Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种用纤维复合材料缠绕成型的结构壁管材,结构中包括平带缠绕的管壁和沿管壁外表面螺旋缠绕排列的中空肋,平带包括两包覆层和夹于两包覆层之间的纤维复合材料芯层。本实用新型的结构壁管材,能够大幅提高结构壁管材主体的弹性模量和环刚度。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种用纤维复合材料共挤热缠绕成型的结构壁管材,属于塑料管材加工技术及设备技术领域。
背景技术
目前,大径塑管属于化学建材,是以塑代钢,以塑代水泥的换代产品,应用于市政排水,远距离低压输水,矿山及化工排水,农田水利灌溉及通风管道及化工容器的制作等,对节省能源,减少污染,保护环境有重要意义。现有缠绕成型的结构壁管材包括管壁和沿管壁外表面螺旋排列的中空肋,其管壁单一采用高密度聚乙烯或聚丙烯材料热挤出缠绕成型,其中空肋包括聚丙烯材质或金属材质的骨架管层,再用高密度聚乙烯或聚丙烯材料对骨架管层进行复包覆缠绕。这样的结构壁管材,其管材主体为高密度聚乙烯层或聚丙烯层,层次单一,受材料弹性模量的限制,随着结构壁管材管径的增加其环刚度会迅速降低,给产品的正常使用造成极为不利的影响。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种用纤维复合材料缠绕成型的结构壁管材,能够大幅提高结构壁管材主体的弹性模量和环刚度。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型所采取的技术方案是:
一种用纤维复合材料缠绕成型的结构壁管材,结构中包括平带缠绕的管壁和沿管壁外表面螺旋缠绕排列的中空肋,所述平带包括两包覆层和夹于两包覆层之间的纤维复合材料芯层。
本实用新型的延伸技术方案是:所述中空肋由内到外包括骨架管层、纤维复合材料管层和包覆管层。
所述中空肋由内到外包括纤维复合材料管层和包覆管层。
所述包覆层为高密度聚乙烯层或聚丙烯层,所述纤维复合材料芯层为高密度聚乙烯-母粒纤维复合材料层。
所述骨架管层为聚丙烯层或金属层,所述纤维复合材料管层为高密度聚乙烯-母粒纤维复合材料层,所述包覆管层为高密度聚乙烯层或聚丙烯层。
采用上述技术方案所产生的有益效果在于:管壁和中空肋以高密度聚乙烯-母粒纤维复合材料层为主体,较单纯的高密度聚乙烯层或聚丙烯层,主体材料的弹性模量获得大幅提升,从而提高了结构壁管材的环刚度;管壁包括高密度聚乙烯包覆层或聚丙烯包覆层,中空肋包括高密度聚乙烯包覆管层或聚丙烯包覆管层,能够保证产品的内外表面平整光滑,提升产品外观质量。

参看附图,本实用新型一个最优实施例的结构中包括平带缠绕的管壁和沿管壁外表面螺旋缠绕排列的中空肋,平带包括两包覆层1和夹于两包覆层1之间的纤维复合材料芯层2,其中包覆层1为高密度聚乙烯层,纤维复合材料芯层2为高密度聚乙烯-母粒纤维复合材料层;中空肋由内到外包括骨架管层3、纤维复合材料管层4和包覆管层5,其中骨架管层3为金属层,纤维复合材料管层4为高密度聚乙烯-母粒纤维复合材料层,包覆管层5为聚丙烯层。
上述描述仅作为本发明用纤维复合材料缠绕成型的结构壁管材可实施的技术方案提出,不作为对其技术方案本身的单一限制条件。
Claims (5)
1.一种用纤维复合材料缠绕成型的结构壁管材,结构中包括平带缠绕的管壁和沿管壁外表面螺旋缠绕排列的中空肋,其特征在于:所述平带包括两包覆层(1)和夹于两包覆层(1)之间的纤维复合材料芯层(2)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用纤维复合材料缠绕成型的结构壁管材,其特征在于:所述中空肋由内到外包括骨架管层(3)、纤维复合材料管层(4)和包覆管层(5)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用纤维复合材料缠绕成型的结构壁管材,其特征在于:所述中空肋由内到外包括纤维复合材料管层(4)和包覆管层(5)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的用纤维复合材料缠绕成型的结构壁管材,其特征在于:所述包覆层(1)为高密度聚乙烯层或聚丙烯层。
5.根据权利要求2或3所述的用纤维复合材料缠绕成型的结构壁管材,其特征在于:所述骨架管层(3)为聚丙烯层或金属层,所述包覆管层(5)为高密度聚乙烯层或聚丙烯层。
