In order to make the evagination part of disposal bag be difficult to close the in-process downstream at the bung lid to make the interior disposal bag of staving be difficult for taking off with the staving diapire and leave, with the volume of guaranteeing interior disposal bag of staving, this application embodiment provides a garbage bin.
As shown in fig. 1 to 5, the trash can provided by the embodiment of the present application includes: a tub 10, a tub cover 20, and a support structure.
The bin body 10 is provided with an air outlet 12, the bin cover 20 is used for expanding garbage bags in the bin body 10 when the bin body 10 is gradually covered, and the air outlet 12 is used for exhausting air between the garbage bags and the inner wall of the bin body 10. A support structure is formed on the outer sidewall of the tub 10 for supporting the outwardly turned portion of the garbage bag to prevent the outwardly turned portion from moving toward the bottom of the tub 10 during the closing of the tub cover 20.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 2 and 4, the bin body 10 has a first opening 11, through which a garbage bag can be placed into the bin body 10 and garbage can be delivered, and a bag opening of the garbage bag can be turned outwards from the first opening 11 to the outside of the bin body 10. The tub cover 20 may have a second opening 21, the tub cover 20 may cover the first opening 11 through the second opening 21 to cover the tub 10, and the tub cover 20 and the tub 10 may be movably disposed to open or close the first opening 11 of the tub 10.
In the embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 1 and 4, when the lid 20 is covered on the can body 10, the lid 20 is sleeved on the periphery of the can body 10, and in the covering process of the lid 20, air in the lid 20 can be pressed into a garbage bag in the can body 10, so that the garbage bag expands.
As shown in fig. 2 and 4, the tub cover 20 may include a cover rim 22 and a top wall 24, the cover rim 22 is a hollow cylindrical structure, the rear end of the cover rim 22 is connected to the top wall 24, the front end of the cover rim 22 forms the second opening 21, and the cover rim 22 is sleeved on the outer periphery of the tub 10.
In the embodiment of the present application, there is the first clearance 40 that is used for holding the part of turning up of disposal bag between the lateral wall of lid edge 22 and staving 10, and the broad that this first clearance 40 can set up to make bung 20 and staving 10 can not sticis the part of turning up of disposal bag, and it is more convenient that the user carries out the disposal bag binding off, also can make bung 20 can not drive the part of turning up of disposal bag and remove to staving 10 bottom at the closure in-process.
As shown in fig. 1 and 3, when the tub cover 20 is covered on the tub 10, the exhaust port 12 is located at an outer side of the tub cover 20. That is to say, in the process of closing the lid 20, the lid 20 does not cover the exhaust port 12, so that smooth exhaust can be ensured, and the exhaust does not interfere with the closing process of the lid 20, so that the expansion effect of the garbage bag can be ensured.
As shown in fig. 1 and 3, the exhaust port 12 may be disposed at the bottom end of the sidewall of the tub 10. This allows the lid 22 to be designed as high as possible, thereby increasing the internal volume of the lid 20 as much as possible to allow the bag to be fully inflated and deployed.
As shown in fig. 1, the exhaust port 12 may include a plurality of ports circumferentially spaced along the sidewall of the tub 10. Alternatively, the plurality of vents 12 may be located at the same height of the tub 10 and be equally spaced along the circumferential direction.
The support structure may be a part outside the bin 10, which is disposed on the outer side wall of the bin 10 as shown in fig. 2 and 3, or may be a part of the side wall of the bin 10 as shown in fig. 4, and the support structure may support the everted part of the garbage bag, and the specific structure of the support structure is not limited in the present application.
Since the everted portion of the garbage bag, which is typically a small portion near the mouth of the garbage bag, is located outside the tub 10 adjacent to the first opening 11 of the tub 10, a support structure should also be provided on the sidewall of the tub 10 adjacent to the first opening 11 of the tub 10 to support the everted portion.
The distance between the supporting structure and the first opening 11 of the bin body 10 can be set to be smaller, and the distance is larger than 0, so that the garbage bag can be supported by the supporting structure after being turned outwards. For example, the distance may be in the range of 1 cm to 15 cm, or may be in other specific distance ranges.
It will be appreciated that the distance between the support structure and the first opening 11 of the tub 10 may be designed according to the actual size of the tub 10, and when the size of the tub 10 as a whole is relatively large, the distance may be set relatively large, and when the size of the tub 10 is relatively small, the distance may be set relatively small.
As shown in fig. 3, when the lid 20 is closed with the receptacle 10, a second gap may be provided between the outer edge of the supporting structure and the inner sidewall of the lid 20 (i.e. the lid edge 22 of the lid 20), and the width of the second gap is smaller than that of the first gap 40, and the second gap may be set smaller to reduce the amount of air leaking out from the gap, so as to better ensure that there is enough air pressure in the garbage bag to expand and unfold the garbage bag.
In addition, the second gap can also balance the pressure difference between the interior of the trash bag and the external environment, after the trash bag is close to the wall of the can body 10, the air pressure in the trash bag is greater than the air pressure of the external environment, and due to the existence of the second gap, the redundant air in the trash bag can be slowly discharged to the outside through the second gap until the internal air pressure and the external air pressure are the same.
The garbage bin that this application embodiment provided is owing to including bearing structure, bearing structure forms on the lateral wall of staving 10, the sack of working as the disposal bag is from the opening of staving 10 to turning up back on the lateral wall of staving 10, bearing structure can support the part of turning up of disposal bag, the part of turning up of disposal bag has been prevented to be driven by bung 20 and is moving to the bottom of staving 10 at bung 20 lid in-process that closes, thereby make the disposal bag in the staving 10 be difficult for breaking away from with staving 10 diapire, the volume of disposal bag in the staving 10 has been guaranteed.
In addition, since the support structure is formed on the outer sidewall of the tub 10, the support structure can also be used to reduce the area of the first gap 40 between the tub 10 and the tub cover 20 for accommodating the everted portion, thereby reducing the amount of air leaking out of the gap and better ensuring that there is sufficient air pressure in the garbage bag to expand the garbage bag.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the tub 10 may include: a main body part 15, a bag-turning part 16 and a connecting part 17 connecting the main body part 15 and the bag-turning part 16, wherein the connecting part 17 forms the supporting structure.
