Disclosure of Invention
An object of an embodiment of the present application is to provide a massage device capable of providing phototherapy and massage and convenient to carry.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the application adopts the technical scheme that the massage device comprises:
The outer surface of the shell is convexly provided with a massage structure;
The phototherapy component is arranged in the shell;
An electrode assembly connected with the housing and at least partially protruding from the housing, the electrode assembly being for contacting the skin of a human body to form a microcurrent circuit;
The housing is provided with a light transmission area at least at the position corresponding to each phototherapy component, and light rays emitted by the phototherapy components are emitted through the light transmission area.
In one embodiment, a battery and a circuit board are disposed in the housing and electrically connected, and the phototherapy assembly is electrically connected to the circuit board.
In one embodiment, the phototherapy component comprises a plurality of lamp bands electrically connected with the circuit board, each lamp band extends along the axial direction of the housing, a plurality of lamp beads are arranged on the lamp bands at intervals along the length direction, and the housing is provided with the light transmission area at least at the position corresponding to each lamp bead.
In one embodiment, the electrode assembly includes a first electrode including a connection part electrically connected with the circuit board and a contact part provided on the connection part, the contact part protruding from an outer circumferential side of the case, and a second electrode mounted to an end of the case and disposed coaxially with the case, the second electrode being electrically connected with the circuit board.
In one embodiment, the connecting portion is fixed in the housing along the length direction of the housing, the number of the contact portions is multiple, the contact portions are arranged at intervals along the length direction of the connecting portion, and the positions of the housing corresponding to the contact portions are respectively provided with a first through hole.
In one embodiment, an inner shell is disposed in the outer shell, the battery, the circuit board and the connection portion are all accommodated in the inner shell, the lamp strip is mounted between the inner shell and the outer shell, and second through holes are respectively formed in positions, corresponding to the contact portions, of the inner shell.
In one embodiment, a temperature control part is arranged in an inner cavity surrounded by the first electrode, and the temperature control part has refrigeration and/or heating functions.
In one embodiment, the massage structure comprises a first strip-shaped protrusion arranged at the upper part of the shell, a diamond-shaped protrusion arranged at the middle part of the shell and a second strip-shaped protrusion arranged at the lower part of the shell, and the lamp beads are arranged in a one-to-one correspondence with the positions of the diamond-shaped protrusions.
In one embodiment, a vibration mechanism is disposed within the housing and electrically coupled to the circuit board.
In one embodiment, the shell is a ball structure with a large middle and small two ends.
Compared with the prior art, the massage device has the advantages that the massage structure is arranged on the outer wall surface of the shell, so that the massage device can perform rolling massage, muscle tension and pain can be relieved, light energy emitted by the phototherapy component can improve corresponding muscle tissues, pain and discomfort can be relieved, the part of the electrode component extending out of the shell can be contacted with human skin to form a longer microcurrent loop, the microcurrent formed by the electrode component can stimulate acupoints, blood circulation and energy balance are promoted, the massage device integrates multiple functions of phototherapy, massage and acupoint stimulation, the whole size is small, and the massage device is convenient to carry and use.

In order to make the technical problems, technical schemes and beneficial effects to be solved more clear, the application is further described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are for purposes of illustration only and are not intended to limit the scope of the application.
It will be understood that when an element is referred to as being "mounted" or "disposed" on another element, it can be directly on the other element or be indirectly on the other element. When an element is referred to as being "connected to" another element, it can be directly connected to the other element or be indirectly connected to the other element.
It is to be understood that the terms "length," "width," "upper," "lower," "front," "rear," "left," "right," "vertical," "horizontal," "top," "bottom," "inner," "outer," and the like are merely for convenience in describing and simplifying the description based on the orientation or positional relationship shown in the drawings, and do not indicate or imply that the devices or elements referred to must have a particular orientation, be constructed and operated in a particular orientation, and thus are not to be construed as limiting the application.

Thus, a feature defining "a first" or "a second" may explicitly or implicitly include one or more such feature. In the description of the present application, the meaning of "a plurality" is two or more, unless explicitly defined otherwise.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, a massage device according to an embodiment of the application will be described. The massage device includes a housing 10, a phototherapy assembly 20, and an electrode assembly 30. The outer surface of the housing 10 is provided with a massaging structure 11 protruding therefrom, the massaging structure 11 being provided such that the massaging device contributes to relief of muscular tension and pain.
