Description

Buckle structure and display panel with buckle structure

The utility model relates to a buckle structure, in particular to a buckle structure suitable for fixing a front frame and a back plate of a display panel and the display panel.

Background technique

With the accumulation and breakthrough of panel technology in recent years, display panels of various sizes have been widely used in different types of electronic devices. In addition to the performance of the display panel, consumers are also gradually pursuing electronic devices of the same size that can provide more viewing space and pursue thinner and lighter products. Therefore, the display panels of electronic devices tend to have narrow bezels. In a commercially available electronic device, there is a display panel with a narrow frame, in which the front frame and the back panel of the display panel are locked together by means of screw locking, thereby fixing the front frame and the back panel to each other. Another narrow-frame display panel is fixed to the front frame by forming hooks on the back panel. Another design is to fix the clip on the back panel first, and then fix the clip and the front frame to each other.

133。6 is a schematic perspective view of an exemplary embodiment of the buckle structure of the present invention, FIG. 7 is another perspective schematic view of an exemplary embodiment of the buckle structure of the present invention, and FIG. 8 is a schematic diagram of the buckle structure of the present invention. Side view of the illustrated embodiment. Please refer to FIG. 1 to FIG. 8 together. The aforementioned buckle structure 40 is used to be inserted between the front frame 10 and the back panel 20 and positioned in the accommodating slot 133 , thereby achieving the front frame 10 , the back panel 20 and the display module 30 . mutual positioning. The snap structure 40 can provide suitable mechanical strength for the metal member. In the present embodiment, the buckle structure 40 includes a horizontal section 41 , a plate abutting section 42 and a frame abutting section 43 . The horizontal section 41 is located between the plate body 21 and the bent portion 132 , and the abutting plate section 42 extends from one side of the horizontal section 41 toward the exposed surface 12 (in the embodiment shown in FIG. 8 , it extends from bottom to top) , and the abutting plate segment 42 is located between the frame body 11 and the upright portion 22 and abuts against the side surface 221 of the upright portion 22 . The abutting frame segment 43 extends from one side of the abutting plate segment 42 toward the accommodating groove 133 (in the embodiment shown in FIG. 8 , it extends from top to bottom) and partially overlaps the abutting plate segment 42 . That is to say, the upper part of the abutting plate segment 42 and the upper part of the abutting frame segment 43 form a folded area to improve its structural strength, and the upper part of the abutting plate segment 42 and the upper part of the frame abutting segment 43 may be completely fitted or a slight gap may remain. . The frame abutting section 43 corresponds to the frame body 11 , and at least a part of the frame abutting section 43 is accommodated in the accommodating groove 133 .

Please refer to FIG. 4 and FIG. 5 again, the following briefly describes the assembly of the display panel 100 . First, place the front frame 10 on an operating platform (such as the installation table of the production line) with the exposed surface 12 facing down, and then stack the display module 30 and other components on the front frame 10 so that the display module 30 is The edge is on the exposed face 12 . Then, the upright portion 22 of the back plate 20 is inserted into the assembly groove 16 of the front frame 10 to form a semi-finished product as shown in FIG. 4 . Finally, the buckle structure 40 is inserted between the back plate 20 and the front frame 10 from the guide groove 14, so that the horizontal section 41 of the buckle structure 40 is located between the plate body 21 and the bending part 132, and the plate section 42 And the inflection area formed by the upper portion of the frame abutting segment 43 is located between the frame body 11 and the upright portion 22, while the lower portion of the frame abutting portion 43 is located between the bending portion 132 and the frame body 11 and is accommodated in the container. placed in the groove 133 . In this way, the horizontal section 41 of the buckle structure 40 can be used as an extension structure of the bent portion 132 of the front frame 10 to abut against the plate body 21 of the back plate 20 to achieve horizontal positioning. The plate section 42 abuts against the side surface 221 of the upright portion 22 and the frame abutting section 43 of the buckle structure 40 corresponds to the inner side surface of the bent portion 132 , so as to prevent the front frame 10 from turning outward and detaching from the back when subjected to external force. plate 20. It should be noted that, in addition to the above-mentioned assembling of the display panel 100 with the exposed surface 12 facing downward, the display panel 100 may also be assembled with the exposed surface 12 facing upward.

20。In one or more embodiments, the buckle structure 40 further includes an extension section 44. The extension section 44 extends from a side of the horizontal section 41 opposite to the abutment section 42 and corresponds to the support portion 23, and the extension direction of the support portion 23 is the same as that of the support portion 23. The extending direction of the extending section 44 is not vertical. Further, in one or more embodiments, the extension direction of the extension section 44 may be parallel to the extension direction of the support portion 23 , so that the buckle structure 40 can also be fixed to the back through the abutment between the extension section 44 and the support portion 23 . plate 20.

In one or more embodiments, the buckle structure 40 further includes at least one handle 45 . In this embodiment, the buckle structure 40 includes two handles 45 oppositely disposed at two ends of the horizontal section 41 , but not limited thereto. The handle 45 extends from one end of the horizontal section 41 adjacent to the frame abutment section 43 , and the extension direction of the handle 45 is not perpendicular to the extension direction of the frame abutment section 43 . In this embodiment, the handle 45 extends downward and is parallel to the frame abutting section 43, but it is not limited thereto. In addition, the distance D between the handle 45 and the abutting section 43 is greater than the thickness T of the bending portion 132 ; in other words, there is a gap between the handle 45 and the abutting section 43 for the bending portion 132 to penetrate. In this way, the operator can easily assemble the buckle structure 40 from the guide groove 14 into the accommodating groove 133 by holding the handle 45 .

