After judging that the internal data processing abnormality occurs and the third perspective point and the fourth perspective point are abnormal perspective points, the abnormal perspective point through which the data flow of the third perspective point in the get_yx_value function passes first is indicated that the get_yx_value function in the m61850 process starts to be abnormal from the data flow to the third perspective point, and the data processing error of the program between the second data point and the third data point is indicated, so that the abnormal rapid fault location is realized.
Positioning system embodiment for data abnormality in transformer substation network shutdown
The embodiment provides a technical scheme of a positioning system for data abnormality in a transformer substation gateway machine, the structural schematic diagram of the positioning system for data abnormality in the transformer substation gateway machine is shown in fig. 4, the positioning system comprises a perspective information recording module (the perspective information recording module corresponds to a perspective information recording service in fig. 4) and an analysis module for positioning data abnormality by judging abnormal conditions of perspective points, the analysis module corresponds to a perspective information analysis service in fig. 4, the perspective information recording module is used for obtaining a data value corresponding to the perspective point when a data stream in a function set according to a position corresponding to a function of a process to be monitored in the gateway machine is transferred to the perspective point as an actual data value corresponding to the perspective point, if the position of receiving outside data of the network machine in the function corresponding to the position of a certain perspective point is set to the outside input perspective point, the perspective information recording module is deployed in the transformer substation gateway machine, the analysis module is deployed in the operation and is also used for storing an actual data value corresponding to the perspective point and position information of the perspective point through judging abnormal conditions, and generating an actual data value corresponding to the perspective point and sending the perspective information to the perspective information recording module (the perspective information recording module can be used for generating a perspective file 2 according to the position information corresponding to the perspective point.
In this embodiment, the positioning system for data abnormality in the transformer substation network shutdown further includes a remote transmission module disposed in the network shutdown, where the remote transmission module corresponds to the perspective information remote transmission service in fig. 4, and is configured to forward the perspective information wave recording file generated by the perspective information wave recording module to the operation and maintenance master station. The mode that the remote transmission module transmits the perspective information record file generated by the perspective information record module to the operation and maintenance master station can refer to a file transmission mode in the prior art, which is not repeated here, and in other embodiments, the system can also have no remote transmission module, and the perspective information record module can directly transmit the generated perspective information record file to the operation and maintenance master station.

