本实用新型公开了一种可书写速干的PET可再贴便签,包括多孔性染料层、多孔性结构材料层和PET材料层,所述多孔性结构材料层的两下两侧分别设置有所述多孔性染料层和所述PET材料层。本实用新型在PET表面涂上一层由硅颜料、胶乳和聚乙烯醇组合而成具有吸墨性的多孔性颜料和在涂料层中能形成多孔性结构的材料,使它能在PET表面上形成一层良好的印墨接受层和大大改善印墨吸收能力和干燥速度,由于书写的油墨多为酸性染料或直接染料等阴离子性染料,因此在配制染料的过程中加入一定量的阳离子聚合物,就会生成不溶于水的络合物,从而将油墨固着在涂层表面上,防止了墨水渗透和扩散,达到速干的效果。

背景技术
目前市场上普通得PET可再贴便签,在用油墨笔、颜料笔书写后,因材质的性质,无法立即风干,需等待较长时间后,才能风干,这样在使用过程中,经常性会因不小心擦拭,造成笔迹模糊,有些比较重要的信息会遗失。
现有的一些技术其一是针对书写油墨上进行处理,用油墨及其组合物混合后在普通标签上进行书写,油墨及其组合物中含有多种有害化学物,特别是儿童和人接触后,会对人体造成危害,并且再成本上也增加了生产成本。

本实用新型的目的就在于为了解决上述问题而提供一种可书写速干的PET可再贴便签。
本实用新型通过以下技术方案来实现上述目的:
本实用新型包括多孔性染料层、多孔性结构材料层和PET材料层,所述多孔性结构材料层的两下两侧分别设置有所述多孔性染料层和所述PET材料层。
本实用新型优选的,所述多孔性染料层为硅颜料、胶乳和聚乙烯醇组合而成。
