Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 1-5, the adjustable exercise device of the present invention mainly comprises a handle 10, and a plurality of weight blocks or weight plates 50, which are designed to be inserted into or mounted on the handle 10 in sequence, the number of weight blocks or weight plates being selected according to the user's requirement and mounted on the handle 10, wherein the handle 10 is generally in the shape of a long rod and has an inner hole 11, and has one or more than one, for example, two shells 20 are respectively disposed or formed on two end portions 12, 13 of the handle 10 (fig. 2, 4-5), wherein the inner hole 11 of the handle 10 also passes through each shell 20, and each shell 20 has a dovetail groove 21 (fig. 1) communicating with the inner hole 11 of the handle 10.
The housing 20 has a cavity 22 above and also communicating with the inner bore 11 of the grip 10, and a shoulder 23 communicating with the cavity 22 of the housing 20. One or more plugs 14, 15 (fig. 1,5) are slidably disposed in the inner bore 11 of the grip 10 and can extend out of the shell 20 and the distal portions 12, 13 of the grip 10, and the weight plate 50 can be detachably mounted to the distal portions 12, 13 of the grip 10 or the shell 20. A base 80 is provided with a plurality of receiving slots 81 for receiving or accommodating the weight plates 50 and/or the housing 20. Each of the pins 14, 15 has an upwardly projecting shaft and/or a resilient catch 17 for engaging a recess 22 or shoulder 23 of the housing 20 to locate each of the pins 14, 15 to the housing 20 and/or the handle 10 and to prevent movement of the pins 14, 15 and resilient catch 17 relative to the handle 10.
The housing 20 has a generally U-shaped chamber 24 for receiving or housing one or more accessory weights, and the accessory weights also have a generally U-shaped or U-shaped configuration for fitting within the chamber 24 of the housing 20. For example, as shown in fig. 1 and 6-8, the larger or first weight 51 has a cavity 53 for receiving or accommodating the smaller or second weight 52 and may form or constitute two side arms 54, each side arm 54 having a respective channel 55, the smaller or second weight 52 having a space 56 forming or constituting two outer arms 57, each outer arm 57 having a respective through-slot 58 aligned with the respective channel 55 of the larger or first weight 51. The housings 20 each have a channel 25 in communication with the chamber 24 for slidably receiving a pawl 30. the pawl 30 has a resilient catch or button 31 for guiding the pawl 30 to slide or slide relative to the housing 20 to selectively engage a side arm 54 of the first weight 51 or an outer arm 57 of the second weight 52.
In the operation of the present invention, please refer to fig. 8 again, when the pawl 30 is retracted into the guiding groove 25 of the housing 20 and does not extend into the accommodating chamber 24 of the housing 20, the pawl 30 will not engage the side arm 54 of the first weight block 51 or the outer arm 57 of the second weight block 52, so that the first weight block 51 and the second weight block 52 will not be connected or fixed to the housing 20. As shown in fig. 6, when the pawl 30 is moved in one direction, such as to the right, it engages the slot 58 of the outer arm 57 of the second weight 52, such that it selectively couples or secures the second weight 52 to the housing 20 and such that the second weight 52 can be moved away from the first weight 51. In addition, as shown in fig. 7, when the pawl 30 moves in another direction, such as to the left, it can engage with the engaging groove 55 of the side arm 54 of the first weight 51, so that it can simultaneously couple or fix the first weight 51 and the second weight 52 to the housing 20, and can be moved away from the seat 80, so as to selectively couple or fix the first weight 51 and/or the second weight 52 to the housing 20.
In the operation of the present invention, referring to fig. 4 and 5, the elastic buckle 17 drives the bolts 14 and 15 to detachably mount a predetermined number of weight bearing pieces 50 on the end portions 12 and 13 or the housing 20 of the handle 10, so as to adjust different weights. 6-8, the pawl 30 may optionally engage the through slot 58 of the outer arm 57 of the second weight 52 or alternatively engage the engagement slot 55 of the side arm 54 of the first weight 51 so that it may selectively couple or secure the first weight 51 and/or the second weight 52 to the housing 20 or removably mount to the end portions 12, 13 of the handle 10 or the housing 20. It is to be noted therein that the first and second weight members 51 and 52 are lighter in weight than the weight plate 50 so that they can be finely tuned for operation and use by users of different sizes.

6. The adjustable exercise device of claim 1 wherein the second weight (52) has a slot (58) for engaging the pawl (30).
7. The adjustable exercise device of claim 6 wherein the second weight (52) has an outer arm (57) and the through slot (58) is formed in the outer arm (57).
8. The adjustable exercise machine of claim 1, further comprising at least one weight plate (50), and a bolt (14, 15) slidably disposed within the handle (10) and adapted to removably attach the weight plate (50) to the handle (10).
