾虚、血友病、抽筋、佝偻,对心脑血管病及引起的后遗症,调节人体生理机能,增强人体免疫能力,神经再造,促进大脑发育等都有极佳的保健作用。
本发明的实施例:
本发明是以牦牛全骨骨质及骨髓提取物制成牦牛钙王粉、蜂蜜、大豆蛋白粉、膨化玉米粉为主要原料,辅以香菇、茯苓、甘草、杏仁等料配制而成牦牛骨髓壮骨粉。各种组份的重量百分比为:膨化玉米粉15-25、蜂蜜15-25、大豆蛋白粉10-25、淀粉10-25、麦芽糊精8-20、牦牛钙王粉5-20、蔗糖粉3-9、低聚糖1-5、酒精0.8-1.2、茯苓0.8-1.2、巧克力粉0.1-2.0、香菇0.1-1.0、杏仁0.1-1.0、甘草0.1-1.0,组配加工而成牦牛骨髓壮骨粉。
实施例:
按上述配比取出原料,其加工方法如下:
1、原料的加工、制备:
膨化玉米粉:将采购进厂的玉米碴控制其水分在20%左右,于膨化机上膨化,挤出玉米条,其速度60公斤/小时,将膨化玉米条在万能粉碎机粉碎过80-100目筛网,装入桶内备用;
苦杏仁脱苦、脱皮:将采购进入的苦杏仁加入1.5倍的水于夹层锅于40℃浸泡过夜,第二天人工(或机器)脱皮,将已脱皮的杏仁再投入夹层锅内加水煮沸1-2小时捞出,于烘箱中103-105℃烘1小时,取出备用;
茯苓粉:将购进的茯苓于粉碎机中粉碎,于80目筛网筛出,备用;
蔗糖制备糖粉:将市购的蔗糖(结晶状)于粉碎机中粉碎过100目筛,备用;
香菇粉:将购进的香菇于烤箱中烤干,粉碎至80目备用;
将甘草浸于水中过夜,滤出液体;
2、粉料:
将配方中牦牛钙王粉、大豆蛋白粉、膨化玉米粉、淀粉、糖粉、低聚糖、茯苓粉、巧克力粉、香菇粉、麦芽糊精按处方比例投入槽形混合机中搅拌混合30-45分钟;
3、浆料:
将已烘好的杏仁在粉碎机中绞碎,加于适量蜂蜜中于胶体磨中反复磨为胶体状,与处方量的蜂蜜混匀,并加入食用酒精液混匀后即为浆料;
4、混合料:
将已混合后的粉料在搅拌下慢慢倾入浆料,继续搅拌半小时至混合均匀;
5、制粒(软料):
将混合料在14-15目的摇摆式颗粒机中制料,即为颗粒软料;
6、烘干:
将已制备的软料摊入不锈钢盘中,其厚度不能超过1厘米,放于烘箱中,在105-110℃烘1-1.5小时,在烘干过程中翻动二次;
7、整粒;
将已烘干冷却的颗粒(硬料)在整粒机过12-14目筛网整粒。已整粒的硬料,装于洁净消毒的密封的容器内备用;
8、化验:
将已整粒的硬料取样化验,其感官指标、卫生学指标、理化指标均符合企业标准和有关国家标准,即为合格;
9、包装:
将已化验合格的颗粒在包装机上包装30克/袋,装料差异±1克,12袋/盒,30盒/箱。

1、一种牦牛骨髓壮骨粉,其特征在于:各种组份的重量百分配比:膨化玉米粉15-25、蜂蜜15-25、大豆蛋白粉10-25、淀粉10-25、麦芽糊精8-20、牦牛钙王粉5-20、蔗糖粉3-9、低聚糖1-5、酒精0.8-1.2、茯苓0.8-1.2、巧克力粉0.1-2.0、香菇0.1-1.0、杏仁0.1-1.0、甘草0.1-1.0,组成牦牛骨髓壮骨粉。
2、根据权利要求1所述的牦牛骨髓壮骨粉的加工方法,其特征在于:(1)原料的加工、制备:膨化玉米粉:将玉米碴控制其水份在15-25%,于膨化机上膨化挤出玉米条,玉米条在粉碎机粉碎过80-100目筛,杏仁脱苦、脱皮,加入1.5倍的水于夹层锅于35-45℃浸泡10-12小时后,脱皮,将已脱皮的杏仁投入夹层锅内加水煮沸1-2小时捞出,于烘箱中100-105℃烘1-1.5小时,取出备用;茯苓粉:把茯苓于粉碎机中粉碎,于80-100目过筛备用;蔗糖粉:蔗糖于粉碎机用80-100目筛过;香菇粉:将香菇于烤箱中烤干,粉碎至80-100目备用;将甘草浸于水中10-12小时,滤出液体;
(2)按配比取出牦牛钙王粉、大豆蛋白粉、膨化玉米粉、淀粉、糖粉、低聚糖、茯苓粉、巧克力粉、香菇粉、麦芽糊精投入槽形混合机中搅拌30-45分钟;
(3)浆料:将已烘好的杏仁在粉碎机中粉碎,加入5%蜂蜜中于胶体磨中反复磨为胶体状,按配比加入蜂蜜混匀,后加入配比的食用酒精混合后为浆料;
(4)混合料:将制成的粉料加入浆料中,搅拌混合均匀为止;
(5)将混合均匀的料在14-16目的摇摆式颗粒机中制成颗粒软料;
(6)烘干:将制成的颗粒软料摊入不锈钢盘中,放于烘箱中,温度105-110℃,烘1-1.5小时,整粒烘干冷却后在整粒机过12-14目筛整粒,灭菌、检验、包装制成牦牛骨髓壮骨粉。