Specifically, the housing 10 has a ball structure with a large middle and small ends. The housing 10 is sized and dimensioned for hand gripping so that the massage device is of a moderate overall size, lightweight, and convenient to carry in a purse, backpack or pocket. The design accords with the curve shape that human hand held, accords with human engineering principle, can provide comfortable holding experience, has better comfort level when people hold the massage device, alleviates hand fatigue and feels. It will be appreciated that the shape of the housing 10 may also be shaped and sized according to personal preference and need for better massaging effect and comfort.
The housing 10 may be made of a durable material, such as silicone, ABS, etc., to ensure a robust product without adding additional weight. The medical grade silica gel, leather and the like can be selected, so that the medical grade silica gel has comfortable touch feeling when in use, and is easy to clean and maintain. A lanyard portion may also be provided on the housing 10 near the end to which the lanyard may be attached so as to be conveniently carried or hung in a suitable location, such as on a handbag, backpack, clothing or other item. The shell 10 can also be provided with a hook, so that the massage device can be easily hung on various places such as bags, waistbands, vehicles and the like, and a user can conveniently carry the massage device at any time and any place. The hook can be made of engineering plastics or metal materials with high structural strength, so that the massage device can be safely fixed, and inconvenience or damage caused in the moving process is avoided.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, a battery 50 and a circuit board 60 are electrically connected in the housing 10, and the phototherapy unit 20 is electrically connected to the circuit board 60. The housing 10 is provided with a light transmission area at least at the position corresponding to each phototherapy component 20, and the light emitted by the phototherapy component 20 is emitted through the light transmission area. The phototherapy assembly 20 can emit red light with specific wavelength, and irradiate skin tissue with the red light with specific wavelength to achieve therapeutic and healing effects. The red light can penetrate into the deep skin, stimulate cell metabolism, promote cell regeneration, accelerate wound healing and tissue repair, promote blood circulation, relieve muscle tension, relieve pain, be particularly suitable for the problems of muscle pain, arthritis and the like, and simultaneously, be beneficial to relieving inflammatory reaction, inhibit the release of inflammatory mediators, thereby relieving inflammatory symptoms and promoting healing.
The electrode assembly 30 is connected to the housing 10 and at least partially protrudes out of the housing 10, and the electrode assembly 30 is used for contacting with human skin to form a micro-current loop, wherein the electrode assembly 30 can form a longer micro-current loop after contacting with human skin compared with a conventional device for generating micro-current by contacting with human skin by two adjacent conductive points. The electrode assembly 30 is provided to accurately stimulate acupoints, and promote blood circulation and energy balance.
Compared with the prior art, the massage device provided by the application has the advantages that the massage structure 11 is arranged on the outer wall surface of the shell 10, so that the massage device can perform rolling massage, muscle tension and pain can be relieved, the corresponding muscle tissue can be relieved by improving the light energy emitted by the phototherapy component 20, pain and discomfort can be relieved, the part of the electrode component 30 extending out of the shell 10 can be contacted with the skin of a human body to form a longer microcurrent loop, the microcurrent formed by the electrode component 30 can stimulate acupuncture points, the blood circulation and the energy balance are promoted, the massage device integrates multiple functions of phototherapy, massage and acupuncture point stimulation, and the whole size is small, and the carrying and the use are convenient.
Referring to fig. 5, the phototherapy assembly 20 includes a plurality of light bands 21 electrically connected to the circuit board 60, each light band 21 extends along an axial direction of the housing 10, a plurality of light beads 22 are disposed on the light bands 21 at intervals along a length direction, the housing 10 is at least provided with a light transmission area at a position corresponding to each light bead 22, and light emitted by the light beads 22 exits through the light transmission area. The wavelength range of the light emitted by the partial lamp beads 22 is 620-640nm, namely red light is emitted, and the wavelength range of the light emitted by the partial lamp beads 22 is 820-840nm, namely infrared light is emitted, so that different repairing requirements of users can be met.
