Reading table structure
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a table, and more particularly to a reading table structure.
Background
Conventional tables for workshops provide a horizontal table top remote from the floor, allowing a user to place objects on the table top or to write, read and work.
However, the prior art table top is perpendicular to the body of the user, so the user must change the angle of the body to work or read with the table top, which will cause fatigue of the user's body over time and even harm to the user's body.
In addition, since the horizontal tabletop is not suitable for the user to read and write, the design of tabletop with adjustable elevation angle has been proposed in the industry, and it is intended to provide a tabletop suitable for the user to read and write.
However, the elevation angle of the whole desktop can be adjusted, and the desktop loses the function of placing objects on the desktop, so that a user needs to take down the objects on the desktop first during adjustment, or additionally configure a desk. Therefore, how to provide a table top with a proper elevation angle while meeting the requirement of a user for placing articles is needed, and the structure of the table is in need of improvement and overcoming.

Detailed Description
The following description will further describe the reading table structure according to the embodiment of the present invention with reference to the accompanying drawings. Various objects in the embodiments are illustrated in scale, size, amount of distortion or displacement suitable for illustration, rather than in scale of actual components, as previously described. And like and symmetrically configured elements in the remaining embodiments are indicated by like reference numerals. In addition, the directional terms "front, rear, left, right, up, down, inner, outer" and the like in the description of the embodiments set forth below are used in the direction of the drawings and are not to be construed as limiting the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1 to 7, the reading table of the present invention includes a table leg 10, a table board 20, a pivotal frame 30, a bookend mechanism 40 and an elevation positioning mechanism 50.
The table leg 10, as shown in fig. 1 to 3, includes a bottom plate 11, an outer tube 12, an inner tube 13, and a positioning pin 14.
The base plate 11 is stacked on a supporting surface (e.g., a floor surface) and has a sheet-like predetermined contour. And a plurality of anti-slip blocks 112 are disposed on the bottom surface of the support surface.
The outer pipe 12 is vertically arranged on the bottom plate 11.
One end of the inner tube 13 is movably inserted into the outer tube 12, and a plurality of positioning holes 132 are formed on one side thereof.
The positioning pin 14 is disposed through one side of the outer tube 12 and selectively inserted into any one of the positioning holes 132 of the inner tube 13 to position the protruding position of the inner tube 13 relative to the outer tube 12.
The table 20, as shown in fig. 1 to 4, provides a plurality of supporting planes, and includes a movable plate 21 and a fixed plate 22.
The pivot frame 30, as shown in fig. 3 to 6, is respectively assembled on the downward end surfaces of the movable plate 21 and the fixed plate 22, and further connected to the inner tube 13, and includes a pivot member 31, a first pivot shaft 32, a second pivot shaft 33, a plurality of lock seats 34, a plurality of limiting seats 35, a first pivot shaft seat 36, a second pivot shaft seat 37, and at least one pivot shaft seat 38.
The pivot member 31 is connected to and moves with one end of the inner tube 13. In practice, the pivot 31 has a reverse-U-shaped profile.
The first and second pivot shafts 32, 33 are respectively disposed at two ends of the pivot member 31 in the extending direction.
The locking seats 34 are respectively locked on the predetermined end surfaces of the fixing plate 22 and are respectively locked with one ends of the first and second pivots 32, 33.
The limiting seats 35 are respectively disposed on the movable plate 21 corresponding to the second pivot 33 for accommodating the second pivot 33.
The first and second pivot seats 36 and 37 are respectively disposed on the movable plate 21 and the fixed plate 22, and provide the first pivot 32 with a penetrating pivot connection.
As shown in fig. 5 and 6, at least one protruding wing 362 protrudes from one side of the first pivot seat 36, and one end of the protruding wing 362 has a protruding rib 364.
As shown in fig. 5 and 6, the second pivot seat 37 is recessed with at least one movable region 372 and a sliding groove 374 on the outer periphery thereof, so that the protruding wing 362 extends through the movable region 372 and the protruding rib 364 can move along the sliding groove 374 to restrict the rotation range of the first pivot seat 36.
The pivot base 38 is disposed on the movable plate 21 and provides a pivot connection with one end of the first pivot 32.
The bookend mechanism 40, as shown in fig. 1 and 7, includes a plurality of limiting shafts 41 and a baffle 42.
The limiting shafts 41 are symmetrically arranged adjacent to the first pivot 32 on a cross section of one end of the movable plate 21.
The blocking plate 42 has a plurality of inclined slots 422 and positioning holes 424 formed through the blocking plate 42, and each positioning hole 424 is disposed on the same side of the matched inclined slot 422 and communicated with the same. In practice, the inclined slot 422 provides for each limiting shaft 41 to extend through, and matches with the positioning hole to adjust the position of the blocking plate 42 relative to the movable plate 21.
The elevation positioning mechanism 50 (shown in fig. 2, 4 and 7 in the prior art) is connected to the movable plate 21 and the pivot 31, respectively, for maintaining the elevation of the movable plate 21.
Therefore, the above is a description of the components and assembly of the reading table according to the preferred embodiment of the present invention, and the operation characteristics of the embodiment of the present invention are described as follows.
As shown in fig. 1 and 3, the table leg 10 is adapted to adjust the height of the table board 20 by extending the inner tube 13 of the table leg to the length of the outer tube 12 and engaging with a positioning hole 132 into which the positioning pin 14 is inserted. And provides the user with work or articles by means of the table plate 20.
As shown in fig. 8 and 9, when a user needs to read or write, the movable plate 21 is lifted up from the end of the movable plate 21 at the second pivot position by taking the first pivot 32 as the axis, so that the movable plate 21 is integrally tilted upward to form a predetermined inclination, and the elevation positioning mechanism 50 is further used to maintain the movable plate 21 in the current state. Thus, the movable plate 21 can provide a desktop with an ergonomic angle. The fixing plate 32 is still in a horizontal state, so that the user can place articles.
As shown in fig. 10, in addition, the bookend mechanism 40 can be further incorporated to prevent the articles (such as books) from sliding down due to the inclination when the articles are placed on the inclined movable plate 21.
The above description is only for the purpose of illustrating the preferred embodiments of the present invention, and is not intended to limit the scope of the embodiments of the present invention, which is defined by the claims, and equivalents and modifications known to those skilled in the art, are within the scope of the present invention.
