背景技术
沙发面料是在沙发制造过程中所用到的各种主体覆盖物的统称或者简称，按照原材料成分分类，有全棉的，亚麻的，化纤的。而化纤又有很多种，包括涤纶、腈纶，粘胶，人造丝等，同时很多化纤面料都是几种成分混在一起的。目前市面上普通的沙发面料，存在一定如手感较粗糙、在耐磨性差等缺陷。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术中存在的上述不足，而提供一种设计合理、结构简单、耐拉伸、耐撕裂、透气性好的柔韧经编锦涤复合面料。
本实用新型解决上述问题所采用的技术方案是：一种柔韧经编锦涤复合面料，包括基层，基层上表面通过水性聚氨酯胶粘接固定有耐磨层，所述耐磨层为腈纶纤维和涤纶纤维混纺而成，所述耐磨层上粘接固定有三维网格超细纤维基布的透气层，所述透气层上胶粘接固定有麂皮绒，麂皮绒的厚度为0.2mm，所述基层由经纱和纬纱平纹交织而成，所述经纱包括第一经纱、第二经纱、第一纬纱和第二纬纱，所述第一经纱采用棉纤维，第一纬纱采用涤纶纤维，第二经纱采用竹炭纤维，第二纬纱采用锦纶纤维。基层采用双经纱和双纬纱编织结构，加入了棉纤维、涤纶纤维、竹炭纤维和锦纶纤维，韧性好，具有良好的手感，同时兼顾了透气性和耐磨性，并加强粘接耐磨层，加强面料耐拉伸、耐撕裂性能，同时为了确保面料的透气性，在耐磨层内设置有若干透气小孔。

参见图1-2，本实施例中的柔韧经编锦涤复合面料，包括由经纱和纬纱平纹交织而成的基层1，基层1上表面通过水性聚氨酯胶粘接固定有耐磨层2，耐磨层2为腈纶纤维和涤纶纤维混纺而成，耐磨层2上粘接固定有三维网格超细纤维基布的透气层3，透气层3上胶粘接固定有麂皮绒4，麂皮绒4的厚度为0.2mm，经纱包括第一经纱5、第二经纱6、第一纬纱7和第二纬纱8，第一经纱5、第二经纱6两条为一组顺序排列，第一纬纱7、第二纬纱8两条为一组顺序排列，第一经纱5采用棉纤维，第一纬纱7采用涤纶纤维，第二经纱6采用竹炭纤维，第二纬纱8采用锦纶纤维，基层1采用双经纱和双纬纱编织结构，加入了棉纤维、涤纶纤维、竹炭纤维和锦纶纤维，韧性好，具有良好的手感，同时兼顾了透气性和耐磨性，并加强粘接耐磨层2，加强面料耐拉伸、耐撕裂性能，同时为了确保面料的透气性，在耐磨层2内设置有若干透气小孔。
