Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects or improvement demands of the prior art, the invention provides an automobile anti-disassembly structure and an assembly method thereof, wherein an anti-disassembly cover plate is arranged on a hinge according to the positions of the hinge relative to a vehicle door and a vehicle body when the vehicle door is opened and closed, the anti-disassembly cover plate can be assembled when the vehicle door is in an opened state, and when the vehicle door is in a closed state, the anti-disassembly cover plate cannot be disassembled by adopting a bolt disassembling tool due to the limit and the blocking of the end face of the vehicle door, which is close to a vehicle head, and meanwhile, the bolt is protected by the anti-disassembly cover plate, so that the bolt cannot be disassembled from the outside of the vehicle by using a tool, thereby realizing the aim of anti-disassembly. The disassembly preventing structure does not change the assembly structure of the original vehicle door and hinge, and has the advantages of simple and reliable structure and the like.
In order to achieve the above object, according to one aspect of the present invention, there is provided an automotive anti-disassembly structure, comprising a vehicle body, a vehicle door, a hinge, and an anti-disassembly cover plate, wherein the vehicle body and the vehicle door are hinged together by the hinge, and when the vehicle door is closed, a concave angle is formed between an end surface of the vehicle door close to a vehicle head and an outer side surface of the vehicle body, and when the vehicle door is opened, a gap exists between the end surface of the vehicle door close to the vehicle head and the vehicle body, wherein:

Preferably, the fixing plate has a plurality of first ribs and the first ribs enclose the bolt heads of the second bolts, and each first rib abuts against the anti-disassembly cover plate, so as to prevent an external bolt disassembling tool from screwing the bolt heads of the second bolts to disassemble the second bolts from the fixing plate.
Preferably, the fixing plate has a plurality of second ribs and the second ribs enclose the bolt heads of the second bolts, and each of the second ribs is respectively abutted against the fixing plate to prevent an external bolt removing tool from screwing the bolt heads of the second bolts to remove the second bolts from the fixing plate.
Preferably, the anti-disassembly cover plate is provided with holes at positions corresponding to the bolt heads of the second bolts, the bolt heads of the second bolts extend into one hole respectively and do not exceed one side of the anti-disassembly cover plate away from the vehicle body, and the hole walls of the holes are in contact with the bolt heads of the second bolts so as to prevent an external bolt disassembling tool from screwing the bolt heads of the second bolts to disassemble the second bolts from the fixed page.

Referring to fig. 1-6, an automotive anti-disassembly structure comprises a vehicle body 2, a vehicle door 3, a hinge 1 and an anti-disassembly cover plate 4, wherein the vehicle body 2 and the vehicle door 3 are hinged together through the hinge 1, when the vehicle door 3 is closed, a concave angle is formed between an end face 31 of the vehicle door 3, which is close to a vehicle head, and an outer side face of the vehicle body 2, and when the vehicle door 3 is opened, the end face 31 of the vehicle door 3, which is close to the vehicle head, is also a front end face of the vehicle door 3, and a gap 9 is formed between the vehicle door and the vehicle body 2. The end face opposite to the end face 31 of the door 3 close to the vehicle head is the end face 32 of the door 3 close to the vehicle tail, and a door lock is mounted on the end face 32 of the door 3 close to the vehicle tail.
The hinge 1 comprises a movable leaf 11 and a fixed leaf 12 hinged together through a hinge shaft 13, wherein the movable leaf 11 is fixed on an end face 31 of a car door 3 close to a car head through a plurality of first bolts 5, therefore, the movable leaf 11 is abutted against the end face 31 of the car door 3 close to the car head, the bolt head of each first bolt 5 is exposed out of the end face 31 of the car door 3 close to the car head, therefore, when the car door 3 is closed, the center line of each first bolt 5 extends along the front-back direction of the car, the fixed leaf 12 is fixed on the outer side face of the car body 2 through a plurality of second bolts 6, therefore, the fixed leaf 12 is abutted against the outer side face of the car body 2, a plurality of first connecting holes 121 are arranged on the fixed leaf 12, and each first connecting hole 121 is corresponding to a gap 9 when the car door 3 is opened, so that the third bolt 7 is installed on the first connecting holes 121.
The tamper evident cover plate 4 is provided with a second attachment hole 41 at a position corresponding to each first attachment hole 121, respectively.
The third bolt 7 passes through the first connecting hole 121 and the second connecting hole 41 from the gap 9 when the door 3 is opened, then the anti-disassembly cover plate 4 is fixed on the fixed page 12, and the anti-disassembly cover plate 4 and the fixed page 12 are connected through a plurality of third bolts 7, the bolt head of the third bolt 7 is close to the end face 31 of the door 3 close to the head of the vehicle, and the bolt tail end of the third bolt 7 is far away from the end face 31 of the door 3 close to the head of the vehicle, and the distance between the end face 31 of the door 3 close to the head of the vehicle and the bolt head of the third bolt 7 is within a set threshold value when the door 3 is closed, so that the third bolt 7 cannot be disassembled from the fixed page 12 and the anti-disassembly cover plate 4 when the door 3 is closed.
The anti-disassembly cover plate 4 cooperates with the fixing plate 12 to shield the bolt heads of all the second bolts 6, so as to prevent an external bolt disassembly tool such as a wrench, a socket wrench, etc. from screwing the bolt heads of the second bolts 6 to disassemble the second bolts 6.

2) Each second connecting hole 41 on the anti-disassembly cover plate 4 is aligned with one first connecting hole 121 on the fixed page 12, and after the second connecting holes 41 and the first connecting holes 121 are aligned, the anti-disassembly cover plate 4 and the fixed page 12 are matched to shield the bolt heads of all the second bolts 6, so that an external bolt disassembling tool is prevented from screwing the bolt heads of the second bolts 6 to disassemble the second bolts 6 from the fixed page 12.
3) The door 3 is opened such that a gap 9 is formed between the end face 31 of the door 3 near the vehicle head and the vehicle body 2, the third bolt 7 is passed through the first and second connection holes 121 and 41 at the gap 9, and the bolt head of the third bolt 7 is brought near the end face 31 of the door 3 near the vehicle head and the bolt tail end of the third bolt 7 is brought away from the end face 31 of the door 3 near the vehicle head.
4) The third bolt 7 is screwed down through the socket wrench 8 at the gap 9, so that the third bolt 7 fixedly connects the fixed page 12 with the anti-disassembly cover plate 4, and the distance between the end face 31 of the vehicle door 3, which is close to the vehicle head, and the bolt head of the third bolt 7 is within a set threshold value when the vehicle door 3 is closed, so that the displacement of the bolt head of the third bolt 7 is limited, and the third bolt 7 cannot be disassembled from the fixed page 12 and the anti-disassembly cover plate 4 when the vehicle door 3 is closed.
According to the steps of the assembly method, the hinge 1 is firstly installed and fixed, and then the anti-disassembly cover plate 4 and the third bolt 7 are installed.