Referring to fig. 4, processes such as data acquisition, data processing, data remote transmission and the like in the network shutdown in the system bear main services of data interaction and processing of the network shutdown and the scheduling master station.
The position information of the perspective view point comprises information of a process where the perspective view point is located, information of a function where the perspective view point is located and sequence information of the perspective view point in the function, and the sequence information is determined according to the sequence of data transfer corresponding to the position of the perspective view point. The perspective information wave recording module presets corresponding standard data values for each perspective point;
The schematic diagram of the conversion process between the dynamic storage area and the dynamic management area in this embodiment is shown in fig. 5, the perspective information recording module stores the actual data value corresponding to the perspective view point and the position information of the perspective view point, generates a perspective information recording file containing the actual data value corresponding to the perspective view point and the position information of the perspective view point, and sends the perspective information recording file to the analysis module in the operation and maintenance master station, the perspective information recording module stores the data value of the perspective view point and the position information of the perspective view point, and the mode of generating the perspective information recording file containing the data value of the perspective view point and the position information of the perspective view point includes that when the perspective information recording module stores the data flow to the perspective view point, the actual data value corresponding to the perspective view point and the position information of the perspective view point are stored in the dynamic storage area in real time, and when the set condition is met, the dynamic storage area is converted into the dynamic management area;
The setting conditions comprise that the serial number of a storage record for storing the actual data value corresponding to the perspective view point and the position information of the perspective view point is larger than the maximum storage serial number of the dynamic storage area, the storage time of the actual data value corresponding to the perspective view point and the position information of the perspective view point in the dynamic storage area is larger than a storage period set value, or an instruction of immediately generating a perspective information record file containing the actual data value corresponding to the perspective view point and the position information of the perspective view point, which is issued by the perspective information record module, is received.
The analysis module is used for positioning data abnormality through judging abnormal conditions of the perspective points, wherein the method comprises the steps of judging that external input data abnormality occurs if an actual data value corresponding to the external input perspective point is inconsistent with a standard data value corresponding to the external input perspective point, and judging that internal data processing abnormality occurs and the perspective point is an abnormal perspective point if the actual data value corresponding to other perspective points is inconsistent with the standard data value corresponding to the other perspective points. In this embodiment, the order in which the analysis module determines whether the actual data value corresponding to the external input perspective point is consistent with the corresponding standard data value thereof and whether the actual data value corresponding to the other perspective points is consistent with the corresponding standard data value thereof is specifically that if the external input perspective point exists in the function of the process to be monitored, whether the actual data value corresponding to the external input perspective point is consistent with the corresponding standard data value thereof is first determined, if not, the external input data abnormality is determined to occur, and the positioning of the data abnormality is completed, and if so, whether the actual data values corresponding to the other perspective points are consistent with the corresponding standard data values thereof is next determined.
The analysis module locates the data abnormality by judging the abnormal condition of the perspective points further comprises determining that internal data processing abnormality and abnormal perspective points occur, determining the abnormal perspective point where the data flow passes first in the abnormal perspective points according to the sequence information of the perspective points in the functions, combining the abnormal function in the abnormal process located according to the information of the process where the perspective points are located and the information of the function where the perspective points are located, and locating the abnormal function in the abnormal process to begin to generate data abnormality from the position where the abnormal perspective point where the data flow passes first.

Claims (12)

1. A positioning method of data abnormality in a transformer substation gateway machine is characterized in that the data abnormality is positioned by judging the abnormality condition of perspective points;
setting a perspective point corresponding to a function of a process to be monitored in a gateway machine, and acquiring a data value corresponding to the perspective point when data flow in the function is transferred to the perspective point as an actual data value corresponding to the perspective point;
The method for positioning the data abnormality through the abnormal condition of the perspective view comprises the steps of judging that the external input data abnormality occurs if the actual data value corresponding to the external input perspective view is inconsistent with the corresponding standard data value, and judging that the internal data processing abnormality occurs and the perspective view is the abnormal perspective view if the actual data value corresponding to other perspective view is inconsistent with the corresponding standard data value.
2. The method for locating data anomalies in transformer substation network shutdown according to claim 1, wherein the position information of the perspective view point comprises information of a process where the perspective view point is located, information of a function where the perspective view point is located and sequence information of the perspective view point in the function, and the sequence information is determined according to a sequence of data transitions corresponding to the position of the perspective view point.

