Furthermore, the movement direction of the driving rod 62 is preferably parallel to the symmetrical center line of the feeding port 11, which is more beneficial to ensure that the seasonings stored in the material box 3 can be fed out through facing the feeding port 11.

The process that the driving and discharging mechanism 6 drives the material box 3 to open and discharge is as follows: referring to fig. 9 to 10, the driving discharging mechanism 6 is in a non-operating state, i.e. an initial state, at this time, the driving rod 62 is in a contracted state, when seasoning needs to be added, the material box 3 is driven by the blade assembly 2 to rotate above the feeding port 11, and at this time, the driving rod 62 is arranged opposite to the pushing block; then, referring to fig. 11 and 12, the driving discharging mechanism 6 is in a working state, that is, a charging state, under the control of the controller, the driving rod 62 moves in the horizontal direction, sequentially passes through the second through hole 411 and the first through hole 13, and pushes the push block 34 to move in the horizontal direction, so that the material passing channel is opened, and the material box 3 is opened to discharge the material.
The specific structure of the driving mechanism 5 is not limited, and may be driven by a motor + transmission structure, or directly driven by a motor, or the driving mechanism 5 may adopt magnetic drive, and the like, preferably driven by a motor + transmission structure or directly driven by a motor, and correspondingly, a third via hole (not shown in the drawing) is disposed at the top of the mounting cavity 41, and the driving mechanism 5 is connected with the mounting portion 21 through the third via hole.
Further, in the embodiment of the present invention, the driving mechanism 5 includes a stepping motor, so that the rotation angle of the driving shaft of the driving mechanism 5 can be controlled by a program without additionally adding a rotation angle control component. At this time, the installation position of the driving mechanism 5 is not limited, and in this embodiment, as shown in fig. 9 and 11, the driving mechanism 5 is installed on the top wall of the installation cavity 41, and the driving shaft 51 of the driving mechanism 5 passes through the third through hole to be connected with the installation portion 21.
In another embodiment of the present invention, the feeding device 102b further includes a rotation positioning mechanism, the rotation positioning mechanism is used to position the rotation of the blade assembly 2, so that after each rotation of the blade assembly 2, the corresponding accommodating cavity 12 can be opposite to the feeding port 11, i.e. the angle of the rotation of the blade assembly 2 in one working stroke is equal to two adjacent included angles between the blades 22, thereby ensuring that the blade assembly 2 is located two adjacent in one working stroke and the food between the blades 22 can be completely rotated and enter into the cooking cavity 101a from the feeding port 11. Therefore, the situation that the food or the seasoning cannot be completely thrown out through the feeding port 11 due to the fact that the accommodating cavity 12 is not aligned with the feeding port 11 after rotation can be avoided.
The structure for realizing the rotation positioning mechanism may be a travel switch, a photoelectric switch, or an angle positioning structure, and in another embodiment of the present invention, preferably, the structure is an angle positioning structure, specifically, referring to fig. 13 and 14, the driving mechanism 5 further includes a transmission shaft 52, one end of the transmission shaft 52 is connected to a driving shaft 51 of the driving mechanism 5, and the other end is connected to the mounting portion 21, so as to drive the blade assembly 2 to rotate; the rotary positioning mechanism comprises an angle sensor assembly 7, and the angle sensor assembly 7 is used for detecting the rotation angle of the transmission shaft 52; the angle sensor assembly 7 and the driving mechanism 5 are electrically connected to a controller of the cooking appliance 100, so that the corresponding accommodating cavity 12 can be opposite to the feeding port 11 after each rotation of the blade assembly 2 under the control of the controller.
Therefore, the angle sensor assembly 7 detects the rotation angle of the transmission shaft 52 and transmits the detected angle data to the controller, so that the controller can control the start and stop of the driving shaft 51 of the driving mechanism 5 in time according to the angle data to further control the start and stop of the blade 22, so that the blade 22 can stop in time after rotating a working stroke, the rotation angle control of the driving mechanism 5 is realized, and thus, the driving mechanism 4 can adopt a common motor without setting a stepping motor with higher control precision and the like, and the cost is saved. Further, the angle sensor assembly 7 is a photoelectric angle sensor assembly or a magnetic angle sensor assembly, and the photoelectric angle sensor assembly or the magnetic angle sensor assembly can be used for accurately controlling the rotation angle of the blade 22, so that the function of adding food materials step by step is realized.
Similarly, in another embodiment of the present invention, the installation position of the driving mechanism 5 is not limited, and in this embodiment, referring to fig. 13 and 14, the driving mechanism 5 is installed on the bottom wall of the installation cavity 41, a fourth via hole (not shown in the drawing) is opened on the supporting plate 42, the fourth via hole corresponds to the third via hole, the driving shaft 51 of the driving mechanism 5 passes through the fourth via hole to be connected to the driving shaft 52, and the driving shaft 52 passes through the third via hole to be connected to the installation portion 21, so as to drive the blade assembly 2 to rotate.