Referring to fig. 1 and 5, in particular, the massage structure 11 includes a first bar-shaped protrusion 110, a diamond-shaped protrusion 111, and a second bar-shaped protrusion 112. The first bar-shaped protrusion 110 is provided at the upper portion of the housing 10, the diamond-shaped protrusion 111 is provided at the middle portion of the housing 10, and the second bar-shaped protrusion 112 is provided at the lower portion of the housing 10. The first bar-shaped protrusions 110, the diamond-shaped protrusions 111, and the second bar-shaped protrusions 112 each have a plurality, and the first bar-shaped protrusions 110 and the second bar-shaped protrusions 112 are each uniformly arranged around the central axis of the housing 10. The first and second bar-shaped protrusions 110 and 112 may be provided in the same number or in different numbers, one end of the first bar-shaped protrusion 110 may extend to a region between two diamond-shaped protrusions 111 closest thereto, and one end of the second bar-shaped protrusion 112 may extend to a region between two diamond-shaped protrusions 111 closest thereto, so that the massage structures 11 on the housing 10 are densely and uniformly arranged. The lamp beads 22 are arranged in one-to-one correspondence with the positions of the diamond-shaped protrusions 111.
Referring to fig. 1 and 5, the electrode assembly 30 includes a first electrode 31 and a second electrode 32, the first electrode 31 includes a connection portion 311 and a contact portion 312, the connection portion 311 is electrically connected to the circuit board 60, the contact portion 312 is disposed on the connection portion 311, the connection portion 311 extends from an outer peripheral side of the case 10, and the contact portion 312 extends from the case 10. The second electrode 32 is electrically connected to the circuit board 60, the second electrode 32 is mounted on an end portion of the housing 10 and is disposed coaxially with the housing 10, and the contact portion 312 and the second electrode 32 can form a microcurrent circuit when simultaneously contacting the skin of the human body. The first electrode 31 and the second electrode 32 may be made of metal, and in particular, may be made of stainless steel or other rust-proof materials to increase the durability of the product.
The second electrode 32 is a massage tip and the outer surface is a smooth cambered surface, so that the human skin does not feel uncomfortable when contacting the second electrode 32, and the comfort level of the product is improved.
The number of the contact portions 312 of the first electrode 31 is plural, and the plural contact portions 312 are arranged at intervals along the length direction of the connection portion 311, and specifically, each contact portion 312 may have a diamond shape. The connection portion 311 is fixed in the housing 10 along the length direction of the housing 10, and the housing 10 is provided with first through holes 101 adapted to the contact portions 312 at positions corresponding to the contact portions 312. In this embodiment, four diamond-shaped contact portions 312 are provided, and the overall dimension of the contact portions 312 is approximately equal to that of the diamond-shaped protrusions 111 of the massage structure 11, so that the overall appearance of the housing 10 is more attractive and more comfortable in use. It will be appreciated that the number of the contact portions 312 may be correspondingly increased or decreased according to the actual size of the housing 10, the shape of the contact portions 312 may be set to other shapes, and the external dimensions of the contact portions 312 may be set to be larger than those of the diamond-shaped protrusions 111, so that the positions of the contact portions 312 can be easily and directly sensed without observing the specific positions.
Referring to fig. 4 to 6, an inner case 40 is disposed in the outer case 10, and the battery 50, the circuit board 60 and the connection portion 311 are all accommodated in the inner case 40. The profile of the inner shell 40 matches the profile of the outer shell 10, i.e. the inner shell 40 is also a ball structure with a large middle and small ends. The light strip 21 is installed between the inner shell 40 and the outer shell 10, and the positions of the inner shell 40 corresponding to the contact portions 312 are respectively provided with a second through hole 402 adapted to the contact portions 312. In one embodiment, the outer shell 10 is a transparent shell, and can be made of a material which is high temperature resistant, friction resistant, deformation resistant, good in elasticity, waterproof, sweat resistant and crack resistant, and particularly can be made of silica gel or a rubber material which is comfortable in use, and the inner shell 40 is an opaque shell so as to protect an internal circuit structure and improve the appearance. It can be understood that the massaging device can also be internally provided with a wireless charging module, so that the charging can be realized without wiring, various charging modes are provided for the product, and more choices are provided for users.
Referring to fig. 6, 8 and 9, the inner shell 40 specifically includes a first shell 41 and a second shell 42 that are connected, a detachable connection structure can be disposed between the two shells, and a buckle and a clip hole 411 that are matched for use are disposed at corresponding positions of the first shell 41 and the second shell 42, where the buckle and the clip hole 411 form the detachable connection structure. The first casing 41 is provided with a plurality of connecting lugs 410 at intervals at the opening, the connecting lugs 410 are provided with clamping holes 411, the second casing 42 is provided with grooves 420 on the inner wall close to the opening and corresponding to the positions of the connecting lugs 410 respectively, and clamping blocks 421 matched with the clamping holes 411 are arranged in the grooves 420. During assembly, the connecting lugs 410 of the first housing 41 are inserted into the grooves 420 aligned with the corresponding positions of the first housing 41, so that the clamping blocks 421 in the grooves 420 are clamped into the corresponding clamping holes 411, and the first housing 41 and the second housing 42 are assembled in a fastening manner.
