The contact force is higher than the case without a via connection or without via conduction by a certain amount of force, ie a force caused by a greater amount of compression of the respective contact springs 32, 34 due to their material strength. In an advantageous manner, however, the bus plug 10 embodied in its most common form does not need to be changed, that is to say, the connector does not need to be deformed whether or not a via connection is provided at a particular contact combination 28 , 30 . Furthermore, the connector 10 offers the customer a high degree of flexibility, since, in the most common embodiment, the customer can decide for himself by selectively using the contact bridge clips whether the corresponding contact point should be via-connected, that is to say whether disconnect.
