the cable is a three-core power cable, one end of the cable is arranged at an outdoor terminal on a tower, and the other end of the cable is arranged in a switch cabinet in a cable branch box; the power cable anti-theft alarm device is arranged at a grounding wire of the cable terminal or at one phase of three-phase wires of the cable terminal.

A power cable burglar alarm arrangement according to claim 1, wherein said monitoring module comprises: a current detection module; the current detection module detects whether the current value of the current flowing through one of the cable body or the cable terminal grounding wire or the three-phase wire of the cable terminal exceeds a preset threshold value or drops to zero, and outputs an alarm signal when the abnormal operation condition is detected.
3. A power cable burglar alarm arrangement according to claim 1, wherein said monitoring module comprises: a sensor; the sensor detects whether the cable body or the cable terminal grounding wire or the cable terminal three-phase wire has abnormal operation condition of being moved, and outputs an alarm signal when detecting the abnormal operation condition.
4. The power cable burglar alarm arrangement of claim 1, wherein said monitoring module is arranged at a ground line of the cable termination or at one of the three phase conductors of the cable termination.
5. The power cable burglar alarm arrangement according to claim 1, wherein said processor further controls said communication module to transmit information of said monitored abnormal operation condition of said cable to a mobile terminal;
and the communication module sends the monitored information of the abnormal operation condition of the cable to the mobile terminal according to the control of the processor.
6. A power cable burglar alarm system comprising a power cable burglar alarm arrangement according to any of claims 1 to 5.
7. A power cable burglar alarm system according to claim 6, further comprising a monitoring back-office wirelessly connected to said power cable burglar alarm unit;
the power cable anti-theft alarm device controls the communication module to send the monitored information of abnormal operation conditions of the cable to the monitoring background through the processor, controls the communication module to send alarm information triggered by the alarm to the monitoring background through the processor, and controls the communication module to send on-line information of mobile terminal communication to the monitoring background through the processor;
the monitoring background receives information sent by the power cable anti-theft alarm device and displays the received information so as to carry out remote monitoring management on the power cable anti-theft alarm device, and when the information sent by the power cable anti-theft alarm device cannot be received within a preset time, the monitoring background judges that the communication abnormality of the power cable anti-theft alarm device comprises shielding or disconnection of a communication signal, alarms and outputs, and simultaneously triggers the information of the communication abnormality to the mobile terminal.