Referring to fig. 5, 8 and 9, the second housing 42 is provided with a fixing hole for assembling the magnetic charging port 43, the inner wall of the second housing 42 is further provided with a plurality of reinforcing ribs 422, and one side of the battery 50 is abutted against the reinforcing ribs 422, so that the reinforcing ribs 422 form a positioning structure for relatively fixing the battery 50 in the inner housing 40, and the reinforcing ribs 422 have the function of improving the structural strength of the inner housing 40 and stabilizing the assembled components in the inner housing 40. The first housing 41 has a connecting post 412 on an inner wall thereof, the circuit board 60 is fixed in the first housing 41 by a screw, and the first housing 41 is provided with a plurality of diamond-shaped second through holes 402 from which the contact portions 312 of the first electrodes 31 extend.
Referring to fig. 5 to 7, a plurality of positioning slots 401 are disposed between the inner housing 40 and the outer housing 10, the plurality of positioning slots 401 are arranged around the inner housing 40, a plurality of lamp strips 21 are respectively disposed in the plurality of positioning slots 401, the positioning slots 401 can facilitate positioning and mounting of the lamp strips 21, and the lamp strips 21 cannot slide relatively between the inner housing 40 and the outer housing 10 after being assembled, so that stability of the assembled structure and assembly phase efficiency can be improved. The massage device has compact integral structure, improved stability and durability, neat arrangement of internal components and capability of keeping the integrity and conciseness of the product.
The ends of the lamp strips 21 are connected and a connecting section 210 is formed at the end, the connecting section 210 is provided with an anode circuit and a cathode circuit, no lamp beads are arranged, namely, the lamp strips 21 are of an integrated structure through the connecting section 210 at the end, so that each lamp strip 21 is not required to be assembled between the inner shell 40 and the outer shell 10 one by one during installation, a plurality of lamp strips 21 can be assembled at one time, and the assembly efficiency and the production efficiency are improved.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, a temperature control portion 70 is disposed in an inner cavity defined by the first electrode 31, and the temperature control portion 70 has cooling and/or heating functions. The temperature control part 70 has the functions of cooling and heating, and the temperature control part 70 may be a single component or may be two components, that is, the functions of cooling and heating of the temperature control part 70 may be realized by a single component or may be realized by two components respectively.
The housing 10 is provided therein with a vibration mechanism (not shown) electrically connected with the circuit board 60, i.e. the massage device has a vibration massage function, which can further relax muscles, promote deep massage effect, improve relaxing effect, and make the user feel comprehensive massage experience.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, the other axial end of the housing 10 is rotatably provided with a switch cap 80, the circuit board 60 is provided with a function selecting switch 61, and the switch cap 80 can selectively switch the function selecting switch 61 between different function positions when rotating relative to the housing 10, so as to switch the massage device between the function modes. One end of the massage device is provided with a rotatable switch cap 80, the whole massage device is in a football shape with a concise and smooth appearance, and meanwhile, the operation of the massage device is simple and visual, and excessive and tedious settings are avoided, so that a user can easily get up with hands and enjoy massage anytime and anywhere. In one embodiment, the outer shell 10 has a massage tip at one end, a temperature control part 70 is disposed in the massage tip, the temperature control part 70 has refrigerating and heating functions, and a vibration device is disposed in the inner shell 40. That is, the massage device has a red light physiotherapy function, a cold compress function, a hot compress function, a vibration massage function, and a micro-current function, and the turning of the switch cap 80 can be switched from the current one function to the other function, or from one combination function to the other combination function. The switch cap 80 may also be provided with a work indicator lamp, which is normally on when the power is turned on and off when the power is turned off. The outer surface of the switch cap 80 is further provided with an anti-slip structure, which may include anti-slip patterns, bumps, grooves 420, or any combination of these structures, which may facilitate the rotation of the switch cap 80 by a person's hand.
