Further, the abutting portion 302 is designed to be larger than the actual installation space thereof, so that the inner wall of the door handle housing 2 presses the abutting portion 302 to be deformed after the door handle housing 2 is assembled, thereby improving the sealing effect.
It should be noted that, from the mounting portion 301 to the abutting portion 302, the outer wall of the mounting portion 301 is stepped, and the diameter of the outer wall is gradually increased, which is not only beneficial to mounting, but also provides the sealing element 3 with better sealing performance.
Example two
The present embodiment relates to a door handle structure, which is substantially the same as the first embodiment, and mainly differs in the installation positions of the attachment portion 301 and the abutting portion 302.
Referring to fig. 4 to 6, in the present embodiment, the mounting portion 301 is fitted over the burring 202, and the abutting portion 302 abuts against the plug cap 101 of the plug 1. In order to obtain a better sealing effect, in this embodiment, the abutting portion 302 is shaped like an outwardly expanding trumpet, and the actual size of the abutting portion 302 is still larger than the actual installation space thereof, so that the abutting portion can be better abutted with the lock cylinder cap 101 to improve the sealing performance.
Further, a retaining structure is provided between the flange 202 and the mounting portion 301, and the retaining structure provides a restraint against the seal 3 being released from the flange 202.
