背景技术
随着科学技术的不断进步,焊接设备工艺近年来发展迅速,自动埋弧焊机在很多行业得到广泛应用,如石油、化工、钢铁、冶金等重工业,由此带动自动埋弧焊机专用电缆的需求也不断增长。自动埋弧焊机专用电缆的工作环境越来越复杂,要求耐高温、抗氧化、柔软、适宜频繁移动不易断、抗拉、防烫伤等,但现有的电缆不能满足需要。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的就是针对上述现有电缆存在的不足,提供一种耐高温、抗氧化、柔软、适宜频繁移动不易断、抗拉、防烫伤的自动埋弧焊机用耐高温柔性电缆。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的,自动埋弧焊机用耐高温柔性电缆,包括缆芯和护套,其特征是在缆芯上绕包玻璃纤维带,玻璃纤维带上挤包硅橡胶护套,在硅橡胶护套上编织不锈钢丝编织铠装层,所述的缆芯由绝缘线芯绞合而成,缆芯的中心填充麻绳。
所述的绝缘线芯为在导体上挤包聚全氟乙丙烯绝缘层构成,所述的导体为多股镀锡铜丝束。
本实用新型结构合理简单,生产制造容易,使用寿命长。本实用新型在常规线缆的基础上,对其工艺结构及材料进行系统改进和升级,导体采用多股镀锡铜丝束合,六类导体,结构柔软,且在高温状态下,导体不会发生氧化现象。绝缘层为聚全氟乙丙烯塑料,采用高温挤塑工艺,保证绝缘层均匀一致,该材料具有良好的耐高温性(200℃)、电绝缘性、耐老化性。缆芯由六种不同颜色线芯绞合而成,缆芯中间放置电缆专用麻绳作填充物,使电缆结构稳定、圆整,并起抗拉作用。缆芯外包裹玻璃纤维带,护套采用硅橡胶弹性体护套料,该材料质地柔软且能耐180℃高温,电缆的最外层采用不锈钢丝编织铠装,密度达95%以上,可有效防止焊接处的局部高温烫伤电缆,同时也起抗拉伸作用,保证该产品长期使用。

如图1:在多股镀锡铜丝软导体2上挤包聚全氟乙丙烯绝缘层3构成绝缘线芯,6个绝缘线芯绞合成缆芯,缆芯的中心填充麻绳1,在缆芯上绕包玻璃纤维带4,玻璃纤维带上挤包硅橡胶护套5,在硅橡胶护套上编织不锈钢丝编织铠装层6,构成自动埋弧焊机用耐高温柔性电缆。

1. 自动埋弧焊机用耐高温柔性电缆,包括缆芯和护套,其特征是在缆芯上绕包玻璃纤维带,玻璃纤维带上挤包硅橡胶护套,在硅橡胶护套上编织不锈钢丝编织铠装层,所述的缆芯由绝缘线芯绞合而成,缆芯的中心填充麻绳。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的自动埋弧焊机用耐高温柔性电缆,其特征是所述的绝缘线芯为在导体上挤包聚全氟乙丙烯绝缘层构成,所述的导体为多股镀锡铜丝束。