Claims (15)
1. A dosing device for use in a cooking appliance, the dosing device comprising:
the feeding device comprises a material tray, a feeding opening is formed in the bottom of the material tray, the middle area of the bottom of the material tray is arranged in a protruding mode so that an installation bulge is formed inside the material tray, and a groove is formed on the outer side of the material tray;
the blade assembly comprises a mounting part and a plurality of blades, the mounting part is rotatably mounted on the mounting protrusion along an up-down axis, the plurality of blades extend from the mounting part to the side part of the material tray, and an accommodating cavity is defined between every two adjacent blades;
the material box is arranged in the accommodating cavity and is driven by the blade assembly to rotate;
the mounting box is arranged below the material tray, the mounting box is provided with a mounting convex part matched with the groove, and a mounting cavity is defined in the mounting convex part;
the driving discharging mechanism is arranged in the mounting cavity and used for driving the material box to open and discharge when the accommodating cavity where the material box is located is arranged above the feeding port; and the number of the first and second groups,
the driving mechanism is arranged in the mounting cavity and is connected with the mounting part in a driving mode and used for driving the blade assembly to rotate, so that the accommodating cavities can be arranged above the feeding port respectively.
2. The charging device according to claim 1, wherein a support plate extending in a horizontal direction is arranged in the mounting cavity, the driving discharging mechanism is arranged on the support plate, and the driving mechanism is arranged on the inner wall of the mounting cavity.
3. The charging device according to claim 2, wherein the support plate has an upwardly extending support on an upper surface thereof, and the driven discharge mechanism is mounted on the support.

The feeding device as claimed in claim 3, wherein the driving discharging mechanism comprises a driving member and a driving rod, the driving member is disposed on the bracket, and the driving rod is connected with the driving member and is movably disposed along the horizontal direction under the driving of the driving member;
the material box is provided with a material cavity and a bottom cavity which are arranged at intervals up and down, the bottom of the material cavity is provided with a discharge hole, and the bottom of the bottom cavity is provided with a discharge hole;

The charging device according to claim 8, wherein the driving mechanism further comprises a transmission shaft, one end of the transmission shaft is connected with the driving shaft of the driving mechanism, and the other end of the transmission shaft is connected with the mounting portion to drive the blade assembly to rotate;
the rotary positioning mechanism comprises an angle sensor assembly, and the angle sensor assembly is used for detecting the rotation angle of the transmission shaft;
the angle sensor assembly and the driving mechanism are in telecommunication connection with a controller of the cooking appliance, so that under the control of the controller, after the blade assembly rotates each time, the corresponding accommodating cavity can be arranged opposite to the feeding port.
10. The charging device of claim 9, wherein the angle sensor assembly is a photoelectric angle sensor assembly or a magnetic angle sensor assembly.

The feeding device according to claim 1, wherein the size and shape of the feeding port are adapted to the bottom of the accommodating chamber, so that the bottom of the accommodating chamber is hollowed out when the accommodating chamber corresponds to the feeding port, and the food materials in the accommodating chamber can slide down from the feeding port.
