The fragrance-storing and dispensing device as claimed in claim 6, wherein a first contact part (1421) and a second contact part (1422) are formed on the side of the rotating shaft (142), the first contact part (1421) is in contact fit with a part of the wall surface of the accommodating groove (131), and a space is formed between the second contact part (1422) and the part of the wall surface of the accommodating groove (131) to form the movement space.
8. A fragrance-storing and dispensing device as claimed in claim 6 or 7, characterized in that the elastic means is a spring or torsion spring arranged between the shaft (142) and the body (1) or between the shaft (142) and the cover means.

A fragrance-storing and dispensing device as claimed in claim 3, wherein the sliding part (13) is fixedly connected with the connecting part (14), the sliding part (13) and the connecting part (14) are of an integral or split structure, the side wall of the chute (12) is provided with a protrusion (121), the side wall of the chute (12) is provided with a one-way guiding step (122) with a slope surrounding the protrusion (121), and the connecting part (141) abuts against the one-way guiding step (122).

A fragrance-storing and dispensing device as claimed in claim 9, characterized in that the one-way guiding step (122) has a first surface (1221) and a second surface (1222), the intersection angle of the first surface (1221) and the second surface (1222) being an acute or right angle, the intersection angle of the first surface (1221) of the one-way guiding step (122) with the second surface (1222) of the adjacent one-way guiding step (122) being an acute or right angle.