The method for locating data anomalies in a substation gateway according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the order of judging whether the actual data value corresponding to the external input perspective point is consistent with the standard data value corresponding to the external input perspective point and whether the actual data value corresponding to other perspective points is consistent with the standard data value corresponding to the external input perspective point comprises judging whether the actual data value corresponding to the external input perspective point is consistent with the standard data value corresponding to the external input perspective point if the external input perspective point exists in a function of a process to be monitored, judging that the external input data anomalies occur and completing the locating of the data anomalies if the external input perspective point is inconsistent with the standard data value corresponding to the external input perspective point, and judging whether the actual data values corresponding to other perspective points are consistent with the standard data values corresponding to the external input perspective points.
4. The method for locating data anomalies in a substation gateway machine according to claim 2, wherein the means for locating data anomalies by determining anomaly conditions of perspective points further comprises determining that internal data processing anomalies and anomaly perspective points occur, determining an anomaly perspective point through which data flows first in the anomaly perspective points according to sequential information of the perspective points in the functions, and locating an anomaly function in the anomaly process according to information of a process in which the perspective points are located and information of a function in which the perspective points are located in combination with the anomaly function in the anomaly process in which the anomaly function in the anomaly process starts to appear from a position in which the anomaly perspective point through which the data flows first is located.
5. A positioning system for data abnormality in a transformer substation gateway machine is characterized by comprising a perspective information wave recording module and an analysis module for positioning data abnormality by judging abnormal conditions of perspective points, wherein the perspective information wave recording module is used for acquiring data values corresponding to the perspective points when data flows in functions which are set at corresponding positions in functions of a process to be monitored in the gateway machine are transferred to the perspective points as actual data values corresponding to the perspective points;
The analysis module is used for positioning data abnormality through judging abnormal conditions of the perspective points, wherein the method comprises the steps of judging that external input data abnormality occurs if an actual data value corresponding to the external input perspective point is inconsistent with a standard data value corresponding to the external input perspective point, and judging that internal data processing abnormality occurs and the perspective point is the abnormal perspective point if the actual data value corresponding to other perspective points is inconsistent with the standard data value corresponding to the other perspective points.
6. The system for locating data anomalies in a transformer substation gateway according to claim 5, wherein the position information of the perspective points comprises information of a process in which the perspective points are located, information of a function in which the perspective points are located and sequence information of the perspective points in the function, and the sequence information is determined according to a sequence of data transitions corresponding to the positions of the perspective points.

The system for locating data anomalies in a substation gateway according to claim 5 or 6, wherein the analysis module determines whether the actual data value corresponding to the external input perspective point is consistent with the standard data value corresponding to the external input perspective point and whether the actual data value corresponding to other perspective points is consistent with the standard data value corresponding to the external input perspective point, and if the external input perspective point exists in the function of the process to be monitored, the analysis module first determines whether the actual data value corresponding to the external input perspective point is consistent with the standard data value corresponding to the external input perspective point, and if the actual data value corresponding to the external input perspective point is inconsistent with the standard data value corresponding to the external input perspective point, the analysis module determines that the external input data anomalies occur, and completes locating the data anomalies, and if the actual data value corresponding to other perspective points are consistent with the standard data value corresponding to the external input perspective point, the analysis module then determines whether the actual data values corresponding to the external input perspective points are consistent with the standard data values corresponding to the external perspective points.

The system for locating data anomalies in a substation gateway according to claim 6, wherein the means for analyzing the data anomalies by determining the anomaly of the perspective points further comprises determining, based on the order information of the perspective points in the function, an anomaly perspective point through which the data flow first passes in the anomaly perspective point after internal data processing anomalies and the anomaly perspective points occur, and combining the anomaly function in the anomaly process located based on the information of the process in which the perspective point is located and the information of the function in which the perspective point is located, wherein the anomaly function located in the anomaly process begins to have data anomalies from the position in which the anomaly perspective point through which the data flow first passes.

The positioning system of data abnormality in a transformer substation gateway machine according to claim 8, wherein a perspective information wave recording module is deployed in a transformer substation network machine, the analysis module is deployed in an operation and maintenance master station, the perspective information wave recording module is further used for storing an actual data value corresponding to a perspective point and position information of the perspective point, generating a perspective information wave recording file containing the actual data value corresponding to the perspective point and the position information of the perspective point, and transmitting the perspective information wave recording file to the analysis module in the operation and maintenance master station.

The system for locating data anomalies in a transformer substation gateway machine according to claim 7, wherein the perspective information recording module stores the actual data value corresponding to the perspective point and the position information of the perspective point, generates a perspective information recording file containing the actual data value corresponding to the perspective point and the position information of the perspective point, and sends the perspective information recording file to the analysis module in the operation and maintenance master station; the dynamic management area is used for converting the actual data value corresponding to the perspective view point in the dynamic management area and the position information of the perspective view point into perspective information wave recording files containing the actual data value corresponding to the perspective view point and the position information of the perspective view point;