In one or more embodiments, the buckle structure 40 further includes a barb segment 46, the barb segment 46 extends from the side of the abutting frame segment 43 opposite to the abutting plate segment 42 toward the exposed surface 12 and is accommodated in the exposed surface 12. inside the accommodating groove 133 . Further, the barb segment 46 abuts against the groove wall of the accommodating groove 133 adjacent to the bent portion 132 (ie, the inner side of the bent portion 132 ) to further strengthen the fixation between the buckle structure 40 and the front frame 10 .

In one or more embodiments, the accommodating groove 133 may have a fixed width or the accommodating groove 133 may be narrowed along the direction in which the snap structure 40 is installed to have multiple width values; In the direction of the buckle structure 40 , the thickness T of the bent portion 132 can be gradually changed. In the embodiment in which the accommodating groove 133 has a non-fixed width, specifically, the accommodating groove 133 may be divided into several parts with different widths; The direction in which the snap structure 40 is installed) has a gradual width. Therefore, when the operator installs the buckle structure 40 into the accommodating groove 133, the accommodating groove 133 and the abutting frame portion 43 of the buckle structure 40 can be tightly fitted with each other in the direction along which the buckle structure 40 is installed, thereby achieving The fastening structure 40 and the front frame 10 in the length direction of the accommodating slot 133 are fixed.

In one or more embodiments, the buckle structure 40 further includes at least one first matching piece, and the back plate 20 further includes at least one second matching piece, and the first matching piece of the buckle structure 40 is detachable from the first matching piece. The two matching pieces are fixed to each other. Specifically, the first matching piece may be located on the upper surface of the horizontal section 41 , and the second matching piece may be located on the lower surface of the plate body 21 . It should be noted that, in the following embodiments, positioning bumps and positioning structures are used as examples of matching parts, but it should be understood that the matching parts are not limited to this, and matching parts can also be convex blocks matching cavities, elastic pins matching cavities and so on.

FIG. 9 is a partial perspective view of a second embodiment of the display panel of the present invention. As shown in FIG. 9 , in this embodiment, the first matching member is the positioning structure 47 and is located on the upper surface of the horizontal section 41 . In this embodiment, the upper surface of the horizontal section 41 has positioning structures 47 , and each positioning structure 47 includes an elastic member 471 and a concave hole 472 . The elastic member 471 extends from the horizontal portion 41 toward the handle 45 , and a concave hole 472 is formed on the elastic member 471 . Specifically, the above-mentioned positioning structure 47 can be formed by punching technology; on the other hand, the second matching member is the positioning bump 24 and is located on the lower surface of the plate body 21, and the positioning structure 47 and the positioning bump 24 are detachably fixed to each other . When the frame abutting section 43 of the buckle structure 40 is loaded into the accommodating slot 133 from the guide groove 14 , the horizontal section 41 of the buckle structure 40 also abuts against the lower surface of the plate body 21 of the backplane 20 . Therefore, as the abutting section 43 of the buckle structure 40 gradually slides into the accommodating groove 133 along the length direction of the accommodating groove 133 , the elastic member 471 will be pushed up by the positioning protrusions 24 and bounce up, and then positioned The convex point 24 is fixed in the concave hole 472 to achieve the positioning between the horizontal section 41 and the plate body 21 . Thereby, the fixing between the buckle structure 40 and the back plate 20 can be further achieved.

In one or more embodiments, further, the first matching member is a positioning bump and is located on the upper surface of the horizontal section 41; on the other hand, the second matching member is a positioning structure and is located on the lower surface of the plate body 21. The positioning structure includes an elastic piece and a concave hole, and the positioning structure and the positioning convex point are detachably fixed to each other. In this way, the fixing between the buckle structure 40 and the back plate 20 can be further achieved.

10 is a partial cross-sectional view of a third embodiment of the display panel of the present invention. As shown in FIG. 10 , in this embodiment, the extending section 44 of the buckle structure 40 is parallel to the supporting portion 23 of the back plate 20 ; and the first matching piece is located on the upper surface of the extending section 44 , and the second matching piece It is correspondingly located on the lower surface of the support portion 23 . In this embodiment, the first matching part is the protruding part 441, and the second matching part is the concave part 231; fixed to each other after assembly. Therefore, when the buckle structure 40 is installed at the corresponding position between the back plate 20 and the front frame 10 , the buckle structure 40 can be fixed to the front frame 10 through its abutting section 43 and also through its extension section. The first matching piece of 44 and the second matching piece of the support portion 23 are fixed to each other.

Thereby, with the buckle structure and the display panel provided with the buckle structure provided by one or more embodiments of the present invention, the horizontal section of the buckle structure can be used as an extension structure of the bent portion of the front frame to be connected with the back plate. The plates abut against each other to achieve horizontal positioning, the abutting plate segment of the buckle structure abuts against the side surface of the upright portion, and the abutting frame segment of the buckle structure corresponds to the inner side of the bending portion, thereby avoiding When the front frame is subjected to external force, it is turned outward and separated from the back plate. In addition, in some embodiments, the buckle structure may further include a handle, whereby the operator can conveniently assemble the buckle structure from the guide groove into the accommodating groove by holding the handle.

Of course, the present utility model can also have other various embodiments, without departing from the spirit and essence of the present utility model, those skilled in the art can make various corresponding changes and deformations according to the present utility model, but these Corresponding changes and deformations shall belong to the protection scope of the claims of the present invention.
