The embodiment of the application discloses film crushing apparatus. Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the film pulverizing apparatus includes a pulverizer body on which a feeding mechanism for conveying a film, a feeding mechanism for winding the film into the pulverizer body, and a pulverizing mechanism for pulverizing the film are installed.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the feeding mechanism comprises a support fixed on the crusher body, a conveying belt is rotatably mounted on the support, one end of the conveying belt is an inlet end, the other end of the conveying belt is an outlet end, the distance between the outlet end and the ground is greater than the distance between the inlet end and the ground, the conveying belt on the upper side moves from the inlet end to the outlet end, and the film is placed on the conveying belt on the upper side. The conveying belt is rotatably connected with a plurality of reinforcing plates which are uniformly distributed, the reinforcing plates are parallel to the rolling shaft at the inlet end, and the reinforcing plates are parallel to each other. One end of the reinforcing plate is hinged to the surface of the conveying belt, and one end, far away from the conveying belt, of the reinforcing plate inclines towards the outlet end of the conveying belt. The clamping mechanism is fixedly arranged between the reinforcing plates and comprises a clamping spring, the clamping spring is fixedly arranged between the reinforcing plates and the conveying belt, one end of the clamping spring is fixedly connected with one side of the reinforcing plates, which is close to the conveying belt, and the other end of the clamping spring is fixedly connected with the conveying belt. One end of the reinforcing plate, which is far away from the conveying belt, is fixedly connected with an anti-slip strip for increasing friction force.
Referring to fig. 2 and 4, the feeding mechanism includes a feeding hopper having a rectangular cross-section, the cross-sectional area of which is gradually reduced from top to bottom. The feed hopper is fixedly arranged on the upper part of the crusher body, the feed hopper is positioned on the lower side of the outlet end of the conveying belt, and the film falls into the feed hopper from the outlet end. Two feeding rollers are installed in the feeding hopper in a rotating mode, the two feeding rollers are parallel to each other in the same horizontal plane, and a gap for a film to pass through is reserved between the two feeding rollers. And lower feeding rollers which are in one-to-one correspondence with the upper feeding rollers are rotatably arranged in the feeding hopper, and the two lower feeding rollers are positioned in the same horizontal plane and are lower than the upper feeding rollers. Two lower feed rolls are parallel to each other and all are parallel with the last feed roll that corresponds each other. A gap for the thin film to pass through is arranged between the two lower feeding rollers, and the gap between the upper feeding rollers is larger than the gap between the lower feeding rollers.
Referring to fig. 4, the shredding mechanism includes several sets of shredding knives for shredding the film, and the shredding knives may be provided in one set, two sets, or three sets, preferably one set in this embodiment. Each group of crushing cutter comprises two mutually matched crusher hobs, the crusher hobs are rotatably installed in the crusher body, and the crusher hobs are positioned below the lower feeding roller. The two crusher hobs are positioned in the same horizontal plane and both use the self axial lead as a rotation axis. The two pulverizer roller cutters rotate in opposite directions.
Referring to fig. 2 and 4, the feeding mechanism further includes a protective baffle, one end of the protective baffle is fixedly installed on two sides of the conveyor belt parallel to the running direction of the conveyor belt, the other end of the protective baffle is located above the conveyor belt, and the protective baffle is perpendicular to the conveyor belt. The feeding mechanism further comprises a protective cover, the protective cover is fixedly installed on the pulverizer body and located above the feeding hopper, and one side, close to the protective baffle, of the protective cover is fixedly connected with the protective baffle. The protective cover covers the outlet ends of the feed hopper and the conveying belt, and one end of the protective cover close to the conveying belt is provided with a protective cover opening for the thin film to pass through.
The implementation principle of a film crushing apparatus of the embodiment of the application is as follows: the recovered waste thin films are conveyed to an outlet end from the inlet end of the conveying belt through the conveying belt and then fall into a feed hopper from the outlet end; the film makes the film by preliminary compressing tightly through last feed roller and lower feed roller in proper order, and in the film after compressing tightly entered into rubbing crusher from the feeder hopper, two rubbing crusher hobs of rubbing crusher mechanism discharge after mutually supporting the film is smashed. The mode of putting the film into the feed hopper by the conveying belt reduces the possibility that the film directly added into the feed hopper is mistakenly rolled into the crusher body to cause danger. Install the reinforcing plate on the conveying belt, the reinforcing plate makes the film be difficult to the slippage roll on the conveying belt and has increased the work efficiency of rubbing crusher body, and the reinforcing plate rotates to be connected on the conveying belt, when thoughtlessly having heavier impurity in the film, and the reinforcing plate can rotate and make debris drop to the entrance point, reduces the possibility that impurity damaged rubbing crusher hobbing cutter. The side edge of the conveying belt is fixedly provided with a protective baffle plate, so that the possibility that the film falls off from the side edge of the conveying belt is reduced. The upper feeding roller and the lower feeding roller which are arranged from top to bottom are sequentially reduced from top to bottom at intervals, so that the film is gradually compressed, and the crushing efficiency is improved. The protective shield on the shredder body further reduces the possibility that an operator will be caught up in the shredder body.
