取决于最终用途,式Ⅱ的安全剂可以用于预处理作物的种子(拌种或拌苗)或可以在插种前后掺入土壤中。然而,也可以将其单独或与除草剂一起在出苗后施用。因此用安全剂处理植物或种子原则上讲可以与除草剂的施用时间无关。然而,也可以通过同时施用除草剂和安全剂(例如以桶混物形式)来进行处理。安全剂相对于除草剂的浓度基本上取决于施用方式。在通过使用桶混物用安全剂和除草剂的组合进行大田处理或通过单独施用安全剂和除草剂进行大田处理时,安全剂与除草剂的比率通常为100∶1-1∶100,优选20∶1-1∶20。
在本发明的上下文中,烷基为甲基,乙基,正丙基,异丙基,正丁基,仲丁基,异丁基和叔丁基。
其中Q为Q1和R1为氢的式I化Ⅰ合物例如由《农药手册》,第11版,British Crop Protection Council,1997已知。其它式Ⅰ化合物例如描述于WO97/43270和WO99/51583中。其中Q为Q2的式Ⅰ化合物描述于EP-A-0 496 631中。式Ⅱ化合物由DE-A-4331448已知。
本发明的优选组合物含有式Ⅰ化合物,其中Q为Q1且R1为氢,-SOCH3或-SCH3。
在大田处理中,通常施用0.001至5.0千克/公顷、优选0.001至0.5千克/公顷安全剂。除草剂的浓度通常为0.001至2千克/公顷,但优选0.005至1千克/公顷。
本发明的组合物适于农业中常用的所有施用方法,这些方法包括出苗前施用、出苗后施用和拌种。对于拌种,通常施用0.001至10克安全剂/千克种子,优选0.05至2克安全剂/千克种子。如果在播种前立即以液体形式使用安全剂来进行浸种,则优选使用含有浓度为1-10000ppm、优选100-1000ppm的活性成分的安全剂溶液。
为了施用,优选将式Ⅱ的安全剂或式Ⅱ安全剂和式Ⅰ除草剂的混合物有利地与常用配制助剂一起加工成配方,典型的是加工成乳油、可涂覆糊、直接可喷雾或可稀释溶液、稀乳液、可湿性粉剂、可溶性粉剂、粉剂、颗粒剂或微胶囊。这些配方例如描述于WO97/34485第9-13页中。配方可以已知的方法制备,有利的是通过将活性成分与固体或液体配制助剂(典型的是溶剂或固态载体)均匀混合和/或研磨来制备。还可以使用表面活性化合物(表面活性剂)来制备这些配方。用于这一目的的合适溶剂和固态载体也描述于所述的WO97/34485第6页中。
取决于待配制的式Ⅰ除草剂的类型,合适的表面活性化合物是具有良好乳化、分散和润湿性能的非离子、阳离子和/或阴离子表面活性剂以及表面活性剂混合物。合适的阴离子、非离子和阳离子表面活性剂的实例列于所述的WO97/34485第7和8页中。常用于配制领域且尤其描述于“Mc Cutcheon洗涤剂和乳化剂年鉴(Mc Cutcheon’sDetergents and Emulsifiers Annual)”,MC Publishing Corp.,Ridgewood New Jersey,1981,Stache,H.,“表面活性剂手册(Tensid-Taschenbuch)”,Carl Hanser Verlag,Munich/Vienna,1981,以及M.和J.Ash,“表面活性剂大全(Encyclopedia of Surfactants)”,第Ⅰ-Ⅲ卷,Chemical Publishing Co.,New York,1980-81中的表面活性剂也适于制造本发明的除草组合物。
除草组合物通常含有0.1-99%(重量)、优选0.1-95%(重量)的式Ⅰ化合物和式Ⅱ化合物的混合物,1-99.9%(重量)的固体或液体配制助剂以及0-25%(重量)、优选0.1-25%(重量)的表面活性剂。尽管通常优选将商业产品配成浓缩物,但最终用户通常使用稀释配方。
组合物也可含有其它成分,例如:稳定剂,例如合适的话是环氧化的植物油(环氧化椰子油,菜籽油或大豆油);消泡剂,典型的是硅油;防腐剂;粘度调节剂;粘合剂和增稠剂;以及肥料或其它化学试剂。可以适当地使用各种方法和技术来施用式Ⅱ安全剂或含有它们的组合物,以保护栽培植物免受式Ⅰ除草剂的有害作用,有利的是使用如下方法:
ⅰ)拌种
a)通过在容器中振摇,将种子用式Ⅱ化合物的可湿性粉剂配方拌涂,直到此安全剂均匀地分布于种子的表面(干处理),每100千克种子使用约1至500克式Ⅱ化合物(4克至2千克可湿性粉剂)。
b)通过方法a),用式Ⅱ化合物的乳油拌种(湿处理)。
c)通过用含有100-1000ppm式Ⅱ化合物的混合物浸泡种子1至72小时,合适的话随后干燥它们来进行拌涂(浸种)。
拌种或发芽秧苗的处理自然是优选的施用方法,因为这样的安全剂处理完全集中在靶体作物上。通常,每100千克种子使用1至1000克、优选5至250克的安全剂。然而,取决于所采用的方法,也可以使用其它的化学试剂或微量营养素,浓度可以超过或低于所示的极限值(重复拌种)。
ⅱ)桶混施用
使用安全剂与除草剂的混合物的液体制剂(相互比率为10∶1至1∶100),除草剂的浓度为0.005至5.0千克/公顷。这种桶混物在播种前或播种后施用。
ⅲ)犁沟施用
将配制成乳油、可湿性粉剂或颗粒剂的式Ⅱ化合物施用于已播上种子的开挖犁沟。在将犁沟覆上土后,将除草剂以常规的方式出苗前施用。
ⅳ)化合物的控制释放
将式Ⅱ化合物以溶液施于矿物颗粒载体或聚合物颗粒(尿素/甲醛)上,然后干燥。然后可涂上使安全剂在特定的时间内以受控速率释放的涂层(包衣颗粒剂)。
特别优选的配方由如下成分组成(%=重量百分比;化合物混合物指式Ⅰ化合物与式Ⅱ化合物的混合物):

