Abstract

背景技术
过去,在装配和维修泵的过程中,需要大型工具来施加足够的扭矩。当泵需要维修时,维护人员需要使用麻烦和笨重的工具,以便使底部泵与气动马达或其它的往复运动动力源分离。
发明内容
本发明不需要这样的大型扭矩工具。泵缸装配到在上部壳体中的相应空腔内。泵缸有平直部分,该平直部分与上部壳体中的对齐孔对齐。锁定销滑过对齐孔,并横过泵缸上的平直部分,从而将两个部件锁在一起。装配人员可以通过使上部部件上的孔与泵缸上的平直部分对齐而分辨底部部件的正确位置。而且,两个部件可以通过简单地拆下锁定销而拆开。
还有,可以在不会有使缸松脱的危险的情况下拆下泵上的底阀。因为缸不会在该位置与锁定销一起旋转,因此,不会由于振动冲击或其它普通情况而使它松脱。这增加了关于泵的维护和修理的安全性。

具体实施方式
在图1中,上部壳体5处于未插入的缸7的上面。缸7的螺纹柱形端头13将螺纹拧入上部壳体5内,直到它到达底部,然后拧松,直到对齐孔11和缸13的一个平直部分7a对直。这时,锁定销9可以插入对齐孔11中,并横过该平直部分7a,从而使上部壳体5与缸7锁定。在拆卸时,用户只需要将锁定销9从对齐孔11中取出,并将缸的端头13从上部壳体5的相应空腔中拧出。

Claims (1)
1.一种泵,包括上部壳体和缸,所述缸有螺纹拧入所述上部壳体内的端头、延伸的轴线以及锁定机构,所述锁定机构包括:
在所述缸的至少一部分上的至少一个平直部分;
在所述上部壳体中的孔,该孔与所述延伸轴线垂直,并与该轴线间隔开;以及
销,该销可取出地插入到所述孔中,以便抵靠所述平直部分,并防止所述缸相对于所述上部壳体旋转。