It can be understood that the massaging device may not be provided with the switch cap 80, and may be switched between the functional modes in a wireless control manner, such as a remote controller that is additionally provided, or an application program on the mobile terminal is used for controlling, so that a user may conveniently adjust the functional modes, and personalized customized massaging experience is achieved. The switch cap 80 on the massage device can also be replaced by other control structures, such as a control panel arranged at one axial end of the casing 10, so that the functions can be adjusted and switched through the control panel to realize personalized customized massage experience. In one embodiment, a massage tip is arranged at one axial end of the casing 10, a wireless communication module is arranged on the circuit board 60 and is in wireless communication connection with the mobile terminal, the mobile terminal is provided with a corresponding application program, each function mode can be switched through the application program in an adjustable mode, each function can be edited and combined to form a new mode, a transparent cover is arranged at the other axial end of the casing 10, the outer surface of the transparent cover is a smooth cambered surface, a lamp bead 22 capable of emitting red light and infrared light is arranged in the transparent cover, and light emitted by the lamp bead 22 is emitted through the transparent cover.
The other axial end of the housing 10 is provided with a magnetic charging port 43 near the switch cap 80, so that the battery 50 in the massage device can be charged in a magnetic manner. The switch cap 80 is also provided with a power key 81, the massage device enters a working state after the power key 81 is pressed for a preset time, and the massage device enters a shutdown state after the power key 81 is pressed again for a preset time. The power key 81 may be provided as a convex button to facilitate its operation, a waterproof coating may be provided around the button to prevent moisture from penetrating into the interior of the button, and an elastic sealing member such as a silicone or rubber sealing ring may be provided on the outer peripheral side of the button to enhance its waterproof performance so as to ensure safe use of the product in a humid environment such as massage in a bathroom. The circuit board 60 may be provided with a time limiting module so that the massage device may be automatically turned off after a predetermined time for entering one of the operation modes after being turned on, for example, 10 minutes, 20 minutes, 30 minutes, etc. It will be appreciated that the on/off of the massage device may also be accomplished by rotation of the switch cap 80.
Referring to fig. 4 to 7, two axial ends of the inner shell 40 are respectively provided with an extension section 44 extending out of the outer shell 10, the wall thickness of the extension section 44 is larger than that of other areas of the inner shell 40, the outer wall of the extension section 44 forms an annular abutting surface 440, when the outer shell 10 is sleeved on the inner shell 40, the end surfaces of the two ends of the outer shell 10 are respectively abutted against the abutting surfaces 440 of the extension sections 44 on the corresponding sides, and thus, the outer shell 10 and the inner shell 40 can be relatively fixed after being assembled, and relative movement is not easy to occur. The outer wall of the inner shell 40 near one end of the massage tip is provided with a bump 441, the magnetic charging interface is fixed on the bump 441, one end of the bump 441 is connected with the abutting surface 440 of the corresponding extension section 44, and one side of the bump 441 is connected with the outer wall surface of the inner shell 40, namely, the bump 441 and the inner shell 40 are integrally formed.
Referring to fig. 3, 5 and 6, the extending section 44 forms an inclined annular surface near one end of the switch cap 80, and pattern identification information and on-off identification information are printed on the annular surface, wherein the pattern identification information can be specifically simple identifications such as M1, M2, M3, M4 and the like, an arrow mark can be arranged on the switch cap 80, when the switch cap 80 is rotated, the arrow is aligned to a working mode of the massaging device currently used on the extending section 44, a user can simply and intuitively adjust the massaging device to a corresponding mode, the operation is convenient, and one end of the power key 81 can be used as an indication arrow for indicating the working mode in an understandable manner.
Referring to fig. 3 to 5 and 7, the outer shell 10 is provided with an adapted notch 102 at a position corresponding to the protrusion 441, and positioning assembly between the outer shell 10 and the inner shell 40 is achieved through positioning cooperation of the protrusion 441 and the notch 102. After the outer shell 10 is sleeved on the inner shell 40, the protruding blocks 441 of the inner shell 40 are just clamped into the gaps 102, so that the outer shell 10 and the inner shell 40 cannot axially move and relatively rotate after being assembled, and a stable matching structure is formed after the outer shell 10 and the inner shell 40 are assembled. Waterproof structures are respectively arranged between the massage tips and the inner shell 40 and between the switch cap 80 and the inner shell 40, so that the requirements of waterproof grades, such as the waterproof grade of IPX6 or higher, can be met, and the massage device can be safely used even in water in a high-humidity environment. The massage device is small and exquisite in whole, can be suitable for personal care, can be widely applied to places such as families, offices, body-building centers and the like, and provides comprehensive body care and comfortable experience for users.