表面活性剂 1至30%,优选10至20%
液体载体 5至94%,优选70至85%

将磨细的化合物与助剂彻底混合,得到悬浮浓缩物,用水稀释可以制备任何所需浓度的悬浮液。
通常更为有利的是,将式Ⅰ化合物与式Ⅱ组分单独配制,并仅在施用前立即以所需的混合比在施用器中混在一起,成为在水中的桶混物。
下列实施例说明式Ⅱ安全剂保护栽培植物免受式Ⅰ除草剂的植物毒性作用的能力。生物实施例实施例B1:出苗后试验:
将试验植物在温室条件下种于盆中,直至达到施用后阶段。将标准土壤用作生长介质。在出苗后阶段,将除草剂单独和以与安全剂的混合物施用于试验植物上,或施用于由预先用安全剂拌涂的种子生长出的作物植株上。施用量取决于在大田或温室条件下确定的最佳剂量。2-4周后进行试验评价(100%作用=彻底死亡;0%作用=无植物毒性作用)。用于该试验中的混合物显示出良好的结果。
式Ⅱ化合物的解毒作用的实施例在表B1中给出。式Ⅰ化合物的施用率为50g/ha,而式Ⅱ化合物的施用率同样为50g/ha。表B3:式Ⅱ化合物对式Ⅰ化合物的解毒作用,其中Q为Q1且R1为氢(式Ⅰa):植物 植物毒性作用

上述数据表明,通过使用本发明的混合物,式Ⅰa化合物在50g/ha施用率下对玉米的植物毒性作用可以从农学上不可耐受的20%降低到15%,或仅为10%,而不损害对藜属的良好除草作用。
通过按照上述其它配制实施例配制化合物混合物得到相同的结果。
